It was a Tuesday and I needed my final walkthrough to get done on Thursday night since I was leaving Friday. I contacted a bunch of companies who were already booked out 2 wks. Meliza and another lovely woman (I'm sorry, I forgot your name,) was a blessing! Very sincere and carved out time to help me out. They came very prepared and let me tell you, these ladies worked their butts off!!! Their teamwork was impeccable! Communication was great! They kept me posted throughout the process, asked questions and answered all of mines! The apartment looked better than when I first moved in by the time they were done. I truly appreciate these ladies! Thank you!!

Since I live in the mainland, I relied on Yelp to find a cleaning crew that I could trust. After communicating with a number of them, I decided on MP Services since not only that they had competitive rates and great customer reviews, Meliza the owner had been very responsive throughout. The house is now squeaky clean, and the old windows and jalousies are clean like new (!), as you can tell from the photos. They even cleaned the exterior carport area without charging me for it. Even more, my wife just went back to Hawaii with my MIL, and she was shocked and pleasantly surprised that those jalousies could be cleaned so nicely despite the cakes of dirt that she saw growing up in that house. :-). I highly recommend MP Services and we are hiring them for the regular cleaning now.

To make matters worse, their customer service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and unwilling to resolve the issue. Keeping half of a customer's payment after failing to provide the service is completely unacceptable!!! I should not have been charged for a service that was never delivered!! I would not recommend this company to anyone, particularly if you expect reliable service, honest business practices, and a fair refund policy when they cannot fulfill your booking. This refund policy was also NEVER communicated.

The flat price he provided me was a good price point for me and Bermie also allowed me to add additional services for a fee. Bermie was extremely transparent and responsive (I was kind of communicating with him regularly such that it felt like I was nagging him - but Bermie never made me feel that I was. On the day of the cleaning, which is the day I am writing this review, Bermie and his team (who I later found to be his wife and brother in law) arrived on time and had all their equipment ready. Bermie informed me they'll take about 3 hours, but it was much closer to 4 (started 4PM and finished nearly at 8PM - this is NOT a bad thing). All I can say is Bermie and his team did so well at cleaning my rental apartment that I was actually thinking to myself, "man, I should move back in!" You can't go wrong with trying out Bermie and his team, folks. They are experienced, dedicated, and really put the work in. I definitely will get Bermie and his team to come clean my new place soon! If Bermie and team can do this for a rental unit...imagine what they can do for YOUR HOME. Two thumbs up and five stars for Bermie 808 Janitorial!

Awesome customer service Okihime Cleaning Services. Customer Service is outstanding. The quality of cleaning is superior. My final inspection went…read moreincredibly quick. I remembered what the unit looked and smelled like when I moved in one year ago and Okihime matched it and the realtor knew that. The value was above reproach. Some cleaning companies want to see your mess, square footage, pictures, and don't want to waste their time meeting you. Okihime was the exact opposite. They beat out all competitors and I interviewed a lot of cleaners. They were eager for my business, they worked around my schedule. They didn't pussyfoot around square footage or request to see pictures. They didn't need a credit card to hold a date. They were straight-forward and honest. I pray that I do not need to move ever again as it is the most stressful thing in the world, but if I ever need to move or refer someone to get their places cleaned for a moving, I will always remember and refer them to Okihime Cleaning Services. Oh yes, one more thing, they were early for their appointment and I was on time. Which never happens with cleaners. If you want a company with integrity, honesty, a commitment for excellence, trust me and go with Okihime. If you choose to go with another company and it doesn't go as well as you expected, remember this review. The pictures speak for themselves. As far as the other reviews go that give less than 5-stars? The owners go out of their way to make things right. These customers hold resentment and are probably going through a rough patch in their lives. As I said before, moving is super stressful. Show some grace. I am so thankful for the work Okihime did on my place to have my unit. From start to finish. I put my project up. They contacted me within a few minutes. We talked. Set a date within 48 hours. And I passed final inspection. They worked hard and for their hard worked, I also provided optional gratuity. When you realize just how much hidden spots a professional cleaner can help you clean up to make your place pass an inspection, you'll be so grateful. Okihime is absolutely a life save. Thank you so much!!!! The value was amazing too. Budget friendly for Hawaii people.
