So, I read the reviews for Maid in Oahu and decided to try then. They did a great job communicating what they were able to do and what they were not able to do. Which is pretty straightforward. For example, they are not able to pull out an oven/refrigerator from the wall for cleaning. But if you can find someone to do this heavy work- they will clean the area. It's a liability issue I get it. But if you are not physically able to do this or if you don't have anyone else who can do this for you then you are just out of luck. So, if there are things that are required for a move out per your lease I recommend that you send them the move out cleaning requirements. They are very transparent about what they will/won't do an that is fair. Pricing and scheduling was set, confirmed and re-confirmed. Additionally, the confirmations etc. were verbal and in writing which was very helpful. All in all , I did receive my security deposit so I am content with the service.

I was told it was because it was "a bad situation". Sure, I can understand that but if the work was going to be challenging, Kaui's Kleaners could have quoted me accordingly before accepting the project or just decline to do the work after evaluating what they saw on site better. What resulted was a frustrating waste of my time and an unprofessional job not worth the money I paid-- even with the "small" discount I received--no matter how they said they strove to do their best. It seems that the project had inadequate staffing (based on security camera footage of people coming and going to the house) and perhaps a lack of or distracted supervision based on what I came across when I inspected inside the house the next day. Why offer to return to "correct" the work after numerous discrepancies (basic, routine things that an experienced company should have spotted and taken care of) were brought to their attention after they said the job was completed and payment requested? Those should have been handled thoroughly the first time. For these reasons, I can't recommend this company. I already told Kaui that. This was the first time that the Yelp reviews failed me at a time when I really needed a job done well.

He state he had already paid them, so that was the reason he needed payment. And in regards to only cash, its because in the past he was given fraudulent checks. My husband & I assisted Daryl & his partner with the left over cleaning. In a cleaning business you need to be very detailed, willing to pull, turn, & lift everything to get rid of all the gunk & mess there is. You can't be scared of climbing up to clean up the top of the kitchen cabinets, pulling the stove out to clean behind it & ect. Hopefully as years & experience goes by Daryl & his company will gain skills & get better.
