Through our discussion I learned that they had some promotional discounts that I could use and one of them was their "back to school" discount. As a teacher, cost is SUCH a factor. I explained that I needed help to clean my new classroom before the school year started. There was an insane amount of termite droppings and all of the furniture was just filthy from the previous year. There were still old posters left up on the walls that I couldn't reach and an immense amount of junk that I needed to throw out. Kupono came in ready to work hard and did an immaculate job of wiping down every single surface- even the walls! They deep cleaned every shelf and vacuumed up all of the termite droppings and carcasses. They even set up all my furniture and helped me to brainstorm ways to fit it all in the most ideal way and bagged up everything I needed to have dumped. Before they arrived I was worried that it would be awkward to clean my classroom with two strangers but they were so friendly and had so much aloha that I felt very comfortable to work alongside them. She was again very apologetic and did send me a partial refund for the damage to our fixtures and assured me she had made some changes to how her crew would be cleaning these things in the future. I feel totally confident in using J &G again. They are very credible and very professional. Decided on them after reading all the positive reviews. While they did a pretty good job of cleaning our house after renters had moved out, they did damage the finish on several of our chrome fixtures. I specifically asked the crew that was sent out if they used abrasives to clean the fixtures and was told "no" but after inspecting the first bathroom they cleaned noticed scratches all over the faucets and bathtub fixtures. One of them showed me the green scouring pad they used to take off the water spots! After speaking to the owner, Jessica, she apologized and told me she would give me a discount/refund. That was two weeks ago and still haven't seen a check. But they did a nice job cleaning our blinds and patio screen tracks (which costs extra). Wish they had stopped cleaning when they saw they were scratching the finish on our fixtures though.

It was some money but honestly it was worth it because their crew showed up early and were very efficient in their cleaning which took about 5 hours total to do the move out cleaning with included pet cleaning/flea treatment for the new owner. At one point they accidentally broke one of my glass ceiling fan light covers which was concerning but without even telling me they had already gone out to buy not one but three new ones just in case they didn't match and reinstalled! Commuication was top notch and I was told the exact process of everything and honestly I was sad seeing my place so clean! I wanted to move back in! I would highly recommend this company.

He had every right to be upset and not want to clean my property. However, he remained so pleasant and professional. I also had to move my cleaning dates around and he was able to accommodate that for me. On the day of the cleaning I wasn't expecting much because the red dirt at our home is a huge challenge in itself.
