I highly recommend Cory at Excellence Carpet! From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. He responded quickly, provided a very fair quote, and was incredibly easy to schedule with. I really appreciated the reminder texts leading up to the appointment, and on the day of service, Cory arrived right on time. He worked incredibly hard, went above and beyond what was expected, and was extremely thorough with every detail. My carpets look amazing, and my couch looks brand new! The quality of his work speaks for itself. On top of that, his pricing is very fair for the level of service and care he provides. If you're looking for someone reliable, professional, hardworking, and honest, Cory is the person to call. I couldn't be happier with the results! read more

Corey just completed an amazing office floor cleaning for us! We're really happy with the work that he did. Corey is neat, clean, organized and does a thorough job for the price quoted! We were really surprised by the amount of buildup from normal everyday office use. Corey wiped down any splash on the tile trims & moldings! Very pleased! Would definitely use Corey again! Corey did a great job on my couch and chairs. I moved into a place that came furnished and I could tell the furniture hadn't been cleaned in ages. Cory cleaned my white sofa and it looks like new. He was prompt in responding, showed up on time and did a great job. Next, I'll ask him to tackle an area rug that's seen better days! read more

I booked this company through Yelp after receiving three quotes. They were the most expensive but had the best reviews, which set high expectations. Communication was good--he responded quickly and answered my questions--which is why I rated this service 4 stars. That said, the service itself fell a bit short. The cleaning process wasn't explained ahead of time, making it difficult to plan for drying. The appointment took place later in the evening during a rainy week, and my couch and rugs did not dry well. While everything is clean, my couch feels like it could use another pass. One rug still has a faint stain, and the other took a very long time to dry. Overall, it was a good service, but I didn't feel I fully got my money's worth given the price. I likely won't use this company again. read more

Cory was very timely with his replies and his quote was the most cost effective compared to three other quotes we received. Although we decided to just toss our old area rug rather than have it cleaned, we will definitely keep Excellence Carpet & Cleaning on file for future needs. Mahalo Cory! We wish you continued success for your business! read more

Update- if I were to update this review, I would have to repeat everything I said in my original 2020 review on my condo with another 5 stars. Highly recommend! We were blessed to connect with Excellence Carpet & Cleaning on Yelp! Cory responded quickly to our request concerning our small residential job involving ink stains dripped on 14 carpeted stairs. He arrived on time and everything was carefully set up and then each stair was treated and cleaned. We were surprised that everything, from initial contact to cleaning, all completed within one week! The carpet has texture so maybe hard to see properly. The areas we cleaned ourselves had some surface dirt & also ink removed, but left the stain and cleaned areas brighter. Our carpet is drying now, as he just left. I know that if any stain spot shows up while it dries, Cory guarantees he will come right back to fix that, all included for the same very fair price. I am recommending him to my nearby family to take care of a fully tiled (rough textured/ no slip white tile) home with some persistent dirt in the heavy traffic areas. read more

When I requested quotes for carpet cleaning via Yelp, Excellence Carpet and Cleaning promptly replied with a competitive flat rate quote. Once booked communications were easy via SMS confirmation and reminders. Cory showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the badly stained carpets in a 3 bedroom condo for sale. Unfortunately, after the carpets dried the next day some stains unexpectedly reappeared. I reached out to Cory and he explained the likely cause and offered a deeper spot treatment. He immediately booked a follow up appointment and did a spot treatment a few days later...at no additional charge! The stains are now gone and the carpets look great. Thanks Cory for the extra effort and hassle-free service. Highly recommend. read more

Our house recently flooded and we had the house renovated. One the last pieces to finish our home was a living room rug. We purchased the rug from Lowes and to our surprise we found some dirt/dark areas on it. We tried to clean it using YouTube hacks but we felt it wasn't cleaning it out. I hopped on Yelp and found Cory. He contacted me right away and scheduled me in. He came right on time and was very professional. He brought his steamer and methodically sucked the stains out of the rug. I can't recommend him enough. The rug also smelled really nice afterwords. I think I found my secret weapon, my carpet/rug/couch deep cleaner. Mahalo Cory! read more

Great service and thorough carpet cleaning, I'm a fan! read more

This review is regrettably almost 2 years late but better late then never. Corey's service was EXCELLENT! The cleaning was thorough and extremely effective. I called him to do a cleaning after I hired a different company for a move out and the carpets looked like nothing was done. Dark soil in high traffic areas were still soiled. These were just dirt and dust, not stains. They then had the audacity to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about and since I was not a professional carpet cleaner myself. I called Corey and he very quickly got everything out of the carpet and put then to shame. Thanks to photographs of before and after I was able to get a full refund and half hearted apology from the "other guys". I will not hesitate to use and refer Corey. His service and cleaning quality is the BEST. read more
