The main reason we contacted Matt was that our roof had unsightly dark "crud". We decided to also get our solar panels cleaned. I am so happy we did get it clean. I didn't realize how dirty the panels were. There was even lichen growing on some panels. Our 40+ year old water panels are now clean and we now have hot, hot water. The outside of our house needed cleaning because the walls, eves, patio ceiling, and sidewalks had dirt and mold. I called Pacific Spray Wash which had an ad in the Hawaii Renovation newspaper section. Matt came to our home to see what need to be done. He patiently explained how their process of house washing is done. I knew I call the right company to do the job. On the scheduled day for our house to be washed Matt and his crew of Mike and Patrick were very polite, friendly, and knew what to do. They sealed and taped the electrical outlets, outside lights, and doors where water may enter. They did an excellent job of eliminating the dirt and mold on the outside of the house, garage, and sidewalks. We were very pleased with the work done. These folks did an outstanding job with our standing seam metal roof with solar panels. We live in rainy area with a lot of algae buildup on parts of the roof. The guys were efficient, quiet overhead, kept the plantings next to the house in good shape, and were always cheerful and careful. The job is dangerous and slippery, but they knew their business and had their safety protocols well in hand. After cleaning the solar panels are much more efficient and the roof looks far better.
