Fantastic service! Angus's turnaround time from the initial inquiry to the scheduled appointment is impressive. We left a voicemail for a quote and were called back within the hour to discuss scheduling the cleaning for our sectional. Angus arrived promptly on the day of the appointment organized and ready to go. He was considerate and very professional throughout the cleaning. His work is incredible! He got stains out with ease and my couch looks brand new. Online payment was super easy, too. I can see us booking Angus for many services in the future! read more

I reached out to Steam Masters Westside here on Yelp day before yesterday and Angus contacted me immediately. I have a good, reliable cleaner but he wasn't available soon enough. From Thursday, Angus confirmed a cleaning date for me yesterday which is what I needed. He showed up ontime with an impressive mobile rig, was really nice and very professional. After the cleaning I did a walk-thru and was impressed because he was able to get out some tough stains. I highly recommend Steam Masters Westside. read more

Angus with Steam Masters Westside answered our Yelp inquiry quickly. He got us on his schedule and cleaned approximately 1400 - 1500 sqft of 19 year old carpet in 3 hours. The difference in our carpet is beautiful! We've cleaned it ourselves over the years but it's no comparison to his equipment, product and expertise. Thank you Angus... we have high house self esteem! read more

Very friendly quick to respond. Highly recommend. I got the best price from him after getting three other quotes. Also, they use a pump system that's in the van as opposed to a free standing system. read more

This is long!! We've been trying to find a reasonably priced carpet and upholstery cleaner for the better part of a year. We also wanted to support smaller businesses and not go with like a Stanley Steamer type. I contacted a few companies. Some had outrageous prices, some flaked, and some never seemed to remember what we were requesting despite have messages on here AND via text. It got so bad, I ended up just tell them never mind. If they couldn't remember what the job was, no crap, an hour after sending pictures and breaking it down via text, then I don't want to deal with them. So anywho, I was very skeptical after that. I eventually happened across this company and despite it having a handful of reviews, I was impressed with the photos. I requested a quote, and he was super quick to respond. We had a series of emergencies pop up and had to put it on hold. 2.5 months after our initial contact, he was quick to respond again! He came out the day after I contacted him. Friggin A, ma dude! He was very kind, friendly, and right on time. Something I haven't witnessed often here. Thank you! We had two couches cleaned (hadn't been cleaned since we bought them 10 years ago outside of spot cleaning), the stairs, and the hallway. He even got after a couple spots in the bedroom. He was in and out in about three hours. Couches look new and the carpet is back to being light grey. Wish I had before photos. It's like night and day for the couches, and the grey on the steps before looked beige from all the sand and dirt coming through the front door. read more

I have a gigantic 1980's tweed sextional in my rental unit that probably hasn't been cleaned in decades. Angus brought the right equipment to get it cleaned. The hose hooks ups to the van. He didn't bring a portable thing. It looks brand new now and smells great! I really really like the result. Thanks, Angus! read more

I work for a small nonprofit. We originally contacted someone else to chemical clean our offices on a Friday. They didn't show up. So one of the other employees requested services from other carpet cleaners and within an hour or so, Angus gave us a message back. We set up an appointment for the next week after a brief conversation and some video and pictures of our space. The day of the cleaning, Angus showed up early, which meant he was set up to start working right at the appointment time. He toured the office with me and came up with a basic strategy for getting everything done. He was also proud of his set up enough to show me his equipment. I was kind of busy with other work, so I left him to get to work. While we had originally wanted to do a chemical clean, Angus uses a powerful steam cleaning system that got out a couple years' worth of dirt. And he doesn't just do carpets: Angus got out area rugs, couches, and cushions clean! The job was tough, but he really nailed it. At the end of it, he gave us individual invoices for the space because our office is on split floors. We paid with a check but he is also able to take cards. Angus was really easy to work with. While the price was a little more than we originally wanted to pay, the added value of getting everything completed the way we wanted in a timely manner more than makes up for the price difference. I would absolutely like to work with Angus again in the future, and the fact he also services Maui is a plus. Given how short my deadline was and the amount of work Angus did, we are going to be calling him again in the future. read more

Excellent service, responsive, fit me in immediately. Was a little hesitant because I thought it was a typical carpet cleaning. Come to find out this is a completely different method of carpet cleaning. Angus steam cleans the carpet with high pressure steam that actually cleans the carpet really well and also sanitizes it. I didn't realize how dirty my area rug was until he cleaned it. I am definitely going to be calling him more often for maintenance. read more

Angus was awesome. Not only was he able to come out the next day, he walked me through everything and gave me numerous options for resolution. Unfortunately due to the amount of water damage, he had to come out a few times to check on the drying of the walls and turns out the problem was bigger than we thought. Unlike others who would have just did the carpet and bounced, he took the time to try and find the source of it and while unable to fix the water issue, I at least am armed with the knowledge he gave me to work with my building and their insurance to get it resolved. He was adament he didn't want me to pay more than necessary and gave numerous options throughout the process. Could not recommend him enough! read more
