I think this company is very rude and unprofessional. They offer move out cleaning service At $500. That is what I needed but got the run around. They showed up yesterday and said it would take three people to clean a 2 bedroom apartment. So they said they needed to reschedule the next day. A no show. An hour after the appointment time I sent them a text asking where they were. They were extremely rude and said they are a cleaning service not a junk removal service. The apartment is empty except for a few items in the fridge. Do not hire them! read more

This is the second time ( and I know it won't be the last time) I chose Pacific Cleaning. Last time was a month ago for my carpet due to my puppy's poop accident. Just moved out of my old apartment so I needed a detailed cleaning for the entire place. The team showed up and 4 hours later, I can't even recognize the place, it looked brand new, and I feel that it is cleaner than when I moved in!!! Even with the old kitchen vent was being scrubbed and cleaned !!! They are so detailed and cleaned every little corner that you can see!!!! The whole place smelled like new!!! Thank you Pacific Clean!!!!! Yall should choose their service and get your money worthy!!! read more

I first had an immediate response but then a couple delays arranging a date and time for a cleaning and also for a rescheduling because of an unexpected health issue which laid me up for a week. I had to contact Kama a few times to get a definite rescheduling date and time. Once her girls started working after arriving 30 minutes late because they went to the wrong place, they were efficient and cordial. I liked how they cleaned and how thorough they were. I will try them again because her price was competitive and her workers were thorough. Thank you, Kamalani, Liz, and Kori. read more

Short in simple... they don't clean or come when scheduled. I've had them go through personal items and they don't reply back. Frustrating read more

All I can say is wow! I've worked with Primary Pacific Cleaning twice and both times I've been amazed by the quality of their work. This last job I had them do was a move-out cleaning for an apartment unit and it's most certainly cleaner than it was when we got the keys to move in. They are thorough in their services, polite, and professional and the job was done at a price that was lower than that of two other companies I had gotten estimates from. I'm not one to write reviews usually, but I'm so impressed that I felt I needed to. I will be using them in the future for any cleaning jobs I need done and will gladly recommend them to all my family and friends. read more

I wish I wasn't in a rush, I would have taken a lot more before and after pictures of my apartment. Anyways, I respect the fact that this cleaning company is run by a young, hardworking entrepreneur. I needed a cleaning company to help me clean my apartment on such short notice as I couldn't do it myself as I had so much on my plate. Kamalanis company came highly recommended by a coworker of mine, and I am glad I went with her. I made an appointment, and not only did she show up on time, she walked through the entire process with me as if it were a walk in the park! I was so stressed that I wouldn't get my apartment cleaned before moving out but she came through... On the day of clean up, she did exactly what she said she would do and more!! I left her and her team to do their magic and when I returned about 4hrs later to check on them, I could barely recognize the place because it was incredibly clean!!! I can't thank her enough for making this stressful time a lot more bearable!!! Thank you so much, and I would recommend this company to everybody!!! Get your moneys worth and give them a call !!! read more

Moving back into my old room, that only had geckos residing in it for the past three years! I was in need of a really good carpet cleaning. I didn't have much stains but I was certainly not going to let my almost two year old reside in that room without it. So impressed with how much dirt was really pulled up! I'm so happy with the results and even though we thought there wasn't that much dirt getting pulled up, the water that was dumped out would suggest otherwise! Thank you so much for the fast, efficient, and absolute attention to detail (round head, not so easy on corners). The carpet floor looks, feels, and smells amazing! I would suggest Primary Pacific Cleaning to anyone, they do WAY more that just carpet cleaning! Kamalani (owner) and Niki (team member) did a great job, were in and out, so friendly, and very professional through the whole process. Kamalani is a old friend and is the first person I thought of when I needed this job done. Not only do I know what she is capable of doing I know she strives to impress. During this time I not only want to be extra clean but I also want to support local while trying to doI want to support my friends and family and am so blessed to have Kamalani in my life and her awesome cleaning company. I knew exactly who to call, I've seen her history of what she can do and I had absolutely no doubt she would turn it out and impress! Thank you so much! I will definitely be calling again for any future jobs! read more

Hana and Jen did a great job on a move out cleaning for my townhome. They managed to get out pet hair and head hair from carpets and did a phenomenal job in the kitchen; cleaning everything including microwave, refrigerator, oven, and every drawer/cabinet. Carpet cleaning/shampooing looked amazing as well. Our whole 3 bed 1.5 bath home looked great! I highly recommend booking with them! read more

My elderly mother had initiated a move. Her acceptance into a new place got fast tracked and she had a month to move. A few weeks after letting me know, she fell ill and was admitted into the hospital, tested positive for Covid. At the time, my older brother was living with her, so he had to quarantine for 14 days (he was tested negative). And during that time he was recovering from the flu. And during that time, our mother passed away. I had waited till his quarantine was over to help him pack up and purge with 5 days to vacate and get him into the new apartment. A lot of the responsibilities fell on me. When I got there, nothing was done. So everyday for 4 days after I got off from work, I would work into the night purging and packing up a life time of accumulated things. It was overwhelming and stressful for me. I knew that my brother and I didn't have it in us, emotionally or physically at this point to do a move out clean on top of everything I had on my plate. I shot out a move out quote request on yelp, and looked at each of the reviews and Primary Pacific Cleaning was by far the best. With busy schedules, it was hard getting a walk through for a quote, so we worked it out via text with photos. I met up with her partner to drop off my key, and they started early on cleaning the next day. After I got off work, I went to do a walk through. The walls were bleach mopped, the bathroom and kitchen was pretty clean - my mother kept the shelves lined, and was pretty clean for the most part. My brother isn't the clean one. The floors didn't come out so clean with just a vacuum and twice mopped (before pictures). I couldn't have him turn in the place with the floors still looking dirty. So I had to hire them to strip and wax the floors (after pictures). Luckily, we were able to get an extension on the move out, so we didn't have to stress out and rush. I didn't expect perfect because they have lived there for 18 years, but I'm very happy with the results. Kamalani has been very professional with communication and the work is excellent! She has been empathetic with my situation, giving me ease and trust in her and her team. Hiring her and her team has taken a big weight off my shoulders and I so grateful for that! We both have been very busy and our communication worked for us. After spending little time with her, I am impressed with her work ethics and the young woman she is. I am very happy with the service and I highly recommend her!! read more

Thank you to Kamalani and her team!! We had a emergency move in and realized it wasn't clean. So pacific cleaning came in like a fairy God mother and with a swop of her mop it was all done!! It is now livable clean , smells good and sanitary!! In the future her company is going to be our families go to cleaning company. I've tried the big name companies before, but they don't come close to pacific cleaning...she also provided us this great service on such short notice and the carpets were shampooed!! U all rocked! read more

This company seems to be hit or miss. I thought they would be good because most of the ratings looked good. Good, quick response when I initially called, as Kamalani set up an appointment for the next day at 2:45 pm because she had a job in Kaneohe. I mentioned that it was fine, but I had a 5:30pm appointment. She then said she can be there no later than 3pm. Great! I texted her my address in Kaimuki. I get a voicemail at 3:07pm saying she's running late and she needs to know if we're still meeting before she heads out. No apology, just let me know if we're still on. (Like "I don't want to hassle going over there if we're not on" kinda tone). I call back right away and it goes to voicemail. I tell her that I'm here and we're still on. Then I immediately texted her to let her know I'm here and ask what's her estimated time of arrival? No response, no show! Very disappointing for my first call to try a home cleaning service. I should have gotten at least a callback to reschedule if she couldn't make it? I would have understood and chalked it up to her being very conscious of doing a thorough job with her customer, which caused her to be late or have to reschedule! Not mad, just disappointed. Hope they work on their customer relations and consistency. They seem to have either 4 or 5 ratings, or ONES! I'd hate to see a seemingly good business go down the tubes due to bad customer relations. Seems like I'm not the only one to have a bad experience. read more

Quick response from Kama and pleasant to talk to about my concerns. Willing to work with my schedule when the units are available.

I really wanted to like pacific cleaning, but their company ending on too way of a bad note. If I could, I would give ZERO stars! Obtaining a quote was quick and even scheduled and walk through of my home. Primary Pacific Cleaning owner went through the house with my wife and was shown explicitly where the troubled spots were. We were quoted right under $1,000, which initially I thought was high but I was getting a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, kitchen, windows, and carpeting altogether so I thought they were good for it based on their yelp ratings. The rest went down hill. Day of cleaning, my wife waited over 2 and a half almost 3 hours after their scheduled time before 1 person showed up and was notified that the rest of the team was coming in later. Oh by the way, my wife has a 2.5 month newborn as she waited in an empty house waiting for the cleaners. My wife left them and after around 6 hours they were done. We didn't go check because we were staying at a hotel and didn't think there would be a reason too, until the carpets were done. A little background, I'm active duty military and own this house. Time is everything as I'm trying to get the house ready for the property manager to show, which means there cannot be any roadblocks. Not to mention we leave the island in less than a week! The next day they were supposed to do the carpets. But said they needed to reschedule to the following day, no biggie I guess. I ended up stopping by the house after work to get some things in the garage. Ok. I'm not exaggerating when I say this but my house was left worse then when I left it with them. 1. Lights and fans were left on. 2. They scrubbed the paint off my walls that now showed where I patched it. 3. Multiple areas of my house left uncleaned, even though a thorough walkthrough was conducted highlighting the areas. 4. Blinds in my bedrooms where left not put back together. 5. Holes left in my window sills. 6. Bathroom cabinets not wiped down. 7. Baseboards and doors with remained dirty. 8. Floors not cleaned. 9. Visible dirt remained untouched. I'm not being picky about these things, but if I'm being charged almost 1000 dollars I would expect way better service. Refer to the photos, I can't make this up. The worse part of it all, was that the OWNER was present throughout the cleaning or so she says. She denied that she didn't see the paint off the walls even though you have to see the two walls before exiting. I could understand if they did and they communicated that to me, but NO I had to find out for myself. What kind of business does that?? She took a flat mop and mopped my wall that still left dirty drops left to dry. She admitted that she didn't do a final walk through after it was 'cleaned'. She offered to have a painter come and fix the walls, but I literarily did not have time as she keep pushing back timelines for my property manager to have and show. The worse part of it all was that I didn't have to take cleaning solution to smear off the dirt, I literally licked my thumb and wiped it away. No kidding, look at the pictures. At that point, I completely lost ALL TRUST with this company. She offered to redo everything, but why does it have to go there? Why not do it right the first time?? Sounds pretty shady, especially when I'm being charged almost $1,000!! Sad to say I was completely disappointed at the service and customer service of this company. I do NOT recommend this company. Use this company at your own risk! But you've been warned. read more

I could not have asked for a better experience. I'll start by saying I felt positive I wouldn't retain all of my deposit, just hoping I'd get a small portion back. After making the decision to go with Primary Pacific Cleaning, I received 100% of my deposit back, what a relief! When requesting cleaning quotes, Kama replied within the hour with a detailed breakdown of services, price estimate and an offer to meet in person for a more accurate appraisal. It was obvious right away, the needs of the customer come first. I can see this profession becoming a bit monotonous, but I honestly felt like Kama approached this job as if it was her first and most important, demonstrating she maintains standard of service that is nothing less than a excellent. Kama takes pride in her work that you'll recognize immediately. * Organization & efficiency: 10/10 * Communication: 10/10 * Punctuality: 10/10 * Professionalism: Honest, sincere, confident, caring, competent, & skilled 10/10 * Initiative: Three words... Kamalani and her team were a real life saver! I had to move out of my condo asap, and it was really last minute. I don't normally give reviews but I highly recommend this cleaning company. Had to clean my studio before I moved out as apart of the rental contract. Kamalani the owner was very helpful and sweet. She scheduled us for a walkthrough and even came with her team to clean! Working with this company was very easy and they're very transparent. She informed us that the carpet cleaning was an extra fee ($125/hr) and we were fine with that we just needed it done. We also didn't even know their was a cleaning discount for the month of May but Kamalani still gave it to us, we were very impressed and appreciative by that. The cleaning was amazing! We did not think our home was that bad until we came to check after the cleaners were done. They were very detailed and everything was dust free! Set up an appointment to get an estimate for monthly services at 10:00. I called the day before & spoke to Kamalani to confirm appointment. She said instead of coming in person if we could do a virtual Facetime meeting. I said that was fine. On the day of the appointment, she didn't call so I called her @ 10:20. I could not leave a message since mailbox was full. Received a text from her (probably an automatic standard text) stating that she was finishing up a job & would call me right back. It's almost 1-1/2 hours past the appointment time & I haven't heard back from anyone. Don't use them unless you don't value your time and want to be kept waiting!! Not a way to run your business!! Hire them! I contacted Kama (the owner) through yelp and she responded quickly with information on what type of cleaning they provided. She requested a walk through before the initial cleaning (so that they would know ahead of time to be prepared for the cleaning) but she was very accommodating when I requested the walk through to be done the day of cleaning. Cleaning was scheduled for 9am and they arrived promptly minutes before that. They wasted no time! It took them 3 hours to clean our 1 bedroom apartment, 1 bath, kitchen (including cabinets and appliances), they cleaned every nook and crannies. The apartment is on the 21st floor near the freeway so there was a lot of dust build up everywhere, Kama and her crew left the apartment dust free! Windows and mirrors were sparkling clean! I tried using Yelp to contact this and other companies and did get some responses eventually but I would say calling is the quickest way to get ahold of any of these companies. Having said that, this was the only company that answered the phone and was willing to come and do an actually inspection. There were a couple other companies I eventually talked to but they were trying to do the quote over the phone based on square footage and number of rooms. I wanted someone to come out and look at the condition and give me an actual quote not an "it might be more, depending on..." one. It took a couple of back and forth calls but Kamalani came out and did the quote and she was able to do schedule the job right away. I love the job they did and if you saw how the place looked before, you would be amazed, especially the bathroom. I highly recommend her and her team and will definitely use them again for any future cleaning needs. read more

I moved in with my fiancé last year, and was pregnant at the time. Moving in with him was kind of like moving in to an old bachelor pad, lots of cleaning and tidying up needed! I did what I could, but there was still like 3 years worth of dust and dirt that I just didn't have the energy to do a full deep cleaning. I contacted multiple companies for estimates, and was so happy that Kamalani contacted me within a few hours to set up a good day for her to come look at the place. She was the only company that offered to do this, so I was impressed! I really felt that she cared and wanted to make sure what the place looked like so there weren't any "surprises" at the end. After walking through the house with her, she said she would send me an estimate via email. The estimate she sent was detailed and listed everything we talked about during the walkthrough. I set up a time with her and her crew to do the cleaning a couple weeks before the baby was due. Her and her crew showed up and worked on the house all day. I had to stay home with our dogs, and they were so accommodating while they worked with us and our needs as well. After the cleaning was done, my fiancé and I did a final walkthrough, and even he was impressed! He didn't even think our house needed to be cleaned. Since then, we've had a few people come over and complimented how great the place looks! I'm so ecstatic that I chose Kamalani and her team, and was able to check this off my list before the baby arrived. Now I won't be embarrassed when our parents come visit!
