They showed up yesterday and said it would take three people to clean a 2 bedroom apartment. So they said they needed to reschedule the next day. A no show. The apartment is empty except for a few items in the fridge. Do not hire them!

When we first moved in to our apartment fully covered with carpet, It was a bit of a job to train our dogs to be potty trained. Eventually there grew an odor and when you came into the apartment you knew there were a few dogs living here. We tried water vacuums, lots of air freshener, anything you could think of. Also walking on the carpet, it did not feel the same from when we first moved in. We even had water damage that was untreated for several months. Its was so bad to the point we never sat on the floor unless we had a thick blanket/mat to sit on and we had indoor slippers. (I know its embarassing) We contacted Tai and he responded very quickly!. He was very friendly and gave us a quote that was very affordable. It took a while for us to figure out a date for them to come in and clean the house, Tai was very patient with us. We also only gave him a 2 week notice and he was able to squeeze us in so we could meet our deadline! That was the best! When we came back after the job was done the odor was gone. And the floor felt nice. I was able to go down on my knees and smell the floor. Not to mention it was quick! It was crazy how fast and how well it was done! Overall, very quick responses, very nice, and very good job!

They are very competitive on pricing, and really they are probably the cheapest out there. Im hesitant to say the cheapest because all you yelpers will think, "well if they charge cheap they do cheap work..." NOT AT ALL. If they are busy and wind up leaving a message, get on yelp and leave them a message. Why are you still wanting to read more reviews. Just book these guys already! They take their time. My first experience was as a renter, the homeowner did not have the house we rented cleaned before we moved in. I requested quotes using the tools in Yelp and ended up with 5 separate estimates. For our first deep clean it was a two day job. (Yikes right?!?) she did all the windows and screens and carpets the first day. She came back on the second and did a deep clean inside. What a relief it was at the end of that day. It was around $700 and worth every single penny. I had her come back a few months later for a deep clean before my In-laws came to visit. I think she came back another time as well. Then we bought a home, the people who lived there before while surface clean was fantastic, they had cats. I am allergic to cats not just a little. Luckily the carpets were new. During the final inspections at the close, I found balls of hair behind the window blinds, around baseboards, behind toilets, on top of cabinets, under the fridge and stove etc. I called her a little freaked out and she showed up within 2 days and just tackled every possible surface she could think of. Wiped all the shutters, in and out of every closet and cabinet nook and cranny. Then a few days later did a full deep clean, including carpets at the house we moved out of. The homeowner said it was the best he'd seen in the 30+ years he'd been renting the home. It takes a minute to get my hubby comfortable with a "stranger" in the house. He works from home. But he's quite fond of Noelle. She's exceeded expectations regularly. The one challenge I would say is they tend to run about an hour later than their estimated arrival time. But that's kind of the deal living on Oahu.

Do Not Book This Cleaning Service - Unprofessional, Incomplete Work, and Zero Accountability…read more I hired this company for a move-out cleaning of my 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment at a quoted rate of $550. From the start, their lack of professionalism was apparent. 1. Late Arrival & Excuses: They were scheduled to arrive at 8:30 AM but only notified me at the exact time that they'd be late due to cleaning another place late the night before. They didn't show up until 10 AM, despite knowing I had taken time off work to be there. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience, they suddenly mentioned waiving a "last-minute booking fee" - a charge I was never informed about until it was convenient for them. 2. Incomplete & Poor Cleaning: When I returned at 3 PM, the apartment was not properly cleaned despite being completely empty. Some of the worst issues included: * Kitchen drawers left untouched, still containing items. * Guest bathroom tub & washer/dryer covered in hair and dust. * Master shower left soaking wet with no attempt to dry it. * Floors still dirty--my feet were black just from walking around. * Sliding doors, window sills, and vents still filled with dirt and debris. * Microwave left filthy with chunks of food, including a piece of pizza. * Washer & dryer surfaces untouched--covered in dust and grime. 3. False Promises & Ghosting: * I still paid them $550 in cash plus a $50 tip, trusting their promise to return Monday at 9:30 AM for a touch-up. * Over the weekend, I found even more areas they had missed and messaged the owner. Instead of taking accountability, she responded with excuses and an attitude, claiming I was "overreacting." * On Monday morning, I texted two hours before the appointment with a list of areas needing attention. No response. * 9:50 AM: Texted again--no response. * Called twice--no answer. * They never showed up, never responded, and completely ghosted me. 4. Scam-Level Service & Unprofessionalism: This business is not experienced, not professional, and absolutely not worth your money. The owner is rude, dismissive, and unaccountable. If you want to waste your time and money on a half-done cleaning job with horrible customer service, then book them. Otherwise, stay far away. I paid $600 for nothing and had to clean my apartment myself after they left. This was a complete scam. Avoid at all costs. THIS WAS NOT A POST CONSTRUCTION CLEAN. There was minor droplets of paint on the floor that they agreed to clean. if they felt that cleaning the paint would be too much to cover and cause them to neglect other areas that were necessary to be clean for a move out clean, they should have communicated that to me ahead of time and then I would've agreed or disagree to either pay more or for them to not clean up the paint, instead that was not communicated. It was only stated after I expressed that I was dissatisfied with the work that they did . Mind you there was still paint on the floor afterwards anyway that I had to clean myself including the other areas they missed. again every time I found a fault in their work they justified it with whatever excuse that they could find. after posting this review from the owner basically telling me that she was going to give me a partial refund, but then she went on yelp and saw this review. after going back-and-forth, I explained to her that it's clear we are never going to see eye and if she can give me a half refund, she said that she did not feel that I deserved half a refund so I told her OK send me whatever the partial refund is that you were going to send and we can be done with this. She then LAUGHED AT MY MESSAGE and never refunded me. They were even sent videos and pictures of the home prior to showing up. Unfortunately I didn't take a lot of photos there was much more missed but that's because I didn't plan on making a review if they came and fixed everything. None of this is malicious it's just to warn others. I paid them and TIPPED them in good faith and ended up getting burned in the end.
