I am recommending this firm to everybody I know. We had an old sectional bought about 12 years ago that was looking really dirty and so we went to Inspiration (where we had bought the sofa; they no longer carry the line) for a new one and everything we saw was not comfortable, or the wrong size, etc., etc., so in desperation, I googled furniture cleaning and came up with this name and we called and two days later the sectional looks like new! They also do carpet cleaning, so i shall probably be calling them in for that. Great crew: exceeding efficient and the job was done quickly and the outcome exceeded my wildest expectations. read more

Lack of professionalism. Rude. Simple questions with convoluted answers. Don't recommend.

Did a great job at cleaning a 7 year old rug! The colors in the rug really stand out now after the cleaning. I wish I took some before pictures. Pricing was good too. Highly recommend!! read more

Awesome. Period. I literally have nothing I can add to this other than just use this company. Fast, professional, and really cleans your carpet. The only thing that could be done better is if you buy new carpet. Well done!!! read more

Excellent service!! I needed carpet cleaning to remove pet odor. It was time sensitive. While many cleaning companies flat out said they were booked, Malama Aina Chem-Dry responded with the minimum wait. He explained how the process worked (eg.,the smell will get worse after treatment for a few days and then gradually disappear) and they they would come back to apply solution if the odor persisted. It took over a week but the smell was gone! The carpet is clean and fresh. I am so happy. read more

I had a great experience with Malama Aina Chem Dry. Shawn came to clean my couch and was on time, very pleasant, and helpful. I couldn't get a smell out of the corner of the couch. Shawn worked diligently and told me if the smell wasn't gone in a few days, the company would guarantee their cleaning and be back till the smell disappeared. (I felt he was doing such a great job, I had him do my living room rug too.) Well, the smell was still there and I called to tell them. With no hesitation they were back to work on getting that smell out. This time, Keilii (the owner) was with Shawn and they worked it! The smell was gone and I am very pleased with what they did. I highly recommend Malama Aina. Their prices are reasonable and they stand by their commitments. This is the kind of company you want. I will continue to use them in the future with my rug and upholstery needs. read more

Keali'i was awesome. Everything from START to FINISH was genuine and professional. So happy I did my research and picked the right company to deep clean our 4 bedroom carpets and couch. Excellent job and superb customer service! Highly recommended! I called the day before and was able to get an appointment the next day. My living room carpet looks brand new and smells really good. I also appreciated Kelii's no fuss approach. He did not try to sell me more than what was needed. I had previously called for a quote at another company and the salesperson was trying to get me to clean all of the carpet in my house when all I wanted to do was my living room. read more

I'm not sure of their quality of service but I have tried NUMEROUS times to get a quote or speak to someone. I have sent multiple text messages to the number provided, have called multiple times and left multiple voicemails as well as submitting multiple quotes through their online website. I have not recieved any emails, call backs or any type of response whatsoever. Idk if theres something wrong with the system or what but I feel like it shouldn't be that difficult to get ahold of someone for a quote, especially when you've utilized all your resources. Nothing to do with the quality of work though, I cannot speak on that. read more

Great service and great products. I had Kelii help me clean a couch and love seat that probably were never cleaned for 7 years, and it showed. I decided to have my carpet cleaned throughout my entire apartment and Malama Aina was recommended to me. My contact was with Kelii and he was pleasant, courteous and efficient to work with from setting up the appointment time to the actual day of work. Mike assisted him and the two did an amazing job!! Although my carpet is actually 13 years old, it looks like new and is so fresh! They were careful in their work and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned. Don't hesitate. You'll be happy. read more

I put out 5 calls for quotes with different carpet cleaners and they got back to me within an hour...on a Sunday. Not only did he end up being slightly less expensive he made it clear that they would fit me into their schedule the next day even if it required working after normal hours at no extra charge. You can't find that kind of customer service anymore and I was deeply impressed. They called about 4 hours before I was expecting them to let me know some time had become available and if I was up to it they could come out sooner. About an hour later they showed up, walked the spaces I wanted cleaned, asked me about certain stains that concerned me and pointed out a few others I hadn't noticed (my kids were manufacturing slime at one point....I didn't know the extent for awhile) I was then Re quoted a fair price before the work began and after 2 hours they were done and my carpets looked great. Some of the tougher stains didn't come out but you had to get close to notice and some of the areas where the carpet was worn and matted and dirty still looked worn and matted (but clean). No pressured up selling and no hidden costs. Great work, professional and honest. read more

We've been at our home for 8 years now and had not professionally cleaned our light brown low plush carpet since. There are 5 of us which includes our 2 teenagers and our baby tween. We knew someday soon we would need to have our carpet cleaned but we kept putting it off. Now with mainland in-laws coming over for the Thanksgiving holidays I needed to act fast. I didn't have time to look for a reputable company much less get a quote. But it just so happened that my office carpet was recently cleaned and that made me realize that this company did a really good job (thoroughly cleaned multi shades of blue low pile carpet) and I should just hire them. So I went online and Kelii called me with info. He came over to do a quote (6 partly furnished rooms on a 2 level home with stairs) and an appointment was made right then and there. They vacuumed and did their magic. They did their best on the stains and we now have carpet treated with a stain protector. Took at least 3 hours to dry....but there's life in my carpet again. Mahalo to you both, we are very pleased with our carpet. :) read more

Hello just wanted to say how bad I felt because when Keli'i came to do my carpet at first I wasn't completely satisfied then I realized my carpet was so trashed that they did an excellent job and I shouldn't have expected it to be like brand new. I have gone through many other carpet cleaners after Malama Aina and regret going with any of them. I will definitely go with Malama Aina from now on no more other cleaners. I guess it's like learning from a lesson I was taught. I learned the hard way. Apologies to Keli'i and Malama Aina, you guys are the best hands down. Sincerely, Saundra read more

Our new house is beautiful, but it really smelled like a big stinky wet dog, despite the carpet being steam cleaned before we moved in. My son was struggling with allergies and it was miserably stinky. We call Malama 'Aina Chem-Dry yesterday morning and they came out the next morning, due to a cancellation. The result was simply amazing. The house smells like a new place. Kelii, the owner, and Sean, his assistant, were VERY professional and did a great job. If the smell returns over the next few days, they will return and treat again with a sanitizer, which is included in the price. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. You WILL not be disappointed. read more
