He was straightforward and honest in identifying that the leak was coming from the hot water heater panel joints--not the roof itself. He also took the time to send photos and clearly explained what needed to be done to fix it. I had reached out to nine different roofers over a few days. Only one other responded by text on Monday, and another didn't call back until four days later. Rocky's responsiveness and professionalism really stood out.
