They beat out all competitors and I interviewed a lot of cleaners. They were eager for my business, they worked around my schedule. They didn't pussyfoot around square footage or request to see pictures. They didn't need a credit card to hold a date. They were straight-forward and honest. I pray that I do not need to move ever again as it is the most stressful thing in the world, but if I ever need to move or refer someone to get their places cleaned for a moving, I will always remember and refer them to Okihime Cleaning Services. Oh yes, one more thing, they were early for their appointment and I was on time. Which never happens with cleaners. They provided their services a few days ago so I was not able to check until after payment. I checked the property today, and literally nothing looks like it was touched. Every surface in the entire home looks exactly the way we left it. Dust, hair, dirt etc are all in the same spots that were there before the clean. I did not expect nor want much of a deep clean. I just wanted surfaces wiped. After walking through, it seems like all they did was maybe spray air freshener? A bit confusing because I believe it was a multi-hour clean so I'm not entirely sure what was even done.

Marcelo was quick and responsive. He was honest about not sure if he could get the spot out of my car and the rate for my couch cleaner was affordable. He came early and was ready to go. He is very and nice and even my dogs liked him. They usually bark at guys. After he did the couch, he took a stab at my car and got the blue ink out. He also realize that my roof rack was loose and could be the reason for the leakage to my stain. I truly appreciate that as I did not notice it and I just got my new car.
