I did not like this company at all and I don't recommend. The guy that came for a move out cleaning was extremely rude. The worst part was when I arranged this cleaning, I made sure I get a receipt upon payment but this did not happen. The guy just left complaining I am not patient. As I had to give a receipt to my management company, this was extremely important to have a receipt upon payment. Also, the level of cleaning was not good. It did not meet my expectations at all. I would have to take another hour to clean the floor to get rid of the dirts. I was expecting a professional cleaning but I felt like a person that does not really have experience. I was also expecting at least 2 people would come clean my unit. Considering the price, the cleanness and service are not really acceptable. The people that gave them a good rate may not have high standard for cleaning. read more

The cleaners did such an excellent job cleaning the space and also even cleaned the windows and all the exterior which I did not know was included because I only paid for the interior cleaning. They definitely went above and beyond for the cleaning job. The cleaners also arrived on time for the job, was very courteous and friendly as well. Pacific cleaning was prompt to respond to my request and questions and even accommodated my date change later. Their quote they gave was so reasonable where other places were charging 2x the amount. I had 2 cleaners come by from a move out cleaning. I only needed the 2 bathrooms and kitchen cleaned with carpet wash and shampoo and vacujm for the whole unit. They did a exceptional job. Cleaners are expensive and it's easy to think "I could have done that." But when they get in the nooks and crannies and do a truly great job, it's totally worth it. My experience with Pacific clean was fantastic. The communication process was awesome. They quoted a flat price upfront which was very competitive with other cleaners. They confirmed the appointment that night before and were flexible when I needed to make a couple cleaning changes, and they reduced the cost accordingly. Even after I agreed to the initial quote. They did just an okay job. The glass shower door was not cleaned, and some items on my kitchen counter weren't dusted. The interior glass of my unit wasn't cleaned, and my large laundry room wasn't vacuumed. So I want to say that I was happy with the service, I got a prompt response, available when I needed them, for a great price. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that for the job I requested, cleaning a 3 br, 2.5 bath house (that we are living in), they sent 1 person (well 2 but I don't think the guy they sent was really doing too much based on what I saw) and it took over 6 hours. That being said, the girl they sent worked her butt off and did a great job cleaning what she got to... had this been a smaller job I'm pretty sure I'd have been perfectly satisfied but for this job I'd probably rather have paid extra to get everything I was hoping to get. Easy to get a quote, which we did by texting a few details, and got a fixed price to do a final 'professional' move-out clean of a condo. A couple of folks arrived right on time to clean, and I let them in and left. A couple of hours later they called and said they'd finished, and would I like to take a look. I was stunned. 2 Stars. Prompt response, no doubt and that's why I decided to go with them. Pictures they posted on their site is deceiving as they could not clean the 2 toilets to look like their pic. I will have to clean it myself. Disappointed to find out as I checked in detail after they left: 1. Floor corners and wall edges in the kitchen and bathrooms were NOT clean. 2. Two toilets not cleaned; looked like they didn't touch it at all - *didn't look like their picture they claim to clean! 3. Kitchen sink & faucet: Dixie said they couldn't clean the latex paint drippings. But guess what, my husband cleaned it and it looks brand new... not sure what they use to clean. *Their results is not "deep cleaning" results. 4. Window screens-they put the screens on backwards and also they just slapped it back on, scrapping the paint and showing gaps. *Careless. *No attention to detail! 5. Bathroom faucet: found broken spinning cold water knob. They did not disclose this. Found out after I needed to run the faucet. * No integrity. *Unprofessional business owner to not inform their client. And of course they won't tell me as they depart. They don't want to pay for the damage! Again, no integrity! 6. *Sloppy. They totally missed the 2nd floor bathroom cabinets and drawers. If I didn't open the drawers while doing the walk through, it would be me cleaning it. But Dixie did good and called her helper; they both cleaned it. Moral of the story: if you need just basic cleaning, they "could" do it but not at the level for "deep cleaning- moving out" purposes. As I walked through the townhouse, I kept finding more and more callous but of course, they were already gone. *Lesson learned... to slowly walk the end product and inspect what you expect. if I could read them zero, I would, but one is the only option. From the beginning the cleaners were cold and stand offish. I hired a cleaner for my move out service and was left extremely disappointed. There were piles of dirt left behind, dust on the counters and truly no evidence of any care. While I appreciate them taking time out of their day to come, it truly was a waste of money as money as I now will have money deducted from my security deposit. When I asked for a refund I was met with attitude and told it was my fault I didn't check the apartment. Extremely disappointed, do not recommend.
