He came down, and drew a schematic diagram of my house, and what it needed. Afterward, he mentioned that he will email me a proposal. I questioned him on the type of gutters, and what he recommended. My house needed rain gutters. I was looking through Yelp for some recommendations and found this company. I called the number and Sonny answered the phone. He seems pleasant enough, took all my information and scheduled an appointment with me on a Monday between 9 and 11 AM to give me an estimate on my gutters. I stayed home from work that day to meet him, but as time went on, nobody showed up. At first I thought he was just running late; a phone call would've been nice. However, the whole day went by, no call from Sonny to update me on why he could not make it or why he no showed. I can understand if you're running late, just let me know. If you're too busy to take on new business, just let me know as well and I would look for another company. This guy clearly is not interested in business. Very inconsiderate. read more

we asked for and received an estimate. the estimate included a detailed cad drawing for the gutter layout. The lay out clearly marked the downspout locations and the gutter positions. the written estimate included the work summary and the pricing. This project at our home was to replace the existing PVC 4-inch gutters with 6-inch aluminum gutters. Sonny was able to schedule the work within a weeks' time. Sonny suggested that they paint all the facias before installing the gutter. This was a great suggestion and saved me the trouble of hiring a paint company. They arrived on time on the date scheduled. They did the work in four hours. the workmanship was outstanding. they cleaned up before they left. This company did something really strange. I requested a quote through their website and after not getting a response back after a week, I placed a call and left a voice message. I didn't get a call back after a few days so I called another company for a quote. Then two weeks later, someone from this company shows up at my door unannounced and says he's here to give me a quote. I don't understand how this company does business but I especially don't appreciate someone coming to my house without notice. The man who came wasn't apologetic and told me "you're welcome" before leaving. read more

I needed some rain gutters on my 5,000 square foot house including a second story. The previous owner left behind a huge cube-shaped rainwater tank that was not being used. I needed someone to install gutters to control the water running off my eaves and to reroute some of it into my water tank so that I could redirect it to my schrub beds. One day, I was riding my bicycle to the beach when I spotted Sonny installing some gutters in an expensive neighborhood. I troubled him for a card thinking he must be good. I was delighted that he was able to send a crew to my house within 2 weeks. The job was completed in one day including the connection to the cube-shaped rainwater tank and another pipe for a different gutter that I had installed to route some of the water out into our lawn. For the latter, they had to curl downpipe around the second story stairs landing so as not damage a beautiful Monstera vine. No Monstera's were harmed in the process. ha ha About a month later, I realized that I didn't order gutter screens. These are important do to the difficulty of accessing the second story gutters. Called about a small plant growing in my rain gutter downspout. Owner came out and assessed the problem and quoted me a reasonable price to remove and clean out the gutter. Work crew came on time for the appointment and quickly removed plant, flushed out the gutter and reattached all parts with no problem. Easy job by the crew completed in about 30 minutes. 1-24-23 sonny doesn't call you to inform you that he's running late. We had to chase after him by calling and texting him. Arrangements were made to start the repair job between 8-9 am. 9:15 came and went and we hadn't heard from him. We texted him and he said that his crew will come after lunch. Two workers did arrive at 1pm. The repair looks good so far but we were very upset that they left screws and headless nails on the ground6 in total. They saw that we had dogs and that act of negligence could have seriously injured our dogs paws, had they stepped on one of the nails or worse, swallowed one Lawrence needs to reign in Sonny and teach him how to proactively communicate with customers read more

The folks at Adonai's Rain Gutter Systems were very professional throughout the process. I first contacted Sonny about a year ago and he came out for an estimate. He prepared a detailed proposal, but I had to postpone the installation due to scheduling issues on my end. I contacted him again this year, and although prices had gone up in the iterim, he was able to give the same price quoted on the initial visit. Due to unique Covid vulnerability, I requested that he and his crew wear masks thoughout the installation. This had to be difficult, but they complied with the request, which put us all at ease. They arrived at the appointed time and quickly communicated with neighbors to make sure their vehicles did not block the shared road. Had a bit of an "emergency" gutter repair. Attempted for 4 WEEKS to get other rain gutter companies to respond to numerous requests for appointments/quotes. I can say now from experience that good rain cutter companies are hard to find. Sonny from Adonai's was extremely responsive. He was able to come out to assess the damage and get me a quote in 2 days. The repair was scheduled the week after. The repairman actually showed up (which in my experience I've noticed other rain gutter companies struggle to do) and followed up by phone with me after the repair was done. OK, so many 5 star ratings already, but I felt like I should ditto all as I really am pleased with the owner (Sonny) and the great work and follow up after installing new copper gutters on my house. Work was perfect, but had an issue with a modification of sunshade that required a downspout relocation to fit. Sonny and crew came back in no time at all and relocated the downspout at minimal cost. This company received a one start because there were no other stars below one. We had a simple job of replacing gutters on only one part of our home. It took a few months 2-3 months to solidify a contract and to my understanding, it's because we're located about an hour away from this businesses base location. I do admit it's a bit of a travel to receive any type of services. The disheartening part of working with this company is that we received a quote of 600$ for a simple replacement of 55ft of gutters prior to installation. Then on the day they come to install, the head guy tells us that the price changed to $800. He said that the contract called for 800$. We have the proposal for $600. Be then says, $800 is the price. We don't have to do the job. We felt duped. We needed the gutters fixed before the rainy season started. I wouldn't recommend this company for these types of shady practices nor am I calling these guys in the future. read more

Sonny called yesterday to say he could come out today to measure for a gutter estimate. He couldn't give a precise time or even an approximate time (hmmm, okay), so we waited at home all day. Finally, at 3:15 PM I called his cell phone only to have him tell me that his job in town was cancelled so that's why he didn't come to measure.....What!!!! I told him that was extremely inconsiderate and that all it would have taken was a phone call this morning to tell me he would not be able to make it so we wouldn't have been sitting around waiting for him. If a business owner is so inconsiderate and unreliable then I don't trust them to do my gutters. read more

I called them and they answered the call! I got a voicemail on one of the others i called and the 3rd the voicemail was full. They gave me a good price and showed up for the installation when they said they would be there and completed a 1/2 day ahead of schedule. They recommended a larger gutter i think it was 6", cost a little more but when comparing to my neighbors it hides more of the fascia and looks great. Well worth the money. Had to call Sonny again since my father backed up into one of our rain gutters and narrowed the channel. We also had a small defect in one of the gutters on the side that was leaking.
