I was told only one person would be available, but that should not have affected the standard of cleaning. They charged $400 for a subpar job. They did not take out the trash or clean the floors. I came home with my kids after a long day of work and still had to throw out the garbage and deal with dirty floors. When I contacted the company and sent photos, they blamed the issues on the fact that I hadn't done a walkthrough, and they did not offer to correct the problems. I do not recommend this cleaning service.

The previous cleaners hired by my former tenants left the studio unit with greasy cabinets and countertops, food spills, trash, and accumulated dust, cobwebs, and soil that needed to be addressed to bring the unit to a reasonable move-out condition. So very thankful the Clean Sweep team was able to help me on short notice and take care of these remaining issues.

She sent me an invoice via email to pay $100 deposit. On day of cleaning, Dennis texted me that his team of brother of sister were here. Male employee who was originally from Panama did a good job of cleaning 1 bathroom, cleaning windows and vacuuming for bedroom and living room. He called Dennis to let him know that 2nd bathroom with walk in shower was super dirty. Dennis texted me that I will be charged a little more for deep cleaning. Female employee did a great job on cleaning walk in shower Both of employees went over 2 hours by 30 minutes to finish. My amended invoice was $340.41 with tax.

They did an excellent job and really got down to small details like cleaning the bathroom fan, moving all furniture to vacuum/mop, and did an awesome job on our windows/screens. Our apt gets super dusty for some reason and we have a small chi-mix who sheds constantly. We're happy w/the job and price. They charged $295 flat rate which was on par w/other estimates. We also tipped each worker $10 bc tipping is good karma:) Will likely reach out to them in the future for a random cleaning here and there.

They even cleaned my toilet that had a water ring from calcium build up. I didn't ask them to do that , they just did it!!! The team lead by Dharwin were professional, extremely careful and aimed to please! They made sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I will definitely hire them again for other cleaning services and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!!! The picture attached is of the finished work. Just know the soap scum was very bad. He had every right to be upset and not want to clean my property. However, he remained so pleasant and professional. On the day of the cleaning I wasn't expecting much because the red dirt at our home is a huge challenge in itself. But to my surprise they were able to make the place look cleaner than I've ever seen it before. Thank you for your hard work.

I rented a rug doctor from Home Depot and bought some forex. The carpeting looks brand new after about 2 hours of work. This includes late and unsatisfactory cleaning (with multiple dirty spots), lack of response when I reached out (despite their guarantee), and LYING to the bank when I tried to initiate a chargeback. We set the appointment for 1 PM. The cleaner arrived in the early afternoon around 2 PM, but the service did not finish until much later at almost midnight due to a change in cleaners. We understand that there was a family emergency causing a change in cleaners, so we aren't too upset about that. However, we are upset at the communication near the end because the original cleaner had estimated finishing at 9 PM due to the delay. We checked in a little past 9 PM and they said they were not finished yet. We stopped by and the new cleaning staff said they'd be done by 10:30 PM. We came back at 11 PM and they were still cleaning, not finishing until almost midnight. With all the time spent, we are also upset at the condition it was left in. Several spots were missed (easy things like dust marks on the floor!). I have attempted to contact the merchant multiple times, through both email and text, and received no response from them. We attempted to contact them well within the 48-hour period immediately after the cleaning to do a touch-up cleaning (as stated on their website). We had to hire a different cleaning company to finish the job. As a result, we initiated a chargeback, on which KleenPro LIED in the response. They said that we did not reach out, despite us emailing and texting them multiple times to try to resolve the issue amicably. We even tried to request a normal refund from the merchant, but since they did not respond to us, we initiated a chargeback.

Stains that had been in the carpet since before I moved in are gone now. They really take their time to clean everything including the jalousie windows that are near impossible for me to do myself. Everyone arrived in masks too. Thank you Leon and team! 10/10 would recommend for move out and additional carpet cleaning!
