They showed up when they say they would. On time and on point. 8am sharpe, Mitchell's truck is parked at my house, smiling, setting up and ready to go. They provided certificate of Insurance followed by a quote within hours of their initial visit. Due to the storms, we had to reschedule once, they gave proper notices, zero hassle. They provided before and after pictures, excellent results. My property, not just the roof, was nice and clean by the time they were finished. I hope to see a company like this continue to thrive!

There was a substantial difference between two estimates from the third, and I actually really liked the man who offered the lowest estimate, too. What made the difference was that Matt sent their certificate of insurance with the quote. I appreciated that I didn't ask for it (yet) but that he was proactive. I felt that if he was proactive with a document, he'd also consider other things I may not think about and it made me feel a lot better. They are punctual, thorough, respectful, nice, and did a great job. Excellent communication before, during, and after. This company is very reasonable and now we have some dollars to put towards other home projects that we really need done.

He had every right to be upset and not want to clean my property. However, he remained so pleasant and professional. I also had to move my cleaning dates around and he was able to accommodate that for me. On the day of the cleaning I wasn't expecting much because the red dirt at our home is a huge challenge in itself. But to my surprise they were able to make the place look cleaner than I've ever seen it before. Thank you for your hard work.

I rarely leave negative reviews because I'm also a small business owner and will always make an…read moreattempt for resolution privately, but I feel other people should know about our experience since we can't get a response from the owner. My tenant hired this company for a move-out cleaning based on the existing 5-star Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, the cleaning was far below what would reasonably be expected for a move-out clean. During my inspection the day after cleaning, numerous areas had either been missed entirely or cleaned inadequately, including the oven, refrigerator (inside surrounding areas), stove, mirrors, faucets, ceiling fans, windows, window screens, floors, and other details. Because the apartment was not ready for the next tenant, an additional $250 in cleaning had to be arranged and deducted from the tenant's security deposit after she paid this company $400 plus a tip for a very small 2 bedroom apartment. This was my tenants first apartment and first experience hiring a professional cleaner so she didn't think she needed to inspect the work before sending the payment. The really disappointing part wasn't just the quality of the cleaning--it was how the company handled the situation. I called immediately while I was still at the property to give them the opportunity to return and correct the work. After explaining the issues, the person who answered the phone ended the call with what seemed like a sudden hang up. My subsequent calls went unanswered. I later received a text saying the owner would contact me, but no one ever did. I really tried to give them a chance to return. The tenant then emailed the company with a detailed list of the deficiencies, photos documenting the condition, and a request for reimbursement of the additional $250 she incurred. As of this review, there has been no resolution, they never replied to her. Mistakes happen, and no cleaning is perfect. What matters is whether a company stands behind its work when given the opportunity to make it right. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. If the company reaches out, takes responsibility, and reimburses my former tenant for the additional cleaning costs, I would be happy to update this review.

They sent us the incorrect payment info and expected us to pay them twice before they fixed their mistake. They sent many harassing text messages, voicemails, and even claimed (lied) that they had not been paid, when they had been paid but they had provided the wrong payment account. They also texted "F*** you" when they received their payment after their error was fixed (just a day after service). Had to block their numbers, it was that bad. We documented everything just in case. Their actual cleaning was decent, but I would never hire them again because they blamed and harassed us for their own mistake. Not sure this matters but they have 2 yelp profiles for the same business (same phone number, website).

She was again very apologetic and did send me a partial refund for the damage to our fixtures and assured me she had made some changes to how her crew would be cleaning these things in the future. I feel totally confident in using J &G again. They are very credible and very professional. Decided on them after reading all the positive reviews. While they did a pretty good job of cleaning our house after renters had moved out, they did damage the finish on several of our chrome fixtures. I specifically asked the crew that was sent out if they used abrasives to clean the fixtures and was told "no" but after inspecting the first bathroom they cleaned noticed scratches all over the faucets and bathtub fixtures. One of them showed me the green scouring pad they used to take off the water spots! After speaking to the owner, Jessica, she apologized and told me she would give me a discount/refund. That was two weeks ago and still haven't seen a check. But they did a nice job cleaning our blinds and patio screen tracks (which costs extra). Wish they had stopped cleaning when they saw they were scratching the finish on our fixtures though.

It was some money but honestly it was worth it because their crew showed up early and were very efficient in their cleaning which took about 5 hours total to do the move out cleaning with included pet cleaning/flea treatment for the new owner. At one point they accidentally broke one of my glass ceiling fan light covers which was concerning but without even telling me they had already gone out to buy not one but three new ones just in case they didn't match and reinstalled!
