Joane was super flexible with scheduling an appointment. Not only did she do an excellent job cleaning my house, but she brought in a whole team to help for the same price she quoted me. Joanne and her team spent 8 hours making my house, to include the carpets, spotless. Since they finished so late the 1st day, she made an extra trip to my house the next day to make sure I was satisfied with everything. If I could give 6 stars I would. BEST cleaning service on Oahu. TL:DR If you're looking for someone who is going to do an amazing job for an amazing price, these guys are the best cleaners around. Our property manager was Blown. Away. He was expecting to have to hire additional services on his own to come in after we turned the keys over to him. When I opened the door and he saw how amazing the apartment looked he could not get over it. He was even amazed that they professionally cleaned the carpet and that it was included in the estimate! Joane and Phuc got me my full refund back with how amazing and thorough they are. If there was a way to sum these two up it would be "The Husband and Wife Cleaning Dream Team". They're super friendly, downright professional, and extremely hardworking and thorough. I called them on a Saturday and schedule the estimate for that Monday. Joane came over and checked the place out and gave me an estimate range. For my 2/1, she quoted me $375-$425 and that was carpet, window, and move out cleaning. We schedule the appointment and she sent me a confirmation text shortly thereafter. Fast forward to 28May (Thursday), Joane sent me a text message confirming our appointment for the next day (29May, Friday) and asked if it would be okay if we moved our start time from 10 to 1130. That was no big deal, I had a few last minute things to get done around the house so that was actually perfect for me. They sent me a text on Friday apologizing but saying that they were running about 30 minutes late. Again, no worries there. I loved the fact they let me know instead of leaving me wondering! I let them into the place and they said it'd take about 5-6 hours because of the carpet cleaning. Once everything was done, Joane took me through and showed me the house. Wow. They even managed to get the fan over the stove to work again, which didn't work the entire time we lived in the apartment! And because they were "late" they only charged me $375 and wouldn't accept a penny more. These two are amazing. If you're trying to get your full refund back, seriously look no further. Sorry so late but about almost a year ago my family and I had to move out of Kalaeloa rentals. Joanne and Phu were awesome. They did a great job they were on time and they were short on crew, they even came back to finish the rest of the job at 1am in the morning knowing that we had to show the property inspector the home and turn in the keys first thing in the morning. When we had our final inspection the inspector was so blown at how shinny the floors were he didn't even notice the holes in the wall. He said you folks did a great job and gave us our deposit back. If you are looking for a cleaning company that does an excellent job at a fair an reasonable price, I highly recommend THE CLEANERS. This company is owned and operated by a very gracious and cordial husband and wife team, PHUC and JOANNE, who are consummate craftsman. I observed them in action and they worked extremely hard to accomplish the best result possible. The job I wanted to have done was relatively small, but nasty. It involved the removable of a mildew build-up on the walls and ceiling of our bathroom. Ordinarily, I would have done it myself, but, being 78 years of age, I did not want to expose myself to a fall off the ladder. I was resigned to the reality that not many cleaning companies would accept the job, because of its smallness and nastiness. Understandably, most companies did not even return my calls for an estimate. Joanne, bless her heart, returned my call immediately and arranged an appointment for an onsite review of the job that needed to be done I was elated that she agreed to take on the job. I rely on Yelp a lot, but have never posted a review. Like others, I established an account in order to review this cleaner. They were great! I've had many cleaners before, but have never felt they cleaned as well as I do. Joanna and Phuc cleaned better than I do. They were reliable in setting appointments and in communications, and they did a great job. This was the first cleaning for what will be an every other week schedule. I've heard it said that cleaners don't do super jobs the first time because they don't want to set high expectations. Joanna and Phuc did the opposite of that. I sure hope they don't do as much in the future. They anticipated a 3-hour job for the 2 of them; they were here for 5 hours. I've never had cleaners who dusted all baseboards, window tracks, and door shutters. They did it all, plus. Must highly recommend! read more

I have never written a review before but had to for this company. I called and set up an appointment for a quote. Joanne was on time and took her time explaining exactly what they could do as we walked through the house. She got back to me that evening with a quote broken down by services. We set up the date for cleaning and I got a reminder a couple of days prior. On the cleaning day Joanne and her team showed up on time and got straight to work. I came back 9 hours later and my 5 bedroom/3 bath house looked like the day I first bought it 14 years ago. Since this was a move out cleaning they did everything from the kitchen, windows, bedrooms, baths, carpets...EVERYTHING! Every little detail, including the ice box, stove a little crevices were spotless. I couldn't believe the wonderful job they did on my off white carpet as well. I never thought the stains in the carpet would have come out but they did!!! I have 5 kids who did a toll on my carpet that was installed 3 years ago. After they were done it looked brand new. My master bathtub which was stained from red dirt from the week we moved in was sparkling white. They did an amazing job and worth every penny!!!! read more
