They also do carpet cleaning, so i shall probably be calling them in for that. Great crew: exceeding efficient and the job was done quickly and the outcome exceeded my wildest expectations.

I mainly engaged Jeff to clean my sectional (had it's share of various stain spots), and added on an area rug. He and Laura did both to a tee. It only took about an hour, but they went nonstop and got out stains to a degree I didn't expect. Their prices were very reasonable, particularly considering what they accomplished...I feel like I now have 2-3 years of this couch left when I was previously getting so frustrated by the stains and ready to ditch it. Also, I should mention that they're very friendly, courteous and kept me updated on their arrival status. Left everything as clean, if not better, than when they arrived. Quick to schedule too, although that might have been my luck.

We thought we were replacing them so we kept holding off on cleaning (I know, gross). Finally I realized, I'm never going to get around to laying hardwood floor. So we found DC carpet through my neighborhood Facebook page and we had them come by. I was thrilled and honestly very surprised with the results. Micha got out every stain. Our carpets looked new again. It's been about a month and no stains have come back. The carpets smell fresh and look bright. The price was fair and more that worth it. I'd 100% hire Micha at DC Carpet to clean our carpets again.

Lynn and Josh did a great job stretching and cleaning our two bedrooms and living room carpet…read more Called their office and spoke to Yvonne. She was very friendly and gave me a conservative quote based on what I described over the phone. In the end, the amount quoted was spot-on. No surprises. Both Lynn and Josh showed up several minutes early and kept to their allotted time. Which made it easy for us to plan our day. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they kept their equipment and area clean. Carpet was installed in 2014, but the installer never stretched it. It started rippling and buckling in several areas, causing permanent folds down the middle of the room. Thankfully, Lynn and Josh were able to stretch and re-tack all three rooms. The apartment looks clean and fresh, and smells like a new car! Amazing service from phone call to payment.

There were no visible signs of fleas or dog fur but being that myself and my children have sensitive skin, we've decided to seek a carpet cleaner to steam clean and deodorize the carpet. The carpet also gathered and had creases in a handful of areas and needed to be stretched. We checked on Yelp and inquired with a different company but thankfully, Yelp sent my message to several carpet cleaners and I'm so glad they did! Lynn from MGM reached out and recommended us to contact Yvonne to get a better scope of things. My husband contacted Yvonne and she was super personable and friendly. She was able to arrange her grandson Josh to come and give an estimate the very next day for both steam cleaning w/deodorizer and carpet stretching. Josh was very communicative. He called to let us know that he was on his way so it gave us time to tidy the area and clear out the mess that was left. Josh was super polite. He made sure that he knew what services we were seeking and was able to point out the issues that he may run into & gave us the worst-case scenarios so we are made aware. The consult took about 45 minutes and he was able to provide a rough estimate. We were able to book him to come in the very next day (thank goodness) and again, Josh called to let us know he was on his way so that we can make sure the area was clear. He took about 2 hours to complete the carpet stretching and then had us inspect it and go over the areas that were a bit challenging as he suspected during the estimate. He made sure that we were pleased with the outcome before he started the cleaning process. He was able to complete both the carpet stretching and steam cleaning within a 4-hour period...all by himself! He was quick and took pride in his work. We're definitely going to utilize MGM for their services when that time comes!
