When we first moved in to our apartment fully covered with carpet, It was a bit of a job to train our dogs to be potty trained. Eventually there grew an odor and when you came into the apartment you knew there were a few dogs living here. We tried water vacuums, lots of air freshener, anything you could think of. Also walking on the carpet, it did not feel the same from when we first moved in. We even had water damage that was untreated for several months. Its was so bad to the point we never sat on the floor unless we had a thick blanket/mat to sit on and we had indoor slippers. (I know its embarassing) We contacted Tai and he responded very quickly!. He was very friendly and gave us a quote that was very affordable. It took a while for us to figure out a date for them to come in and clean the house, Tai was very patient with us. We also only gave him a 2 week notice and he was able to squeeze us in so we could meet our deadline! That was the best! When we came back after the job was done the odor was gone. And the floor felt nice. I was able to go down on my knees and smell the floor. Not to mention it was quick! It was crazy how fast and how well it was done! Overall, very quick responses, very nice, and very good job!

My husband and I just completed renovation of our forever home and researched cleaners on Yelp for…read morea post construction clean. We interviewed 4 cleaners. We really liked Ingrid and Jesse the most from our in person interview, and hired them despite being close to double the price of the next lower bid because we had hoped to have them as our long term house cleaners. They came and cleaned the house doing a decent clean as if it were a general home clean but they did not do a thorough post-construction clean, which was clearly what they had estimated for. After the clean, there were tape residues left throughout the house on tile floors and counter tops (some shown below are more visible because of subsequent dirt accumulation). There were grout residues on most tile surfaces. And, several other small cleaning details were overlooked that shouldn't have been. As busy as we were during the move, I didn't address this until I received the invoice a month later. I sent an email to Ingrid over 3 weeks ago about our disappointment in their services and followed up with a text, and I still have not received follow-up. I can't recommend their services to anyone.

I needed her services because my Mom had recently passed and my condo needed some serious cleaning TLC! She sent a crew as proposed, however the scope of the cleaning project changed somewhat. Her site manager, Zenon, was wonderful at asking questions and being very thorough as we walked through my home. He offered additional suggestions where appropriate and listened to my needs. He was incredibly polite, kind, and attentive, showing incredible attention to detail with each new room we walked. Zenon reported back to Ingrid the small changes that he recommended based upon now being in the space, and Ingrid communicated back to me that everything was good to go. The team of three men worked hard the entire time. There was no down time - I could hear vacuuming and mopping and activity going on continuously. They were very careful with my personal belongings and respectful of my home at all times. I plan to use them for my regular cleaning needs monthly and for a future additional deep clean in about two or three months from now. Their customer service has earned my ultimate trust 100%. The total final cost came in at the lower end of Ingrid's estimated quote, and although I did not necessarily expect that, it was a pleasant surprise. Zenon also shared that they can move/haul away unwanted items. I know I will need their services in this area too at some point in the next year. One last thing: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Read that again. There is no discount when it comes to certain things, and I believe housekeeping is one of those things! If you are trusting professionals to do a good job, not break or damage your things, and wanting them to not use cheap chemicals on your personal belongings and in your home, you need to pay for it. The price I paid was the amount of my budget I had hoped to spend. Don't cut corners when it comes to this! I cannot stress this enough.

As a vacation rental owner, were initially impressed with their sales pitch. Jason promised that as…read morelong as we provided pictures with explicit details, they would use a binder, prepared specifically for our property to go room by room and leave the property exactly the way we asked, to include any details that we wanted like watering our plants and checking the internet service each time as a final check. None of this ever never happened and we had to constantly remind them to do things the way that we had asked. There was one instance where the cleaning and staging were so bad, that we had to bring in a 2nd cleaner who worked alongside me to set things up the correct way, all within a very short window between guests. I eventually discovered that "VacayClean" does not actually do any of the work. They only subcontract other cleaners from other cleaning companies to come in and do the work for them! This realization explained why it was actually "MaidinOahu" doing the work when we called. "MaidnOahu" gave us a very professional response and a full refund for this day, which we were thoroughly pleased with. We agreed to continue to work with them after they agreed that they had not held up their end of the deal. Then, when we contacted VacayClean to book the next quarter's cleanings, we were told that they had no availability. We felt that this was obvious retaliation since their subcontracted cleaners had eaten the costs, leaving us without a vetted cleaning service for our upcoming bookings. This was perhaps the most unprofessional aspect of this entire experience. Overall, the first couple of cleanings were good, but none of the stagings that we had agreed upon were. Eventually, and with constant coaching, they came closer to the standard that they themselves had promised, but it was still nothing like the quality and reliability we had been promised by an extremely convincing sales pitch. Summary: There are an infinite number of good cleaning services in Waikiki. VacayClean is not one of these services since they are a cleaning service booking agency. We did not receive the services promised. I do not understand any of these 5 star comments, perhaps they are employees or friends since this was absolutely not the same experience that we had.

We have used their deep cleaning and recurring services twice so far for a 4bdrm/2bthrm home, and already have booked again for upcoming cleanings. Jason is extremely responsive, and he even made suggestions on what home items we could use to save on costs in the long run, e.g. sturdy stone bath "rugs" that we can replace our white cotton ones with since ours get frayed and require constant cleaning, Citrus Magic Fallon showed us areas of the house that the last cleaner completely missed, e.g. parts of the stove under the burner grate, around the stove knobs, etc, and it was lovely to converse with them to learn some of their cleaning secrets/products. They are easy to work with and so far other reviews echo the same sentiments. We learned that they also do outdoor power washing services for the outside of the home, which we plan to do sometime soon. They can even do some outdoor cleaning if we need those services. Very happy with them, 5 stars for sure and would recommend to anyone else that needs cleaning!

I have used a few other companies, some of which are on Yelp. Some were private, not licensed and bonded and those on Yelp were. Although they were all "ok", our family reached a point where we wanted quality work, a company that promised great service and quality and people we trusted. "You pay for what you get!" Have you heard that one before? Although I have, I tend to always want a good deal. This time, it was different. We are on a budget and need to find someone to meet our expectations. I Yelp messaged Dream Team Cleaners and Shannon responded right away. That showed me one, how responsive she was and two, she wasn't pushy in her message. She shared information about the company and was readily available to help.I also appreciated that she shared how she hires/contracts her team. I asked her to come and give me an estimate. She was kind to come after my work and explained what her team would do. She was extremely detailed in explaining how she sets her standards. What I loved most was that she treats her team like family. She lovingly sets the expectations, gives them the tools and respects them and knows their talents. She also comes before they start to review the expectations. She said she believed she had the best team and we were skeptical. After the first cleaning, we were impressed. First off, her team are truly remarkable and kind people. They took amazing care of our things and moved them a bit to get into the small spaces- loved loved loved that! They are very detailed and review everything with you if you prefer. My husband found a few things that was missed and after reviewing that with Shannon, she was so positive, understood and made sure that was cleaned at that first visit. (She also made sure that was done every visit after) We just had our second visit and again, so pleasantly surprised! We are generally very clean people and this team really does go above and beyond consistently- really high standards. One of the amazing things is that Dream Team Cleaners clean windows too! They do the inside, outside, upstairs and screens! I would highly recommend Shannon and her team to anyone who wants quality cleaning with a remarkably great team. Absolutely appreciate them!!

He walked back and forth between kitchen and small bathroom over and over for no reason (the only two rooms to be cleaned) and after one hour, said he was done with the bathroom. It looked like he took a Clorox wipe to the surface and mopped water. You couldnt even smell cleaners.
