The previous cleaners hired by my former tenants left the studio unit with greasy cabinets and countertops, food spills, trash, and accumulated dust, cobwebs, and soil that needed to be addressed to bring the unit to a reasonable move-out condition. So very thankful the Clean Sweep team was able to help me on short notice and take care of these remaining issues.

She sent me an invoice via email to pay $100 deposit. On day of cleaning, Dennis texted me that his team of brother of sister were here. Male employee who was originally from Panama did a good job of cleaning 1 bathroom, cleaning windows and vacuuming for bedroom and living room. He called Dennis to let him know that 2nd bathroom with walk in shower was super dirty. Dennis texted me that I will be charged a little more for deep cleaning. Female employee did a great job on cleaning walk in shower Both of employees went over 2 hours by 30 minutes to finish. My amended invoice was $340.41 with tax.

They did an excellent job and really got down to small details like cleaning the bathroom fan, moving all furniture to vacuum/mop, and did an awesome job on our windows/screens. Our apt gets super dusty for some reason and we have a small chi-mix who sheds constantly. We're happy w/the job and price. They charged $295 flat rate which was on par w/other estimates. We also tipped each worker $10 bc tipping is good karma:) Will likely reach out to them in the future for a random cleaning here and there.

They have that in their cleaning service and provided a very reasonable quote. Another contractor gave me a quote to deglaze my showers which was 4 times the cost , so I decided to give them a try. The team showed up as confirmed was very polite and got to work immediately. I am so glad that I hired them, they results were amazing. They even cleaned my toilet that had a water ring from calcium build up. I didn't ask them to do that , they just did it!!! The team lead by Dharwin were professional, extremely careful and aimed to please! They made sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I will definitely hire them again for other cleaning services and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!! The picture attached is of the finished work. Just know the soap scum was very bad. Thank you again Zhena & Dharwin & team

Pricing was reasonable and fit within my timeline. He did a great job, a complete professional, and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely use him again and recommend his company.

Hired cleaners based on a recommendation and they were able to come out and do the work quickly,…read morewhich was an absolute plus. Personality wise the owner is very positive and confident, and you feel like you can trust him to do a good job. Like others have noted, though, it's not the best cleaning you could pay for. He tends to go for 'hot spots,' areas you might think need some extra work, but leaves the rest of the spots relatively untouched. For example: sinks scrubbed clean but counters left with grime and dust all over them. The carpet cleaning was fine but nothing special. Like the regular cleaning it's superficial and not very thorough (corners where carpet meets the baseboards don't get cleaned well). Found the price to be reasonable for what was done, so I didn't feel taken advantage of. If you're looking for a quick clean that will probably pass your rental inspection they're fine. But if you're looking to actually live in the place being cleaned, maybe look elsewhere.

Awesome customer service Okihime Cleaning Services. I did read several of the (1) star reviews prior to arranging the appointment which more or less stated that the customers either could not get a response from the company or that there was some sort of scheduling issue. I should have listened to my gut and stayed away. This is definitely not a company that I would put my trust in.

Customer Service is outstanding. The quality of cleaning is superior. My final inspection went…read moreincredibly quick. I remembered what the unit looked and smelled like when I moved in one year ago and Okihime matched it and the realtor knew that. The value was above reproach. Some cleaning companies want to see your mess, square footage, pictures, and don't want to waste their time meeting you. Okihime was the exact opposite. They beat out all competitors and I interviewed a lot of cleaners. They were eager for my business, they worked around my schedule. They didn't pussyfoot around square footage or request to see pictures. They didn't need a credit card to hold a date. They were straight-forward and honest. I pray that I do not need to move ever again as it is the most stressful thing in the world, but if I ever need to move or refer someone to get their places cleaned for a moving, I will always remember and refer them to Okihime Cleaning Services. Oh yes, one more thing, they were early for their appointment and I was on time. Which never happens with cleaners. If you want a company with integrity, honesty, a commitment for excellence, trust me and go with Okihime. If you choose to go with another company and it doesn't go as well as you expected, remember this review. The pictures speak for themselves. As far as the other reviews go that give less than 5-stars? The owners go out of their way to make things right. These customers hold resentment and are probably going through a rough patch in their lives. As I said before, moving is super stressful. Show some grace. I am so thankful for the work Okihime did on my place to have my unit. From start to finish. I put my project up. They contacted me within a few minutes. We talked. Set a date within 48 hours. And I passed final inspection. They worked hard and for their hard worked, I also provided optional gratuity. When you realize just how much hidden spots a professional cleaner can help you clean up to make your place pass an inspection, you'll be so grateful. Okihime is absolutely a life save. Thank you so much!!!! The value was amazing too. Budget friendly for Hawaii people.

After receiving an employment opportunity on the mainland, I knew I'd need to hop on Yelp to inquire about cleaning services available for move out on the island of Oahu. I wanted to ensure I could hire a reputable cleaning service that would make my move a bit easier. After searching for "move out cleaning", Yelp had an assessment form for me to fill out in a bit more detail. Being able to put how many bedrooms, bathrooms, and the actual square footage of the space in question was helpful so that an accurate quote could be given by potential businesses. Asking questions such as if there's carpet to be cleaned, or indicating the type of flooring, was handy to the over all price quote. I got several automated responses from Big Box accounts pretty quickly. Standing out, KR Services, a locally owned and operated business reached out to my inquiry and gave a straight forward quote based on the size of the space, bed and bathroom count. Carpet had an additional cost, which was very, very suitable given how much carpet there was. After several exchanges of messages, I spoke to KR, who confirmed availability for the date I needed. Conveniently, I didn't even need to be on island when the cleaning service actually happened. KR service accepts multiple forms of payment and I had a dear friend drop by to facilitate the rest of the transaction. Report back from the aforementioned friend was nothing short of an accolade, confirming the job had been done & done well. KR Services relieved so much pressure and stress of a big move. I am so grateful that if I had to do it again, I would definitely use KR Services, without question.

I hired KleenPro for a move-out cleaning for a 3bedroom/1.5bathroom apartment and had some of the…read moreWORST service/experience I've ever had with a cleaning company. This includes late and unsatisfactory cleaning (with multiple dirty spots), lack of response when I reached out (despite their guarantee), and LYING to the bank when I tried to initiate a chargeback. We set the appointment for 1 PM. The cleaner arrived in the early afternoon around 2 PM, but the service did not finish until much later at almost midnight due to a change in cleaners. We understand that there was a family emergency causing a change in cleaners, so we aren't too upset about that. However, we are upset at the communication near the end because the original cleaner had estimated finishing at 9 PM due to the delay. We checked in a little past 9 PM and they said they were not finished yet. We stopped by and the new cleaning staff said they'd be done by 10:30 PM. We came back at 11 PM and they were still cleaning, not finishing until almost midnight. With all the time spent, we are also upset at the condition it was left in. Several spots were missed (easy things like dust marks on the floor!). I have attempted to contact the merchant multiple times, through both email and text, and received no response from them. We attempted to contact them well within the 48-hour period immediately after the cleaning to do a touch-up cleaning (as stated on their website). We had to hire a different cleaning company to finish the job. As a result, we initiated a chargeback, on which KleenPro LIED in the response. They said that we did not reach out, despite us emailing and texting them multiple times to try to resolve the issue amicably. We even tried to request a normal refund from the merchant, but since they did not respond to us, we initiated a chargeback.

Stains that had been in the carpet since before I moved in are gone now. They really take their time to clean everything including the jalousie windows that are near impossible for me to do myself. Everyone arrived in masks too. Thank you Leon and team! 10/10 would recommend for move out and additional carpet cleaning!
