Pacific Spray Wash absolutely delivered! We got our roof soft washed by these guys yesterday and I have to say, they are the BEST from start to finish. They showed up when they say they would. On time and on point. 8am sharpe, Mitchell's truck is parked at my house, smiling, setting up and ready to go. They provided certificate of Insurance followed by a quote within hours of their initial visit. Due to the storms, we had to reschedule once, they gave proper notices, zero hassle. They provided before and after pictures, excellent results. My property, not just the roof, was nice and clean by the time they were finished. I hope to see a company like this continue to thrive! read more

My husband has been wanting to get the house cleaned. We received 3 estimates for our job and this company came in the middle. There was a substantial difference between two estimates from the third, and I actually really liked the man who offered the lowest estimate, too. What made the difference was that Matt sent their certificate of insurance with the quote. I appreciated that I didn't ask for it (yet) but that he was proactive. I felt that if he was proactive with a document, he'd also consider other things I may not think about and it made me feel a lot better. They are punctual, thorough, respectful, nice, and did a great job. Excellent communication before, during, and after. This company is very reasonable and now we have some dollars to put towards other home projects that we really need done. read more

Highly recommend this company for your soft washing needs! Matt was very responsive with our inquiries and visited to provide a free estimate. He was knowledgeable and fair and made good suggestions, even recommending against some services at this time because some areas were clean and did not warrant a wash. Really appreciated his input and the estimate was very reasonable. Day of washing was great! Patrick and Mitchell were right on time and did an awesome job softwashing our home! They were very careful with covering up sensitive areas and careful with spraying and avoiding our grass and plants. Our home looked like new and our windows were so clean. The main reason we contacted Matt was that our roof had unsightly dark "crud". We decided to also get our solar panels cleaned. I am so happy we did get it clean. I didn't realize how dirty the panels were. There was even lichen growing on some panels. Our 40+ year old water panels are now clean and we now have hot, hot water. Now I'm hoping for a better electric bill in the coming months. Matt is very professional, he is very prompt in returning calls (He's called back or responded to my texts the same day.) He is very thorough in explaining the cleaning process. I did my research before hiring Matt. His business is registered and he is insured. An "up and up" young business man. read more

I'm very happy to have found Matt and his team @ Pacific Spray Wash for my solar panel cleaning. When I inquired Matt was very thorough in his response and explanation of the process using deionized water which I appreciated. The water in our pipes are full of minerals that will leave mineral staining if not filtered prior to cleaning, especially when done in direct sunlight. Matt confirmed prior to the day of cleaning and when the day came, Steve and Mitchell showed up and did a great job. They were quick and thorough, and showed me a lot of before/after pictures. I highly recommend these guys for your solar panel cleaning, you won't be disappointed. read more

I can't say enough good things about Pacific Spray Wash. Matt came all the way to Waianae to take care of our solar panels. He was timely and hardworking. You can tell he really cares. Matt even took the time to explain to us that a lot of our shingles had blown off. He then proceeded to give us some quick recommendations on how we can fix that. Matt and crew did an excellent job cleaning our tile roof. The roof had never been cleaned (built in 1999) so the guys put in a full day performing a soft wash and removing tons of moss and debris. Would definitely recommend this company. Fair and honest. Gave a good estimate by taking the time to personally inspect our roof first. read more

The outside of our house needed cleaning because the walls, eves, patio ceiling, and sidewalks had dirt and mold. I called Pacific Spray Wash which had an ad in the Hawaii Renovation newspaper section. Matt came to our home to see what need to be done. He patiently explained how their process of house washing is done. I knew I call the right company to do the job. On the scheduled day for our house to be washed Matt and his crew of Mike and Patrick were very polite, friendly, and knew what to do. They sealed and taped the electrical outlets, outside lights, and doors where water may enter. They did an excellent job of eliminating the dirt and mold on the outside of the house, garage, and sidewalks. We were very pleased with the work done. If we had to do the cleaning by ourselves it would have taken 3 or more days. They did it in about 6 hours. We recommend this company to all who need Matt's services. read more

I'm so glad I found Pacific Spray Wash! First of all, they did an excellent job power washing my driveway and soft washing my deck, rails and windows. My whole family was so impressed with how clean and sparkly everything was! The soft wash system cleaned off the mildew and moldy stuff that I couldn't scrub off myself. It was amazing! I feel like it's so difficult to find professionals that are good at what they do and offer great customer service at the same time. In fact, it's a rarity! Matt is fantastic...he's friendly, responds quickly and does what he says. I'm calling them for all of my exterior washing needs from now on. read more

I requested a quote to clean my roof on the Pacific Spray Wash website. Matt, the owner, called me back within a half-hour of my completing the online request.  We discussed what I wanted done and within another half-hour, he emailed me a firm quote - which was very reasonable. They showed up on 06/28/21 and finished in about 3 hours. My wife and I were amazed at how clean our roof looked. In fact, the roof looked brand new! I highly recommend Pacific Spray Wash to anyone who needs/wants to have their roof cleaned by a professional, conscientious company. read more

Matt Comstock removed 2-yrs of leaf litter from my metal roof and gutters, plus gave my PV panels a wash down. I found his company from an article in the Mid-Week newspaper. He arrived on-time and worked nearly 4-hrs till done. He provided his insurance certificate up-front. So happy I could support this local Windward Oahu small business, wish him well w/scale-up plans and hope he's not too busy when I need him again. read more

Very impressed with the owner, Matt, and how professional and diligent he was from the start to end. Pricing was reasonable for the amount of work and time spent. He and his employee spent 4 hours doing an excellent job spray cleaning the exterior of our North Shore home, cleaning mildew and difficult-to-remove stains. It's very rare nowadays to get the effort and dedication Matt demonstrated. I know I personally am hardworking in my own job and to receive the highest level of hard work back was very nice. Wishing his company the best in success! read more

These folks did an outstanding job with our standing seam metal roof with solar panels. We live in rainy area with a lot of algae buildup on parts of the roof. The guys were efficient, quiet overhead, kept the plantings next to the house in good shape, and were always cheerful and careful. The job is dangerous and slippery, but they knew their business and had their safety protocols well in hand. After cleaning the solar panels are much more efficient and the roof looks far better. Will hire them again next time! read more
