amazing pricing and thorough job of cleaning- cleaned outside, inside windows as well as tracks- would definitely use again!!!

Where do I begin? Well it's like this. My regular cleaner had kids to take care and could no longer do these cleaning jobs.... Another long story my friends. So in February, I started my search for a window / screen cleaner.... Truthfully, I didn't know where to begin so I turned to Yelp. AND am I glad that I did. In case you didn't know the Yelp site will send your request to all listed in whatever you are looking for. But Terran stood out; far from the madding crowd....(and no, I'm not a lemming). Why did he stand out? Because 1. While I live in town, it's an arduous task driving to my home 2. My home is 65 years old; upkept but old none the less 3. My home sits on a slop so to ladder my windows you'd better be darn skiiled. 4. My windows and screens were not cleaned for a LONG time.... I'm embarresed to say. 5. Terran drove to my home to give me the estimate (he did this in February of this year) He gave me the estimate and that was that. and now seven months later, I call him and politely explain that its been at least seven months and I wanted him to check his estimate. Well, the answer I got was "same price" and the rest is history. The job was simply UNBELIEVABLE. I know he took a long time and I'm not certain if that was what he expected. I won't be offended with an upcharge but guess what? No upcharge. Sparkling clean. The blinds were left raised so I got home to SPARKLING BRIGHT HOUSE!!!!! Thank you Terran! So I don't have to wait another gazillion months, I've asked Terran to put me an a bi annual schedule. How great is that???? Hey Yelpers! He's your guy! read more

Terran has cleaned for us several times and we are always satisfied. The work is done well and the cost is fair. Terran did an excellent job cleaning our windows. He's polite and professional. Highly recommend Crystal Clear to anyone.

Being in the Real Estate business requires you to have good and reliable vendors you can count on. I didn't have a windows person so I took a referral from a work colleague. From the day I called Terran to the day he did the work, he was attentive to my needs. He worked around his schedule to accommodate mine which was pretty last minute. Him and his son took the time and did my client's windows inside and out, top to bottom, screens and sills. I wondered how they were going to get to the hard to reach widows on the second floor but they did it! What a difference it made for my listing. The home sparkled even more after their careful attention. Their rates are very comparative with other companies and I called several. From the 4 places I called, Terran and only 1 other contacted me back. That was a huge issue too. Getting someone to answer the phone or call you back. Terran did both. I'm very happy with my choice to use him for our listing window cleaning and will definitely use him again. I would recommend him without hesitation. read more

Terran did an excellent job cleaning the windows and screens. First time hiring someone to clean windows and wanted to have it professionally done to prepare for house sale. I was exceptionally pleased on how clean the windows turned out, clear and spotless. Terran took his time cleaning all 37 windows and 6 of those windows are 20ft high. Great work! read more

Terran was great. He came over for a free quote and described the work he would do, what we could expect when he was done, and a cost estimate. He cleaned every window and slider in our house and now they look brand new! From now on we will do this annually. We had no idea the windows could look so refreshed. Bonus points for wearing a mask the whole time. Thanks for keeping us safe while doing excellent work! read more

Terran did a great job! He was thorough, pointed out some double pane windows with condensation issues, and swapped some screens that were more worn, after cleaning them, to less noticeable locations. Highly recommended. read more

Thanks to Yelpers' reviews, I found Crystal Clear and am so happy that I did. Terran is so kind and professional. It was a pleasure to meet him. He was very conscientious to have minimal impact on our home while cleaning the windows inside and out. He always took his shoes off and kept his cleaning supplies on a towel. The quality of his work is second to none. Our windows look spectacular now. We didn't even know they could look this clean as they are 20+ years old. Terran even cleaned our mirrored closet doors and the ledges under the windows, which was unexpected and greatly appreciated! I highly recommend Crystal Clear to anyone wanting their windows and screens cleaned! read more

Never received a response to my inquiry. Well it did say 95% response rate so I must be the other 5%. Received a response day after posting review but am still waiting on a quote. read more

Terran & his crew performed a comprehensive cleaning of a home I bought recently. The Windows and exterior had never been washed in 6-years and the dirt was baked on by the sun. I certainly didn't expect that Terran would be able to get these Windows or walls clean but was AMAZED when they had completed the job- It looked like the windows were completely new. WOW! Terran surprised me by cleaning the equally dirty sliding glass mirrored doors as a courtesy- Never had a window cleaning service do anything so thoughtful, especially without it being reflected on the bill! Thanks Terran, see you in a few months, wouldn't think of calling anyone else! Candice, CEO Vantage Point read more

We were expecting out of town guests for the Christmas and of course I'd waited til the last minute to get the windows cleaned. Found Crystal Clear thru a Google search, when I spoke to Terran and explained the situation, he graciously expedited an appointment for our home. He was able to get our windows cleaned before the arrival of our guests and the windows were literally crystal clear, we hadn't even realized how dirty they were until Terran cleaned. Super professional, quick and very thorough. Absolutely will have our windows cleaned by this company regularly. Thank you so very much. read more

Free in person estimate. Other companies gave estimates on line or cost per window and asked for pictures. Terran did an on site estimate and immediately set up a date for the work to be done. Terran was prompt, friendly, professional, and did a great job. I needed my second-floor windows and screens to be cleaned by hand and not power washed. It was done thoroughly and quickly and looks great. And the price was very reasonable, compared to other companies. I thoroughly recommend Crystal Clear to anyone needing their windows cleaned in a professional and thorough manner. 5 STARS and deservedly so! read more

We hired Terran to clean our windows and pressure wash our house. He did an absolutely amazing job! He was very professional, friendly, kind and worked hard to clean every window in our home inside and out! Unfortunately he had a technical issue with the pressure washer and couldn't clean the homes exterior, however, as soon as his washer is fixed we plan on bringing him back out. Terran did a great job on our front windows, honestly they had not been cleaned on the inside in 13 years and were OPAQUE. He did an amazing job and worked by himself on our home. This difference is substantial and now it has been about 3 weeks and they still look great after several rains. I will use him again! read more

I needed to get my window exterior washed as part of my move-out cleaning. I couldn't decide whether I wanted to hire a window cleaner or should I wash them myself. That's why It didn't bother me when I didn't hear from Crystal Clear for a week after I made an initial inquiry. But once Terran contacted me, the communication was smooth. He's very pleasant to work with, and professional. All the windows turned crystal clear as promised. And he saved an orchid that was growing in the gutter. We were moving out of our house that we were renting for 3.5 years and needed someone to professionally clean our windows. We hired Terran based on his quick response and reasonable prices. He came over and looked at our windows and provided us with an estimate via email shortly after. We booked him and he arrived on time and got right to work. He and his wife did a great job cleaning the outside of our windows and all of the screens and I even asked him if he could remove the privacy film from the skylights in our living room (which wasn't initially on the estimate) and clean our high ceiling fan that the maids would not touch because of how high it was. He was able to do everything for us, and we were really grateful. He does excellent work and is extremely efficient. I do believe he is one of the reasons we got our full deposit back from Bill Ramsey, Inc. Thanks Terran. read more

It had been six months since Terran cleaned our windows and we needed it done again. Our windows and sliders were worse this time due to some repair work being done on our property.
