Now on June.2 the landlord 3 way texted me and Maka taking pictures(pics on bottom)of what they missed, but on my receipt it says they done it. Now the landlord reached out to them to do the recleaning for them to charge an extra $300 turning a $543.50 job into a $843.50. Even though I was confirmed in person word of mouth from Maka that it's typical wear and tear and you should be getting your full security deposit back even though I specifically asked her. If you want to be out almost $1000 dollars and not get your full security deposit then book them. If not STAY FAR AWAY.

As soon as Rachel and her crew arrived (10mins early), we did a quick walk thru and they got right to it.
