I have hired carpet cleaning quite few times before but this place was by far the worst. I wish I didn't ask for a quote using yelp, because when I asked for an estimate with a different company, it automatically sent the same message to other carpet cleaning companies too. Then this place was the cheapest with a quick response....But I have to always remember you get what you pay for.... First, I saw how old his equipments are....they look like they are from 80's.....the same era as when I was born and I am not young anymore. Then it took him about 30min just to set it up.....Finally he seemed like he had started cleaning but then I saw he was on his phone, ipod or some kinda music device every freaking minute, just completely not moving his hands with the equipment...I could hear the loud noise coming from his equipment but really he was not doing anything. I saw other reviews saying it took 3hrs and he charged so little.....that is because he is not working the entire time! Then I noticed the floor was super wet but did not look shampooed at all. There are bunch of indentations left from the furniture, and carpet looked super matted down. When I had carpet deep cleaned othertimes, they smell fresh, look fluffier because the machine is supposed to pick up the carpet hair. Well not with this guy. He told me it takes a whole day to dry....I have never had any carpet cleaner tell me that before...just makes me think his equipment is so old that it does not suck up all the water well at all. He also skipped all the carpeted closets inside the bedrooms and missed spots...they were completely dry. My house is pretty new...only three years and no shoes inside the house, so I know the condition of our carpet is way better than most places. Yet none of the dirt stains came off as you can see in the pictures. On top of that, the smell after the cleaning was unbearable. It smelled like just dirty equipment with dirty water. I ended up buying carpet odor powder and vacuum myself after two days (you know for the carpet to dry). It smells very nice now....And I am talking about using $2 carpet powder from Arm & Hammer. He might have all day but not many people do. I highly recommend not using this guy....just pay extra to have the best possible result and save time and trouble. read more
