Wanna give Danny & his team a BIG MAHALO!!! Amazing job installation of new gutters!! I would recommend them 110%+!!!

Recently, a portion of our rain gutter fell due to the windy weather. I reached out to Windward Windows and Gutters for a quote on Yelp. Other companies also responded, but I went with them because of their outstanding 5 star rating. They promptly messaged me back and I scheduled an estimator to come look at our house for the next week. Communication was good, through Yelp messages and also after I gave them my number, they texted me updates. The estimator came and we received the quote the next day through email. We were happy with it so our appointment was for the following week. The workers came and got the job done in about an hour. We received the invoice through email and I paid by sending in a check to avoid the credit card fee to the credit card company. It would've been a $22 fee. It might not sound like a lot, but I avoid unnecessary fees if I can. All in all, a very smooth and professional experience and I am happy with the repairs as there are more storms headed our way during this hurricane season. Thank you! read more

I was assigned an intelligent case manager named Lacey who answered all of my questions (including the most important one: Why did you choose to work for Windward Windows and Gutters ?) Lacey was friendly and forthcoming in her answer: "As a customer, I was impressed with Danny (the owner),especially his integrity, and was so impressed that I decided to work for him." I thought.. there is no better recommendation for a company than that ! Their annual plan is such a good deal I did not hesitate to sign up. Lacey went above and beyond to schedule my secret gift of a cleaning before my husband's birthday. And the result: I still think the job was a lot to ask one person to do, but Brazen was up to the task and did it heroically and conscientiously. I was impressed with him as a person, as well. My husband is so very happy with his gift and I am excited that Windward Windows and Gutters will be returning next year. read more

One of our gutters fell off during one of the storms earlier on in the summer. I was able to make contact and communicate easily with them through Yelp and their quote system. They provided multiple options and talked through pros and cons with me that I appreciated. Pricing was very competitive and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly. Day of the work they were able to get the work done and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't even tell they had been there. Everything has held up well, especially through the recent storms and hurricanes. read more

Extremely easy to work with, from the estimate to scheduling and even having them come back to inspect one corner seam for proper caulking was so easy. Truly a great experience and a company that has embraced technology to make homeowners lives easier. Would recommend to anyone needing gutters! read more

Because I was planning to paint the exterior of our house, the old and broken gutters needed to be addressed first. Windward Windows and Gutters did an exceptional job of assessing what needed. First, the old gutters were removed and Simeon replaced a portion of the fascia that was water damaged. He did a great job. After the house was painted, the new aluminum gutters were installed. It took all day to install, but it was worth it. What an improvement! The color of the new gutters matches exactly to the newly painted trim of the house. Amazing! Blaine and Simeon recommended/installed a rain chain at no additional charge. Love it! After the first rainfall, there were a few leaks in the seams and between the gutter and fascia in one small area. They were all addressed and resolved successfully, including the re-attachment of the rain chain after it fell off due to Lala. Thank you, Simeon, Ryan, and team! The total cost of the project was so reasonable and fair. Thank you, Lord! So grateful! Thank you, Danny, Blaine, Simeon, Raoul, Sam, Joemel, Marcus, Ryan and team at Windward Windows and Gutters! read more

From initial meeting through two subsequent washings and solar panel cleaning, I have been totally pleased. Can't wait to have them back!

Every other company we reached out to advised us a complete replacement of our gutters was required. This team was able to do a partial replacement. Not only saved us money, but their team was fast, efficient, and we are happy with the work. read more

Great job friendly employees Only problem with the business is communication is only done through text messages and emails makes clarification of and explanation difficult read more

New owners and its totally confusion. It appears there are two or more people handling the schedule and they don't communicate. My estimate was missing some work, so I asked for it to be updated, crickets. Two weeks go by and they show up ready to clean without notice. If they sent notice I never saw it or the revised estimate. Still some great employees there but it's not the same business. Also the crew used to be 4 people done in 2 hours, the last visit prior to this disastrous one was only 2 and took hours. Sorry but found a new company. read more

Crew came and did a great job. Clean and neat work. Most important was that they listened to my concerns. Then installed according to the details that met my needs. Great job!! read more

Great service. Amazing communication. Above and beyond. Highly recommend. Will use again!

During the past Kona low storm I noticed my gutters were overflowing on my 2nd floor downspout. There was so much rainwater it was overflowing onto the house. I do rely on researching through the Yelp website. Although there was many roof and gutter contractors and most reviews were meh. One contractor advise the minimum cost just to come out would start from $1500-$2000 because it was a 2 story home! Another didn't want to touch it until i replace my roof!! He didn't know that it's rare finding a metal curved roof that would probably last 50yrs. Then I came across Windward Windows and noticed their current high ratings. I called and was surprised that they could come in 2days to survey which ended up to be a clog! He came back couple days later and was able to clear the clog. My gutter is now working great and the cost was lower than I expected based on others that quoted my job. Thanks Danny!!! read more

Windward Windows & Gutters did an excellent job installing our new gutters. The workmanship was outstanding, the team was professional and courteous, and the communication throughout the project was great. The pricing was very fair, and we're extremely happy with the final result. I highly recommend them! read more

The job for my house was quite complicated but I am so pleased with the outcome. The office staff were very efficient, courteous and made everything just flow very well. The crew were great - very polite, hard working and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company. Great job! read more

Work was done as required and expedited just before an upcoming storm!!! Will definitely consider them for future work.

We got gutters from Windward after we had storm damage in the first Kona Low storm. They were fantastic. Responded quickly, had exactly what we wanted, price was competitive. Best part is they worked overtime to get us in before the next storm. There was a mixup with parts at the shop but they made do with what they had, and came back the next day to finish the job. Their gutters solved our runoff problem! The guys are friendly and professional. We used text mostly but also called the number on their website when we needed to talk. They answered right away and were very helpful. read more

They came out last year to help with some troubling leakage on our eaves. They worked really hard on our estimate, offering several solutions (if money is no issue, if money is an issue, need to have, nice to have) and installed a drip edge. They're genuinely there for the customer and do not try to upsell, but they are thorough and will make sure you have the right repairs. Well, after the torrential downpours of 2026, we can say your work was solid! We will definitely be back next time we need repairs! read more

We requested gutter cleaning and repair with this company. Raul arrived right on time. He was pleasant, professional and throughly explained every step he would be taking to complete the job. He was meticulous with his work and cleaning up when he was finished! We received such excellent service from this company and we will surely work with them again in the future! read more

I noticed my immediate neighbor had a downspout flapping in the wind. With the storming I pointed it out. Standing there, she called her friendly gutter people. She told me, they will be here soon. Next day, actually less than 24 hours they arrived and began working. And they were. Wow. I called and asked for a visit. They came the next day. Wow - Next day. And they gave me a good price and fixed mine. Mine was a small job. They did a small job and they did it right. They did it better than I expected, maybe better than they said they would. I don't think they did it right to impress me or because it was simple. They did it right because they 1) listen, 2) pay attention to everything 3) they did the way we wanted. In that short job, I talked to four different people there. Each listened, was easy to communicate with AND was polite in educating me why my way was not the wise, and what they could do to make it best. And they were right. When Ethan arrived, he introduced himself, was there when he said he would be, got right to work. When he was done, he told me, if I didn't like the work, he's stay until I was please. It was exactly what I wanted, when I wanted it. I know who to contact again. I highly recommend Ethan and the people behind him; Windward Windows and Gutter. read more

These guys did our gutter quickly, professionally and went out of their way to give us the best price possible! We love their seamless gutters they installed for us! read more

Danny was exceptionally professional and friendly. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process and clean the gutters with great care. The provided before-and-after photos and video were a fantastic touch, demonstrating his excellent work. read more

WWG did a great job with our problem-area gutter with thick vines and other plants growing in the gutter and under our monier tiles. They are also extremely efficient and fast in their follow-up phone/texts/emails. Thank you Joemel and Lacey. The pricing is good. I was very pleased with their work, so much so that I also booked them for PV panel cleaning!! read more

Excellent job, at a reasonable price, from the owner who provided the quote, to the workers who completed the job, and the office staff who addressed all concerns promptly. read more

Windward Windows & Gutters (WWG) is an excellent contractor that does great work at a fair price. The owner came by and gave us a quote to install new gutters on 3 new structures (Carport, Gazebo and Cabana) and was very informative and had great ideas. Once we accepted their quote, they scheduled our work for the following week and did an excellent job of installation, even though there were a few challenges they had to overcome. We are very happy with their work and highly recommend them (our only experience is on gutter installation, but they are very good communicators and very transparent). read more

We noticed the gutter on the front of our house was separating from the house. with the heavy rain that we had last week the gutter was separating even more. A relative of mine recommended Windward Windows & Gutters. On Thursday 5/1, I called them and told them of my problem. Danny called me back and asked if he could come on Friday 5/2 to do an assessment and give me a quote. Danny showed up on Friday and did the assessment and gave me a quote. he said that because of the pending rain, he wanted to do the repairs asap. he squeezed me into his busy schedule and came back on Saturday 5/3. he did the repairs and showed me pictures of what he had done! We are truly grateful of Danny's professionalism and hard work! I would definitely recommend Windward Windows & Gutters! read more

All I can say is wow wow wow! Windward Windows And Gutters provides timely estimates, reasonable prices, and a wonderful experience. I heard about Windward Windows And Gutters through a flyer that I received in the mail. After having a bad experience with the first estimate from another company (you can read that review) I called Windward Windows And Gutters. An appointment was made on a Wednesday, and I was informed that I didn't even need to be at home if that was not convenient for me. Danny, who is the owner of the company, was actually the one who came out to do the estimate himself. I spoke with him on the phone and he took several pictures of my house. Within a few days I had an estimate sent to me via my email address that I was able to look it over and discuss with my husband. I thought the price was very fair. Once I had agreed to move forward, a time was set up through Danny to complete the gutter project. His crew arrived on time and was very efficient in the installation. Danny even upgraded my gutters, but did not charge me the upgrade fee. The gutters look amazing and I was really satisfied with their service. Highly recommend!! read more

Danny and his crew did a great job of removing the old gutter that had fallen and replaced with new gutter and downspouts that they fabricated on site. They offered the best competitive pricing for a quality product and professional installation with clean up and removal of the old gutter. I would highly recommend Windward Windows and Gutters. read more

I'm impressed with the 2nd story external window cleaning today. Dane was professional, friendly, and accommodating. I appreciated the texted confirmation of the appointment on the prior day, the invoice will come within 24 hours for payment ease (I'll mail in a check). The staff on the phone were accessible, professional and said I can call anytime I had questions. This Kailua-based company responded quickly to my request for quotes and were reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again. read more

I was told the day but not the time. I adjusted for it, but the most they could do was call from 30 minutes away. The service was polite, worked quickly. They asked when something came up. After they asked if I would check their work before leaving. I appreciated that. read more

Excellent process! Danny came out on time to estimate the replacement of a section of my gutters, then promptly emailed me a reasonable proposal. After accepting it, the job was scheduled and the crew came out as scheduled, and did an outstanding job installing the gutters. The crew was polite, professional and efficient. They even indicated that since the gutter and my flashing were different metals, they went the extra step and treated the gutters so future electrolysis wouldn't occur! Excellent job all the way around and I'll use them when the time comes to do the rest of my gutters!! read more

I'm writing this review over 1 year later after hiring Danny to install gutters on my 2 story home. I haven't ran into any issues and still very happy with them. I received multiple quotes before I finally found Danny, and he's the first person who not only was I most happy with the pricing, but also the most comfortable I was with his expertise and professionalism. He was also the only one who wasn't irritated with all my questions and concerns (or at least hid it very well, lol). Also, the rain barrel system that I was interested in wasn't a conventional one, and one that Danny hadn't seen or heard of before, but he was open-minded about it, heard me out, read the instructions on my kit to get a full understanding, and made it work! He even gave me tips on how to set up my rain barrels, which I did before my appointment, so he was able to help me make it compatible with the gutters and spout. Danny is also very honest, because normally, you get an extended warranty with a maintenance plan with them to clean it every year, but he said that because of the way my house is, it won't need cleaning every year, so I got to have their extended warranty with getting it cleaned every other year. I'm really pleased with my whole system, and really happy that I chose Windward Windows and Gutters. I used to dread heavy rains because of all the erosion it would cause, but now I look forward to all the rain we can get. I save so much water, and my plants and trees love rain water. read more

The crew did a good job at a fair price. Their clean up prior to departing my residence was excellent. I would use them again.

We found Windward on Yelp and they had great reviews. They came in higher than other companies but we were able to get a fair quote for both gutter installation and whole house exterior painting. I arranged rain gutters to be installed for my MIL's single story house. They finished the job in about two days and did a great job. Communicating with them was easy. read more

Terrible experience from start to finish This company was a complete nightmare to deal with. They showed up over three hours late without calling or texting. The crew was totally unprofessional -- smoking on my property, leaving cigarette butts and materials behind, and spending most of their time on their phones. They didn't answer my questions, acted like they didn't care, and left a mess when they were done. Then when it rained, every corner of the gutter leaked, and the downspouts were scuffed and not straight. I paid good money expecting quality work, but got nothing but frustration. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. read more
