We've had the honor of knowing Red for years prior to this service; so when we desperately tried to squeeze a bit more life out of our carpet and get it professionally cleaned, we knew he was the only person we could trust with the job. Despite his hectic schedule, Red managed to fit us in right away; which, as many of us know, is no longer an easy feat considering how crazy life on Hawaii currently is. When he arrived, he carefully walked through our home to take a cursory look at the condition of the carpet. Then, he immediately got to work. Let me preface this part of the review by saying that we knew our carpet was far from ideal. In fact, it was pretty matted in many parts of our home.
