I hired this company for a deep cleaning of my townhome while I was between housekeepers and looking for a regular service. I was very disappointed with the quality of their work. I was told only one person would be available, but that should not have affected the standard of cleaning. They charged $400 for a subpar job. They did not take out the trash or clean the floors. I came home with my kids after a long day of work and still had to throw out the garbage and deal with dirty floors. When I contacted the company and sent photos, they blamed the issues on the fact that I hadn't done a walkthrough, and they did not offer to correct the problems. This was a husband, Andre and wife, Kelsey, team. They work very well together. They came in, very professional and assessed what needed to be done and started right away. My main issue was dog poop. My dog got sick and couldn't hold, By the time I found the areas, I could not get them out, it was like cement spots on the wall and carpet in 2 bedrooms. There was no smell, I'm usually very sensitive to that, that's why I didn't know they were there. t's all gone and can't tell they were there. The bathroom shower and tub so clean. The tub was so white last night, so bright. The base of the shower in the other bathroom was the same. They took such a load off of me. They also did not make me feel bad of the condition of my home. I definitely will be calling on them again. Planning to have regular maintenance, once my hoarder's house is finally organized. Post-projects cleaning: after my "stuff" moved around, given away or thrown out. Then AC updated, kitchen renovation done & other projects done. Great communication, great service, and great price. They did a move-out clean for a island palms housing unit, and we passed without any discrepancies. For future reference, the carpet even if only on stairs require shampooing and it would have been great if pono hale included that as a option. Highly recommend this cleaning company! read more

At first, due to liability the jealousy placed on the outside of my unit was something they did not do, but when I did the final walk through. They were above and beyond!!
