Moving. Does anyone really enjoy a move? Especially a big move; one that entails many logistics and extensive planning and packing and, what? You want me to clean, too? Oooh, noo. After receiving an employment opportunity on the mainland, I knew I'd need to hop on Yelp to inquire about cleaning services available for move out on the island of Oahu. I wanted to ensure I could hire a reputable cleaning service that would make my move a bit easier. After searching for "move out cleaning", Yelp had an assessment form for me to fill out in a bit more detail. Being able to put how many bedrooms, bathrooms, and the actual square footage of the space in question was helpful so that an accurate quote could be given by potential businesses. Asking questions such as if there's carpet to be cleaned, or indicating the type of flooring, was handy to the over all price quote. I got several automated responses from Big Box accounts pretty quickly. Standing out, KR Services, a locally owned and operated business reached out to my inquiry and gave a straight forward quote based on the size of the space, bed and bathroom count. Carpet had an additional cost, which was very, very suitable given how much carpet there was. After several exchanges of messages, I spoke to KR, who confirmed availability for the date I needed. Conveniently, I didn't even need to be on island when the cleaning service actually happened. KR service accepts multiple forms of payment and I had a dear friend drop by to facilitate the rest of the transaction. Report back from the aforementioned friend was nothing short of an accolade, confirming the job had been done & done well. KR Services relieved so much pressure and stress of a big move. I hired KR services for move out cleaning. Thalia and her crew did a great job! Kapili was responsive and gave a reasonable quote! Was able to accomodate me earlier than my requested date bc I was able to move out all my things quickly. They called before they came and were even a little early! They did a walk thru with me on what they could and could not do and quickly got to work! They completed the work in 4 hours. I have a 3 bdrm 2 full bathrm townhome. My old home is spotless! I had contracted for them to clean my house as I had very important guest coming to stay. They scheduled me for 9:30 on 11/7/2022 the day before my guests arrive which was perfect. At approximately 7:40am on 11/7/2022 Kapilli called and said he had another job come up and wanted me to reschedule. I said that can't be done. So I was left without any cleaning. KR Services was simply amazing! I was moving out of my military housing and needed to clean to make sure I can get out of there without having to pay additional fees. I decided to request quote from various companies at the last minute (within 48 hours of moving out) and KR Services was the first to get back to me with a time and date of when they can come out. It was late at night (2000-2200) and the owner was extremely responsive in getting back to my quote request. When they showed up, the crew were professional and came prepared with everything they needed to clean my house. They took around 4 hours or so to clean my 1300 sq ft apartment, and they did an amazing job. After cleaning, they place looked even better than when I first moved in a few years ago. I could not have asked for a better job done, and the price was reasonable for the services provided. I am amazed at their job, and if I'm back to Oahu again and need cleaning services, I will definitely call KR services again. The crew at KR Cleaning did such a wonderful job on our house. Due to work schedules, our home hadn't had a good cleaning in a few weeks (and it showed), but after KR came in and worked their magic, our house was clean as a whistle. They actually moved furniture to clean around and under tricky areas, took care to wipe everything down appropriately, and even cleaned the pet feeding area without us having to say anything.
