They work together seamlessly to make sure every corner of my home is spotless and feels fresh. I have tried multiple other cleaning companies on island and no one comes close to Cleanscape. Analiza leads the team with such care and professionalism, and it's clear that she has set high standards for quality and service. She's not only an excellent leader but also a joy to work with -- always so kind, thoughtful, and attentive to any special requests I have. What I appreciate most is how consistent the entire team is. No matter who comes to clean, I know I'll receive the same high level of care and attention to detail. It's so comforting to have a cleaning company I can trust completely. Awesome customer service Okihime Cleaning Services. I did read several of the (1) star reviews prior to arranging the appointment which more or less stated that the customers either could not get a response from the company or that there was some sort of scheduling issue. I should have listened to my gut and stayed away. This is definitely not a company that I would put my trust in.

Customer Service is outstanding. The quality of cleaning is superior. My final inspection went…read moreincredibly quick. I remembered what the unit looked and smelled like when I moved in one year ago and Okihime matched it and the realtor knew that. The value was above reproach. Some cleaning companies want to see your mess, square footage, pictures, and don't want to waste their time meeting you. Okihime was the exact opposite. They beat out all competitors and I interviewed a lot of cleaners. They were eager for my business, they worked around my schedule. They didn't pussyfoot around square footage or request to see pictures. They didn't need a credit card to hold a date. They were straight-forward and honest. I pray that I do not need to move ever again as it is the most stressful thing in the world, but if I ever need to move or refer someone to get their places cleaned for a moving, I will always remember and refer them to Okihime Cleaning Services. Oh yes, one more thing, they were early for their appointment and I was on time. Which never happens with cleaners. If you want a company with integrity, honesty, a commitment for excellence, trust me and go with Okihime. If you choose to go with another company and it doesn't go as well as you expected, remember this review. The pictures speak for themselves. As far as the other reviews go that give less than 5-stars? The owners go out of their way to make things right. These customers hold resentment and are probably going through a rough patch in their lives. As I said before, moving is super stressful. Show some grace. I am so thankful for the work Okihime did on my place to have my unit. From start to finish. I put my project up. They contacted me within a few minutes. We talked. Set a date within 48 hours. And I passed final inspection. They worked hard and for their hard worked, I also provided optional gratuity. When you realize just how much hidden spots a professional cleaner can help you clean up to make your place pass an inspection, you'll be so grateful. Okihime is absolutely a life save. Thank you so much!!!! The value was amazing too. Budget friendly for Hawaii people.

I got into a little pickle with an old injury that prevented me from doing things I normally would be able to do myself. My place is looking and smelling cute again and I couldn't be happier! I would say to anyone out there having a hard time due to physical injury and even if you temporarily can't do things yourself. I have nothing but good things to say about Pono Clean-Up Crew!…read more First off, when I sent my inquiry, Precious was so quick to respond, on top of her affordable prices. Booking Precious and her team was easy and they arrived right on time. I'm so happy they were able to squeeze me in on such notice (about 3-4 days) before I needed the cleaning done for moving out of my 865sqft 2bd2ba apartment. Precious and her team used magic or something to clean my whole apartment! I wish I took a before picture of the stove top, because you know how we all have that *one* favorite burner? Obv the bottom right one? I tried everything to get the bumpy stuff off of the glass stove top, but nothing worked... until Precious worked her magic :) If you need your apartment cleaned, or just any cleaning services, I highly recommend Pono Clean Up Crew! Kind, courteous, efficient, & affordable -- what more can you ask for in a team?! 15/10 would recommend.

She was again very apologetic and did send me a partial refund for the damage to our fixtures and assured me she had made some changes to how her crew would be cleaning these things in the future. I feel totally confident in using J &G again. They are very credible and very professional. Decided on them after reading all the positive reviews. While they did a pretty good job of cleaning our house after renters had moved out, they did damage the finish on several of our chrome fixtures. I specifically asked the crew that was sent out if they used abrasives to clean the fixtures and was told "no" but after inspecting the first bathroom they cleaned noticed scratches all over the faucets and bathtub fixtures. One of them showed me the green scouring pad they used to take off the water spots! After speaking to the owner, Jessica, she apologized and told me she would give me a discount/refund. That was two weeks ago and still haven't seen a check. But they did a nice job cleaning our blinds and patio screen tracks (which costs extra). Wish they had stopped cleaning when they saw they were scratching the finish on our fixtures though.
