We contacted 777 power wash because our association sent us a notice to clean the outside of the house. They response time was quick and they stopped by the house the next day and gave a quote and explained in detail what they were going to do. The day of service, we received a call stating they were on their way and they came at the time they stated. As for the service they went above and beyond to ensure our we were satisfied. They worked hard and didn't try to charge us for every little thing that we asked them to clean. We agreed on a price and they cleaned up everything they saw, even if it wasn't mentioned in the quote. When I accepted, they showed up on the promised day, with a phone call to let me know they were a couple hours behind schedule, and asked if that was ok. When they discovered that house painters had oversprayed paint onto three panels, they sent me pictures so I could contact the parties responsible and didn't charge me for those panels, which they cleaned anyway. 10/10 will use them again. read more

The way the parking lot had this dark red dirt stain and they pulled up the oil stains in the parking stalls as well. After over 8 years living in paradise, my wife and I are bidding our final Aloha to a place we've called home longer than any other place we've lived in, while living a nomadic military life. So, prior to photographs of the house and listing it, we had to perform a few actions to spruce up the place...one of them is power washing our house. I own a power washer and probably would've done the job myself, but with a 2-story house, I figured it was better left to the pros. So I checked out Yelp and chose 777 Power Wash to do the job. Lana was responsive and readily provided a competitive quote based on our house's dimensions. I set the date to about a month out, so it's a week before the photos. I had to change the date a couple of times due to changes in the listing date and Lana was very accommodating and adjusted with our schedule. Lana and Joe arrived promptly at 9:00 AM as promised and proceeded to prepare their equipment. They were soon joined by Slick who started working on the front of the house. They didn't get started until after 9:30 and didn't finish until around 2:00, hindered by a power washer that broke down close to when they were about to finish. All in all, not completely satisfied and felt like I could've done a much better job if I had all the equipment. I have a power washer that I used to clean the detached garage (was quoted an additional $80 to do the garage, but after seeing their work, I figured I might as well do it myself). A 2-story 2,200 sq ft house cost around $631 after a $50 military discount. Impressions: - while I don't doubt their hard-working nature, I felt a professional appearance was lacking. I offer up that maybe having T-shirts made with the business logo would go a long way towards enhancing their professional look - I have no doubt they've completed jobs like this countless times, but it seemed to me that their work lacked a system or process. Case in point, instead of removing all the screens first, they power washed with the screens still there and washed around them to avoid damage. However, the dirty screens started oozing muddy streaks down the siding and they had to re-address that before it set. Another thing, I had my windows cleaned professionally by another company and they took the screens out from the outside...while these guys asked me to take them out from inside the house. I did so for the sake of expedience. - Attention to detail seemed lacking. I had to point out a few spots for them to go over again since grime was still visible. Additionally, even after I told them water spots were still evident on windows and they need to be squeegee'd, not all windows were free of water spots nor streaks. There were termite baits that were displaced and not put back to their original location. Oil spots were left on my front lawn where the power washer broke down and they tried to repair it...even had nuts/bolts left on the lawn that could've damaged my mower. - Note that they might ask to use your bathroom...just make sure they use some of your indoor slippers to avoid wet marks on your clean floors - all the crew members were polite - it get's warm out in Ewa, so have some cold water bottles available for the workers read more

We were looking for a window cleaning company for a 4-bdrm house. It was last minute, and many companies were already booked out. I finally found 777 Power Wash. Lana first gave me a quote for $375. This is the price estimate for interior and exterior window cleaning, screens and tracks included. When they arrived, she said the quote was for a 3-bdrm house. Now thinking back, maybe she gave me a quote for 3-bdrm to make it look cheaper?? Anyway, I was ok at that point, as I expected the cost to be a little higher anyway considering big windows. They worked hard in the hot weather. Sure. But I have to say the quality of work was not so good... One of the screens was put back in the wrong way. Later we found the dirty streams on the window frame. The price turned out to be $974.61. According to the invoice, they charge based on the window size. XL $25 per window, L $15, S$10. OK, but it was way more than we expected, and we had to negotiate to lower it around $800. $800 is still expensive, is what I heard from my coworkers. This company just power washed my parents entire two-story home in Waikele. My parents home is right next to main road with daily traffic of cars passing by so you can imagine the grime that collected on sidings, sidewalks, and windows. They produced high quality results! I was interested in washing the exterior of my house including the windows and window screens. Joe was nice, professional, and honest about what he was able to do. After the consult I decided to hire them. They arrived when expected and went right to work. Was searching for a company to pressure wash my roof. I came across 777 and I'm sure glad I did. I spoke with Lana, and although I'm located in Hilo she assured me that she had a team here that could do the job. My biggest concern was over safety as my roof has a silicone coating on it making it slippery when wet. The coating itself was another concern since I didn't want it damaged. My hats off to Don and his son Keola. Total professionals. Didn't have to ask them to tie-off, it was automatic. The feedback on the condition of the roof was extremely helpful.
