We hired this company to clean the carpets at one of our long-term rental properties, and the experience was great from start to finish. The pricing was right where it needed to be, and he was very flexible with timeline and scheduling adjustments as things came up. Got the carpets looking exactly how we needed them at a reasonable price. Would definitely use them again for future properties. read more

Mike got back to me right away. I needed him to do carpet cleaning for living room, 3 bedrooms, closet and stairs. Also asked him about sofa, love seat and recliner cleaning. His prices were very reasonable. On the day of. He called me to let me know he was running a little late. Which I respected. (At least he gave me a call) I was impressed with his work ethic. And would definitely use him again. Mahalo Mike *support local* read more

I have been using Ps Carpet Cleaners since 2019. Mike always provides exceptional service and fair pricing.

I needed my carpet cleaned badly, so I checked out the reviews on here and contacted several people. This guy stood out from the rest in several ways: he quoted me an exact price and stuck with it and when I inquired about his availability he asked me what I needed and accommodated me. I am sure he could tell I was shocked. Sad to say, I am not used to such thoughtful customer service. I have dogs who have been sick this week and the evidence is gone. The carpets look brand new almost, certainly better than they did when I moved in. Mahalo Mr. Ige for a wonderful experience. read more

I have hired carpet cleaning quite few times before but this place was by far the worst. I wish I didn't ask for a quote using yelp, because when I asked for an estimate with a different company, it automatically sent the same message to other carpet cleaning companies too. Then this place was the cheapest with a quick response....But I have to always remember you get what you pay for.... First, I saw how old his equipments are....they look like they are from 80's.....the same era as when I was born and I am not young anymore. Then it took him about 30min just to set it up.....Finally he seemed like he had started cleaning but then I saw he was on his phone, ipod or some kinda music device every freaking minute, just completely not moving his hands with the equipment...I could hear the loud noise coming from his equipment but really he was not doing anything. I saw other reviews saying it took 3hrs and he charged so little.....that is because he is not working the entire time! Then I noticed the floor was super wet but did not look shampooed at all. There are bunch of indentations left from the furniture, and carpet looked super matted down. When I had carpet deep cleaned othertimes, they smell fresh, look fluffier because the machine is supposed to pick up the carpet hair. Well not with this guy. He told me it takes a whole day to dry....I have never had any carpet cleaner tell me that before...just makes me think his equipment is so old that it does not suck up all the water well at all. He also skipped all the carpeted closets inside the bedrooms and missed spots...they were completely dry. My house is pretty new...only three years and no shoes inside the house, so I know the condition of our carpet is way better than most places. Yet none of the dirt stains came off as you can see in the pictures. On top of that, the smell after the cleaning was unbearable. It smelled like just dirty equipment with dirty water. I ended up buying carpet odor powder and vacuum myself after two days (you know for the carpet to dry). It smells very nice now....And I am talking about using $2 carpet powder from Arm & Hammer. He might have all day but not many people do. I highly recommend not using this guy....just pay extra to have the best possible result and save time and trouble. read more

I had move-out carpet cleaning back in January 2024. I had lived in that condo for about 10 years. The carpet was not in great shape, but the cleaner was able to get out more spots than he even thought was possible during the assessment. I was very happy with the results, and I was even happier when I found out that my landlord thought the carpets looked great. The price could not be beat. Mahalo. read more

I was able to get both my other half and dog out of the house for a day so I took the opportunity to do some carpet cleaning. Michael was kind enough to take on my last minute request with time constraints. Our entryway was ridiculously dirty due to heavy traffic and he got it back to its original color. Beautiful!! The price he quoted was reasonable and totally worth it to get my carpet back to pristine condition. read more

Mike was quick to respond to the initial request and did a fantastic job with the carpet cleaning when I moved out. I did a lot of comparison shopping for best value, and he can't be beat in price or quality. When I was suddenly thrust into moving by the end of the month (less that 3 weeks) I needed a company that was both quick and affordable as money has been tight with several things going on at once. We reached out and Michael helped out and scheduled us for a great price. The day came and he came out by himself, took the equipment upstairs, and an hour later came back down completed! The stains from the previous tenant were also gone and that was amazing! Thank you again for a quick and reliable service! I will be recommending to all who need carpet cleaning in the future! read more

I would highly recommend PS Carpet Cleaners. Good response time and professional steam cleaning of furniture. Thank you!

Quick to respond initially and throughout fact finding process. Best pricing. On time, got right to work and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. Loved that Mike was able to spot treat some mysterious spots first. Wish I thought to take before and after pictures. Spots are gone! I think I helped a lot by removing "light" objects (boxes, chairs, etc.) off the floor to another room earlier leaving more cleared space to clean easier. Highly recommend. read more
