I contacted my insurance, which I was told by several roofers that I should have contacted roofers first. I got quotes from 5 different companies. I chose M & R Roofing because Aaron has a CAN DO attitude and drive. Aaron provided me with not the cheapest but not the most expensive estimate. It was a very complicated job, 2 story, removal/replace 36 leased solar panels (I had to use an authorized company, Revolusun. Geoff Lee) Fyi.. M & R Roofing works with a solar company that would have been half the cost. COMMUNICATION On point from day one, Aaron answered all my calls 90% of the time, and he returned my calls. He addressed all my concerns, and I did not feel that I was being played cause I am a woman. Aaron also communicated with Revolusun to coordinate the project. Aaron also submitted my change of shingle and gutter design install to association. Approved the first time. We ran into some roof issues but the crew communicated to Aaron and he called me, problems solved, no nickel and dime. CREW Crew showed up, bunch hard working Filipino crew. Singing oldies but goodies. Clean up daily (I did find a couple of nails, but that's a given) Aaron also had the respect of the crew cause he took care of them. After the $76,000 roof was installed in December 2025 I noticed that the gutters were leaking. I immediately called and texted Aaron to please come take a look. That text was sent on January 4. For the next three months I got nothing but excuses and a disgusting photo of his infected foot - apparently the reason he couldn't come look at my roof. Finally, on March 27 some guys were sent to repair the leaks. Cut to August 16 when the gutters blew off. Again, I immediately texted and called Aaron who told me that "unfortunately, this was not covered under my seven year warranty because it was an act of God." First, I reviewed the contract which did not state the exclusion. Second, I asked Aaron how he could possibly know that it was neither a manufacturing or installation issue when he hasn't even seen it. He told me the owner of the company would call me. That was a month ago. No one has ever followed up. Both my husband and I have called and texted countless times - at least 10. This company is unreliable and shady. Do NOT use them. They will take your money and walk away without standing behind their product. We paid almost $80,000 to be ignored. If you live in Hawaii you need a reliable roofer. M&R Roofing is the WRONG choice.

House remodel in 1995 with the patio connected to the house, no concerns of leaks. 2020 Headed Home repainted the entire exterior of my home and in the garage & patio and reroofed my house. Patio was completed with a white silicone coating but pressure washing was required for a clean surface, understandable. I called left a message, Bronson called and said he will stop by to view the area of concern. Stopped by as mentioned, needing to speak with the owners, said the painted areas is cracking & worn. Upon starting work they noticed we had a lot of rot on one side of our house. They took the time to explain everything and ended up replacing all of my fascia. Unlike other roofing companies who wanted to fix the whole roof, Tulba's Roofing only fixed what needed to be fixed. And now I don't have to worry about the leak.
