Scheduled to clean a property at 8am. They said it would take 3 hours. Waited 5 hours to hear back and heard nothing from them. Swung by the house and nothing was cleaned, no response from these people. I am selling this home and on a short deadline... unacceptable professionalism and I DO NOT recommend anyone use them u less you want your time wasted. Scammy and terrible professionalism by these people. Edit: they say I confirmed it when that is not true. They ignored my messages all day while I was waiting around. No response until this review was posted. You all see the screenshot. Be the judge. Good luck!

Marcelly did an amazing job cleaning of my home and cleaning the carpet as well. She responded quickly to my request for a quote for carpet cleaning and move out cleaning. She was very professional as far as confirming the date and time that I needed her. There was no confusion about that! I would definitely recommend her for any move out and carpet cleaning!!

I was told that my entire place (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, lanai) would be a top to bottoms clean, and the price $270. I was ready to pay $300 bc I thought after this clean I'd be able to eat off my floor. I was wrong. I had an appointment at 1pm, and one cleaner came after 2pm. He came to my unit first bc he wanted to see what he needed from his car. I told him "no need to the bedroom, just bathroom, definitely kitchen (heavily emphasized the kitchen), and just a good thorough mop on my living room and lanai floors. " He told me that my place was not bad since he also cleans in worse conditions. cherry!! it gonna be a great clean! So i thought. The clean began at 230pm and he started in the bathroom first, spent 3 hours, but there was still dust on my shower door. The kitchen was next and I told him that my dish washer was open and if he'd like to load that and start it, i'll be the one to unload it. I made it ready to go by category so it was easy to tackle. so all the dirty utensils are together, all the dirty bowls, dirty chopping boards, dirty bake pans, dirty pots, etc. He filled my dishwasher's bottom half only (did not start) and handwashed the bowls and plates nearest the sink. Which was mixed with the dirty chopping boards right next to it. My stove was the only thing that really looked clean and polished. But there were still dishes and bowls in the kitchen but they were not touched at all. He had put my pans and trays in the sink and said "they're soaking" My counters were not even wiped. In the living room I made sure to move things off the floor, to also make the mop as efficient as possible. My "thorough mopping" that I was very clear about , was just a one pass with a wet swiffer. The stains were still there. When he was packing up and telling me it was done, the time was 730pm. 5 hours of cleaning and i still have to clean up after ?? and I'm hungry and beat and I could not even cook in my kitchen that night bc nothing was usable. I felt drained and defeated. I spoke to their rep and expressed my concerns about how this clean was not worth $270 , so at first their protocol is to send in another person but i just had such a bad experience that i couldn't trust hiring any cleaners anymore. fortunately they were able to discount the price. Which i just paid for reluctantly but we all work for a living so i understand. It was so disappointing and my expectations were too high maybe, but my advice to anyone hiring cleaners at all : 1. always ask if it's a team or just 1 person. 2. know exactly how long they will clean for. 3. and even when it's a "deep clean" ask what exactly does that cover. Their rep that I've spoken to helped me a lot with discussing things post clean so I'm very grateful for that.
