Other companies also responded, but I went with them because of their outstanding 5 star rating. They promptly messaged me back and I scheduled an estimator to come look at our house for the next week. Communication was good, through Yelp messages and also after I gave them my number, they texted me updates. The estimator came and we received the quote the next day through email. We were happy with it so our appointment was for the following week. The workers came and got the job done in about an hour. We received the invoice through email and I paid by sending in a check to avoid the credit card fee to the credit card company. It would've been a $22 fee. It might not sound like a lot, but I avoid unnecessary fees if I can. All in all, a very smooth and professional experience and I am happy with the repairs as there are more storms headed our way during this hurricane season. Thank you!

It was flexing heavily in the rain, overflowing in one spot, and looked like it was close to detaching from the fascia/eave. I was honestly pretty stressed because it looked like the gutter might detach from the fascia, especially with more rain coming. I reached out late at night, and Carlos responded promptly, answered my questions clearly, and put me at ease right away. His response time and communication were excellent. When he inspected it, Carlos explained that the original installer appeared to have secured that entire section with only one screw, and that the bracing and additional fasteners seemed to have been missed. That explained why the gutter was moving so much and gave me confidence that he understood the actual problem instead of just doing a quick patch. We agreed on a flat rate, and what impressed me the most was that he went above and beyond the original repair. He added extra bracing, secured everything, did a complete inspection of the rest of my rain gutters, cleaned everything up, and made sure the repaired section was solid before he left. The quality of work was excellent, and he treated my home with care while he was working. After all the extra effort, he still only charged the flat rate that we agreed on. No surprise add-ons, no nonsense. He also does solar panel cleaning and pressure washing, so he is going to be my one-stop shop from now on. I already told him I'll be calling him every January for solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, and anything else I need done around the house. Reliable, thorough, fair, responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

AL Roofing & Rain Gutters came with 37 reviews and 4-1/2 stars, more than enough of a recommendation for me to given them a call. Professional on the phone and when scheduling the appointment, their estimator, Nick called me when he was a few minutes out to let me know he was coming. Just finished talking to Nick about my situation. To my surprise he recommended a completely different course of action. Rather than just agreeing to quote down spouts that might not fix the problem, Nick suggested checking with a plumber about snaking the existing down spouts. It resulted in no new business for him this time but I was very impressed by his integrity and home maintenance being what it is, I know soo we or later I will have a reason to need a roofing or rain gutter company. I know who'll be at the top of my list to call.

The workmanship looks beautiful, neat, and professionally done, and the new gutters really gave my house a much more finished look. What a difference they made! Before choosing Adonai's, I received quotes from several other companies, and I found Adonai's pricing to be very reasonable. After seeing the quality of their work, I feel I made an excellent choice. I was especially impressed that Sonny and his crew continued working even though it was raining. They worked hard, were professional, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. Sonny also took the time to check something on my roof that I was concerned about, which I really appreciated. That kind of extra attention and helpfulness means a lot to a homeowner. I absolutely love how everything turned out. After seeing the finished job, I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend Adonai's and Sonny and his crew to anyone looking for quality rain gutter work. Excellent workmanship, reasonable pricing, and a great experience all around. Five stars from me!

I don't know a lot about gutters, but Sonny does…read more I had new gutters installed a few years ago by another company. They lasted a year or less before they started leaking. Same company came out to quote a gutter cleaning/repair and the guy just said "they used too much caulk". We both knew replacing that caulk would last about as long as the first time. Cost almost as much, too . So for a couple years when it rained, we got more wet from the waterfalls coming off our gutters than we would have from the rain. Called Sonny, hoping maybe a pro could repair or reinstall all the leaking corners/joints. He suggested replacement would be a much better option, but was kind enough to talk me through and quote both options. Seemed pretty clear this was one of those things where if the material failed, maybe could fix that, but to correct wrong installation, pretty much gotta install correctly. (my problems weren't even just the corners - pretty much all the connection points...) And they did. And couldn't be happier. Hasn't been a year so not a fair comparison, but I'm telling you, there's no comparison. Rain we got from Lala was a pretty good test and Adonai's gutters (and install!) passed with flying colors. (On top of everything, Sonny's crew re-worked a downspout and part of the existing slope on the fly b/c it was a better way to do it. Seriously, six stars for these guys.)

The addition of the new section of gutter was challenging given that the fascia was ~22' off the ground level with no access from the upper roof itself due to the presence of solar panels. David is honest, personable and hard working. He is detailed oriented and produces high quality results.
