Mahalo to Kaui and Judah for cleaning our house and outdoor patio following our fumigation tenting. We were hard pressed to find cleaners who were available on a Sunday but Kaui responded promptly to our request. She did a walkthrough and provided us a very reasonable quote. Judah and his team worked diligently to clean our home and patio. It was a daunting task because of the fumigation and the fur from our dog and cats. We were more than pleased with their work. We returned to a clean house and patio, ready for immediate occupancy. Mahalo to Kaui, Judah and his team. read more

Kaui is amazing! She's super detailed and always accommodating to our requests and needs. Her prices are very reasonable and it's easy for us to request her monthly for cleaning maintenance. We so appreciate her and she makes our crazy lives so much more livable! read more

I don't know what they were experiencing at the time but I was very disappointed with the move-out cleaning service I paid for my prior home. I was told it was because it was "a bad situation". Sure, I can understand that but if the work was going to be challenging, Kaui's Kleaners could have quoted me accordingly before accepting the project or just decline to do the work after evaluating what they saw on site better. What resulted was a frustrating waste of my time and an unprofessional job not worth the money I paid-- even with the "small" discount I received--no matter how they said they strove to do their best. It seems that the project had inadequate staffing (based on security camera footage of people coming and going to the house) and perhaps a lack of or distracted supervision based on what I came across when I inspected inside the house the next day. Why offer to return to "correct" the work after numerous discrepancies (basic, routine things that an experienced company should have spotted and taken care of) were brought to their attention after they said the job was completed and payment requested? Those should have been handled thoroughly the first time. For these reasons, I can't recommend this company. I already told Kaui that. This was the first time that the Yelp reviews failed me at a time when I really needed a job done well. read more

Needed someone to clean our windows, floors, and walls after doing some construction work. Despite Kaui's busy schedule, she made time for us and came to our home to give us an estimate right away. Enjoyed working with Kaui and very pleased with her work and would definitely recommend her company to anyone seeking cleaning services. read more

Kaui and her team did a deep clean of our home and upholstery cleaning, and we will continue with follow-up monthly cleaning. She is a great communicator and inspected our place to give a full quote, including discounted monthly follow-up cleaning--transparent with no surprise fees. They did a thorough job, top to bottom and and even cleaned bathroom vents and ceiling fan blades, and blinds. Nice local family-owned company. read more

Amazing job! Thank you so much. Had a lot of pets and needed to get through smell out of here. Its so much better. Friendly and prompt with scheduling and communication. High recommend! read more

I wanted a deep clean for my kitchen and bathroom because my landlord didn't have my place cleaned before I moved in. I should've checked more before paying because I'm really disappointed with how much was left for me to clean after they left. Most of the cabinet fronts, handles on the fridge, behind the kitchen door and all the doors themselves as well as the walls still had a lot on them to be cleaned. I was able to clean them with just a magic eraser too so I know it wasn't stains that wouldn't come out. The floor also needed a good scrub which they didn't do and I ended up cleaning it again after they left. They were also an hour late and didn't mention at all during booking that they had a two hour minimum so I ended up paying for more time than they were here and I did a lot of cleaning I was hoping to avoid by hiring professionals. They're probably great for weekly maintenance cleaning but not at all for a deep clean. The pictures don't show well how much was left to clean read more

First time scheduling a monthly cleaning with Kaui's Kleaners. They were timely, friendly, efficient, and did a great job all around. Kaui's Kleaners offers the BEST prices on the island and unmatched cleaning services! Their team is excellent at communication and incredibly knowledgeable about how to make your home truly spotless. When we didn't have time for them to come look at our place before hand for a move out clean, Kaui's said no problem and allowed us to send a video of our place instead. We really appreciated their willingness to accommodate us since it can be really hectic during a move. If you're looking for reliable and affordable cleaning, I highly recommend them! read more

I last minute needed a move out clean and called Kaui's Kleaners for an estimate! They got back to me so quick especially since it was a holiday! They were so accommodating with my tight timeline and when they did give me a quote and it was the best price I could find on island! They arrived and didn't stop until they felt like it was up to their standards no matter how long it took! The place honestly felt way cleaner than when I moved in and my landlord was very happy. Professional, diligent, reliable, extremely hard working, high attention to detail, excellent cleaning service!!! I've been working with Kaui for over 2 years now. Kaui's Kleaners cleans and re-stages our rental including laundry and Kaui let's us know when supplies need to be restocked and when areas need attention so we can let our handyman know. During this crazy time she also implemented extra sanitation efforts to keep our place germ free and safe during COVID-19. We recently moved off island and she also accepts packages for us and restocks the items in our house. Because of Kaui's Kleaners we have countless 5-star reviews in cleanliness! Kaui's Kleaners is such a great cleaning business and we are so thankful to have found them and have a long time working relationship! I'm not in favor of companies that don't contact when an appointment for an estimate is scheduled. I was scheduled to meet with Travis for an estimate today at 2. I waited until 2:35 to call the number listed on Yelp. Travis messaged me saying that he had an emergency and couldn't make it, mind you, this is at about 2:45, 45 minutes after he was supposed to be here. My time is precious to me, especially when I've rearranged appointments to accommodate Travis and Kaui's Kleaners. Don't waste your time with this company, they don't seem to value potential clients who want to book as well as future cleaning opportunities. Ridiculous waste of time. I don't recommend this company at all. read more

I used Kaui's Kleaners for a move out clean and carpet cleaning. She fit me in quickly after my first company canceled due to COVID infection. What I liked best was that she came to do an estimate to charge based on what actually needed to be done, not just a flat rate like so many other cleaning companies offered. This saved me close to $200 because I was very clean and had only lived in the unit for 5 months. Her crew did a great job because I got my full deposit back. Mahalo Kaui! read more

So it's been 4.5 years going now having Kaui and her crew cleaning our hale (House) but it also gives me quality time with my son as we leave them to do their thing. But I think because they come once a month it only takes an hour or hour half to finish and after breakfast or the beach to kill time we come home to a sparkling clean, good smelling I wish we could keep it like that everyday, I get excited and text her to thank her again & again. I would definitely recommend Kaui's Kleaners for your next hale cleaning. So mahalo nui for the years of service. read more

I scheduled a move-out cleaning with Kaui's company. Loved the cleaning Kaui and her team did for my 1 bedroom apartment. They did everything! Cleaned my floor to ceiling windows, my filthy refrigerator, my bathroom, and even wiped down the furniture and cleaned my vents. I have to admit I was a bit anxious because of the earlier schedule snafu and bit of delay in arrival. But they were so friendly and finished the grade A cleaning in an hour and a half. (There were 3 people cleaning my 600 sq ft apartment. I would have done it myself but...... I'm just plain lazy! Lol!) Please hire this crew for your move-out cleaning! read more

I was calling everyone on yelp, because I needed a cleaning appt a week out to sell our townhouse, and Kaui's kleaners was the only one who really responded back to me. Very nice and she fit me into her schedule. They did a great job on my bathtubs and kitchen, and listened to all of my concerns of what I needed to get done. They even took off the light fixtures above my oven and overhead kitchen lights. I was planning to change out the light bulbs anyways, but I really didn't want to take it off myself because its been up there so long. Anyway great job, thank you, Nolan. read more

I'm so glad to have found Kaui's Kleaners! I had been struggling to find cleaners that would respond to my inquires, but Kaui responded promptly and came over to give me a quote the same day. I needed a rush cleaning for the next day and she managed to fit me into her busy schedule. Her team worked very efficiently. When I came home, my kids and I were amazed at the transformation! They left no corner or surface untouched- the house was spotless from top to bottom. EXACTLY what I wanted for my husband's homecoming the next day. Mahalo Kaui's Kleaners for a sparkling clean home! This review is long overdue as I used them for a deep cleaning about a year ago. They communicated well throughout the inquiry and when they were on their way. Had to book an appointment last minute, which they accommodated. They did a cleaning of the entire interior to include steam cleaning the carpets in just 2 hours. They had a team of four people, which got the job done fast. Pricing was highly competitive, and they got stains out that I thought for sure were going to linger around. Kaui had a very charismatic attitude. I never felt rushed or pushed by her. With cleaners you usually get a lot of attitude, but I got the opposite from her. It was a good experience, and I even saw her doing mentorship on the job as well. Its good to see business owners that dont take it all upon themselves and provide employment opportunities for others. I look forward to using Kaui Cleaners again during my next spring cleaning or move! I affirm that I was not paid or compensated for this review. Im just a grateful customer. Found this company on yelp and I'm glad I did. I needed a "move out cleaning service" and they were by far the cheapest on island. The owner , Kaui came to the residence and conducted a survey and gave me an estimate the very same day I contracted her. Kaui was great to communicate with and honestly relieved a lot of stress with this move since I knew her company was going to clean the place. On the day of the cleaning, Kaui and her crew were right on time. They were very professionally and cleaned out the place really well. They cleaned out places I didn't even know were dirty. They also shampooed and cleaned the carpets. I highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

Was really disappointed with the cleaning. The bathrooms was done poorly. The blinds in the master bedroom was left open as to clean the windows but the blinds was not done. The half bathroom toilet was not cleaned as she complain about it. The upstairs room walls they said they will wipe down and had to go over them myself as alot of the markings came off. My main concern was the bathroom and cleaning my carpet. She said her son has the carpet cleaner and can be over tonight at 10pm. I said okay. Then 10:30pm texted her that she said no i said Friday between 9: -9:30 he showed up at 10:10am. The quote she gave me was said for only the cleaning which took 1and half and the cleaning of the rug was a seperate bill. Basically I feel they did a rush half ass job and I got over charge for the service they gave me. She said because they had 3 of them that was the right charge. I will read thru the reviews alot closers so as not to have this issue with communication. As she stated they only came for counsel but yet she had 2 other workers over to do the job. I am just really upset as i am more careful with my time and money. I just needed help with cleaning in a short period of time and if my health was better i would have done this kind of work my self. read more
