We needed the roof replaced due to it being over 20 years old and it is a requirement of home insurance. The supervisor in charge of our work explained the work required, what's involved, and how long it will take. He then provided an estimate, which is reasonable. The entire roof was replaced within half a day, with a staff of 8-10 workers. Very efficient! He provided before and after pictures of the roof. Recently a year later, there was heavy rain and some water was coming through the ceiling of my room. I called them and they responded quickly that morning. The 2 guys worked on finding the leak on the roof, in heavy rain. They reported it wasn't the roof, but the flashing that is on the wall. This was a duplex, where the wall is shared with the neighbor. The flashing is original and has not been replaced. Water was going through the small crack, so the worker applied sealant across the flashing. Very good service. The supervisor came another day to inspect the roof and flashing. It looks all good. He said he can replace the flashing in 3-4 years. I just have to give him a call then. I recommend this company for your roofing needs.

He provided a quick and simple estimate/proposal and worked with our house painting contractor's schedule to get everything done right. David quickly dropped the old gutters and hauled them away a few days before the painters arrived to start cleaning and prepping the house. Apparently there were many cracked tiles, probably when panels were put in, tenting and/or neighbor's avocados. He checked for this type of tiles and the color. Recommended extra tiles because not many in my color which I did want. Rob and his helper went straight to work for many hours (in the hot sun and no breeze) due to the tile being slippery, not to cause further breakage and must do one at a time). They then carefully brought in the extra tiles for storage. Very happy with the work of Rob and advice on the care of the roof.
