I had to find cleaning help for my mother-in-law before she moves back to her house, which was just completely renovated, except for the windows and jalousies that I believed were not cleaned for decades. Since I live in the mainland, I relied on Yelp to find a cleaning crew that I could trust. After communicating with a number of them, I decided on MP Services since not only that they had competitive rates and great customer reviews, Meliza the owner had been very responsive throughout. The house is now squeaky clean, and the old windows and jalousies are clean like new (!), as you can tell from the photos. They even cleaned the exterior carport area without charging me for it. Even more, my wife just went back to Hawaii with my MIL, and she was shocked and pleasantly surprised that those jalousies could be cleaned so nicely despite the cakes of dirt that she saw growing up in that house. :-). I have used MP services twice now for cleaning: the first time for deep cleaning and the second for post-construction after I had painters, flooring, and woodwork done within a period of four months. The crew did an excellent job and were very thorough. For the deep clean, they cleaned my family's apartment which had been neglected for decades. There were layers of dirt, dust, and grease and the bathrooms were in dire need of sanitizing. The MP service crew did such an exceptional job, and I was amazed at what they were able to accomplish. She literally did the few dishes I left in the sink (that I didn't have time to get to before they got here), not only cleaned the outside of my dishwasher, but actually cleaned the whole inside bottom part, AND the part that really blew my mind... she cleaned INSIDE my aero garden that was in my kitchen. I was in a pinch bc the cleaners hired by my PM for move out cleaning didn't do a satisfactory job, in fact I refused to pay them based on pictured proof. I called MP Services bc I liked that it was woman owned. Meliza showed up in an hour, took pictures and videos and had a team in to clean the next evening. Reggie and Alycia did an outstanding job! Squeaky clean and smelled so good! It took them four hours to clean my 912 sq ft 3/1, there were only 2 of us living there and it was in the usual condition that two years living in a house gets. One of her cleaners named Andres was thorough with every area including the crevices with the tiles of the showers and floor, and the edges of the kitchen drawers. I needed a house cleaning service that would prepare my apartment for an inspection by the owner and the owner's leasing agent. Meliza, MP Services' owner, was responsive and accommodating from initial inquiries to job completion. After the cleaning crew (Camille and Arcel) did a superb job in preparing my apartment for the inspection, I asked Meliza if MP Services could return to shampoo as much of my living room carpet as could be done in one man-hour (to limit the cost of the additional work for an old carpet that would be discarded upon my vacating the apartment). Most house cleaning services understandably would not be willing to take a job for one hour. Meliza was willing to take the job herself because she could not expect any of her workers to do that. MP Services' rate per man-hour was competitive and, unlike some competitors' pricing practices, did not price the job based on the number of bedrooms or bathrooms. I preferred a pricing approach based solely on man-hours. I highly recommend MP Services for its professionalism, responsiveness, thoroughness in cleaning, accommodativeness, and man-hour approach to billing for a job. Every organization's culture is created from the top down. I commend Meliza's leadership, hiring and retaining (happy) skilled, conscientious, and helpful workers, and willingness personally to take a small additional job that I did not include in the scope of the initial visit. read more

MP Services does a spectacular job. Here is my experience with them and I would encourage anyone in need of cleaning services to contact them. I sent out a request via yelp for quotations for a regular (not deep) cleaning of my mom's house. Four companies got back to me immediately with quotes based on the numbers of rooms and bathrooms. One even stated that the cleaners must only be paid in cash after the initial deep cleaning (which we didn't want anyway and is very expensive). And that company and one other insisted on doing a deep cleaning before committing to doing any further weekly cleaning. But here is the takeaway from all of this: MP Services asked to come the very next day to see the house and provide a quotation based on the client's needs. Meliza and her partner, John, were very thorough and also so kind to my elderly parents. John is a contractor (Pacific Precision Builders) and he gave us quotes on the repair work my parents needed done and knowing those costs, we were able to prioritize what needed fixing right away and what could be done later. Meliza is in charge of the cleaning and she has proven to be reliable and a real go-getter. She's a hard worker and my parent's house hasn't been that clean in a long time. We have always had weekly house cleanings, but the difference is apparent - the floors are so clean and she really moves the furniture around to clean. She even rearranged the furniture to make a more pleasing and spacious living area. We really appreciate her work and she is now cleaning our house weekly. Don't hesitate to contact her. First of all I want to say that I was skeptical to have someone come into my home and clean. I know I needed help with all the cleaning. I did extensive research on cleaning companies on here and some reviews scared me even more into not wanting to do this. Except with MP services. All her reviews are 5 stars as I thought this would be the best option. Meliza texted me asked me a few questions and when I asked questions about the services she was very responsive. She told me exactly what was going to be done and they declutter and organize which is HUGE because a lot of cleaning companies do not. So I took a chance. Let me tell you, I'm SOOOOOOOOO grateful to Reggie Meliza, Jeana, and the whole team (yes I said team) that came to clean my gigantic house.
