While other people wanted to send an estimator out in a week, he immediately gave us a flat rate which was less than the competition. Carlos showed up on time, cleaned the gutters, and provided before and after pictures. He then measured our gutters and confirmed that we only needed them on one side of the house... he did not try to upsell us for something we didn't need. We thought his price for gutter cleaning was very reasonable - a couple of hundred dollars below what other people were charging, and the gutter installation follows suit as far as price and quality of products. We would highly recommend KC Gutter Cleaning to friends and family!

Excellent, excellent response, communication, workmanship, and pricing for gutter maintenance…read moreservice from Carlos at KC Gutter Cleaning! Gutter downspouts on my two story house were clogged and overflowing from falling leaves buildup from neighboring trees and even had some plants growing in the gutters.. Contacted the company that installed my gutter system as well as KC Gutter Cleaning for quotes. Carlos made an appointment right away to inspect the job. In addition to cleaning, asked him about the installation of gutter leaf guards. He gave me a quote that afternoon for cleaning and installation of leaf guards Other company sent a salesman to inspect the job and their quote (received 4 days later after I followed up) for just the gutter cleaning was much, much higher than KC's gutter cleaning portion of his quote. Gave Carlos the ok on his quote and he arranged a schedule convenient to me. To clean the gutters, he used a trash bag and spatula like device to manually remove the gutter buildup and after un-clogging the downspouts, used a water hose to be sure that the water flowed out the downspouts. After cleaning, he installed the leaf guards on all the gutters. He completed the work in one day and sent me pictures of the completed work. Highly recommend Carlos for gutter servicing.

Other companies also responded, but I went with them because of their outstanding 5 star rating. They promptly messaged me back and I scheduled an estimator to come look at our house for the next week. Communication was good, through Yelp messages and also after I gave them my number, they texted me updates. The estimator came and we received the quote the next day through email. We were happy with it so our appointment was for the following week. The workers came and got the job done in about an hour. We received the invoice through email and I paid by sending in a check to avoid the credit card fee to the credit card company. It would've been a $22 fee. It might not sound like a lot, but I avoid unnecessary fees if I can. All in all, a very smooth and professional experience and I am happy with the repairs as there are more storms headed our way during this hurricane season. Thank you!

Lacey went above and beyond to schedule my secret gift of a cleaning before my husband's birthday. And the result: I still think the job was a lot to ask one person to do, but Brazen was up to the task and did it heroically and conscientiously. I was impressed with him as a person, as well. I don't know a lot about gutters, but Sonny does…read more I had new gutters installed a few years ago by another company. They lasted a year or less before they started leaking. Same company came out to quote a gutter cleaning/repair and the guy just said "they used too much caulk". We both knew replacing that caulk would last about as long as the first time. Cost almost as much, too . So for a couple years when it rained, we got more wet from the waterfalls coming off our gutters than we would have from the rain. Called Sonny, hoping maybe a pro could repair or reinstall all the leaking corners/joints. He suggested replacement would be a much better option, but was kind enough to talk me through and quote both options. Seemed pretty clear this was one of those things where if the material failed, maybe could fix that, but to correct wrong installation, pretty much gotta install correctly. (my problems weren't even just the corners - pretty much all the connection points...) And they did. And couldn't be happier. Hasn't been a year so not a fair comparison, but I'm telling you, there's no comparison. Rain we got from Lala was a pretty good test and Adonai's gutters (and install!) passed with flying colors. (On top of everything, Sonny's crew re-worked a downspout and part of the existing slope on the fly b/c it was a better way to do it. Seriously, six stars for these guys.)
