Very reasonable prices and they do a good job! I've used them multiple times after my tenants moved out and didn't clean the carpet. They are responsive to calls, messages and texts and try their best to fit you into their schedule. Highly recommend them.

Contacted Tom on January 11 and we scheduled the job to be on Monday the 13th at 12. It was…read moreslightly after 12 so I sent him a text if they are coming. He replied they are running late and instead of 1-2 it will be between 2-3. Shortly after 3 I'm texting again because no one came. I told him I'm concerned because originally he told me it would take about 4 hours to do the job. He replied that his partner John is on his way and the job would take 2-3 hours. John finally showed up at 4:30 and worked continuously until 7:30. I paid by credit card and asked Tom about the warranty on Tuesday and he told me that John was supposed to give me a receipt with the warranty. He told me that he would send me a receipt with the warranty. On Wednesday I asked him how long before I can get the receipt. No reply. On Thursday I sent him another text telling him I do not like being ignored and just because John finished the job and tom got my money does not mean the transaction is complete until I get the receipt with the warranty. I reminded him that I already had a bad experience with them showing up very late and did not want to have another trying to get the receipt. He replied that he was sick because of a covid shot on Tuesday and he put it in the mail on the same day he replied and I should get it in a couple days. I waited until the following Thursday the 23rd and at 2;05 pm asked him where is my receipt that you mailed a week ago....another disappointment. Since he never replied, I sent him a screen shot at 6;50 pm of him saying he would mail it to me and I should get it in a couple of days. I then told him that I was going to post my displeasure dealing with him and his company. at 6;51 I get an immediate reply saying he has my receipt and needs to know the year of the car and license plate #. I responded "Why only now?". He then made an excuse of taking care of his elderly mom and began putting the blame on John. I really do not understand how he got so many good ratings when my experience was totally the opposite of what people were saying. This could happen to you. Tom is very unreliable and is a failure at communicating to the customer both on being on schedule and submitting the necessary receipts. I was the one who had to initiate communication on when they are coming and where is my receipt.
