We had renters in one of our units for abt 3 months. It was newly renovated and with new appliances. When they left, the place was in disarray with dirty furniture left behind and dog or possibly human fences caked to the floors in several rooms of the home. Melanie and her team were excellent!!! I have before pictures of what it looked like and how it looked after they did a very thorough cleaning and disinfection of the place. Thank you again Melanie and team for saving our home. I must also add in that I am a perfectionist, crazy OCD, neat/clean freak and I vacuum everyday, but there is no amount of vacuuming that could've been done in order to do what Stephen and his crew did for my place! My appointment was easy to make and Stephen was able to fit me into his schedule that same week. He gave me an estimate over the phone and it was almost exact after the cleaning was done (which made me happy). I scheduled the cleaning to be completed when I was out of town, which worked out really well. I left a key for them to get in my place and clean and came home to (what felt like) a brand new couch and carpet! Take note that they do not move furniture, but they clean around it, so I moved a lot of my stuff into my kitchen so they could clean areas that normally wouldn't get cleaned (under my ottoman, my peloton, barstools, etc.) It also was cheaper to have my whole place done rather than just one couch or upholstery because they have to carry all the equipment into your place regardless, so minds well get more than one piece of furniture cleaned. We requested that the bathroom, kitchen, (including the oven) be cleaned and the baseboards in our apartment be wiped down because our apartment had been flooded. The positives: Communication was great and they were very responsive. On the day of the job, they were punctual and confirmed the job details before starting. The baseboards and the bathroom were cleaned well. Negative: The kitchen however, was a half-assed job. The white chemical residue from the cleaning product was left behind inside the oven and I had to clean the rest of the oven myself as you can see by the black stained rag and black water in the photos. The outside of the microwave was wiped down but the inside was completely overlooked. There were crumbs and food stains as shown in the photo. I would be embarrassed to recommend this company to friends and family and in the future I will do better research.

So we found DC carpet through my neighborhood Facebook page and we had them come by. I was thrilled and honestly very surprised with the results. Micha got out every stain. Our carpets looked new again. It's been about a month and no stains have come back. The carpets smell fresh and look bright. The price was fair and more that worth it.
