It is very difficult to find a trustworthy, reliable, and hard-working cleaning crew in Hawaii! But, this family-owned business was everything I was looking for and more!! I am a working mom with 3 young kids, and I needed some help because I will be getting a surgery soon, and I will be immobile for a few weeks. I found this company on Facebook, and I reached out via FB messenger, and they were very communicative, sent me their number so we could discuss over the phone, they were easy to schedule with, showed up on time, and results were amazing! They did a full-house clean, and are going to come back for regular maintenance. I lived in a space for about 8 years. When we first moved in we were at home a lot but as I got busier and didn't spend as much time at home I realized small apartment roaches would find their way in to the kitchen (the unit was behind the trash room) and it felt really defeating. When Covid-19 made it to Oahu we had to move. I was really worried about finding a good rental move-out cleaner in a short time frame but they came through! In an amazing way! And we all honored the mask-up policy which meant a lot these days. Da-Cotton Klining was very responsive to our request for a quote through YELP.com and did a good job of communicating with me about the details of scheduling and cleaning. They also came out of the weekend and that was much appreciated. Zenny and Darwin and the crew did an excellent job. For our condo they cleaned the windows, screens, tile, grout, all fixtures, surfaces, cabinets and appliances. They worked very hard and did a very good job of cleaning everything. We were all impressed with their hard work and skill. We had a small problem with spots appearing on the stainless steal appliances after they left. However, when I informed them of the problem they stood behind their work and came back and resolved it perfectly by researching the problem and using a different cleaner for that uncommon situation. There were difficult stains on the kitchen countertops and the oven but everything looked as good as new afterwards! This place is the BOMB! They were able to come out the next day even though they were fully booked. They came in the evening after hours just to help me out. I called last minute and they came at night to clean the whole house including the carpets, window tracks, and anything you ask them to clean. Kind of late with my review but these guys did our move out cleaning in December 2018. They went above and beyond. They showed up on time and did not leave until the job was done, even though they stayed longer than we initially asked them to. They did the carpet cleaning well! Maybe have your service as early in the day as possible, though because we were waiting a while for it to dry! Which is totally normal. They also did our slat windows and screens and they looked amazing when they were finished. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them! I requested a quote for a short notice home cleaning (3 bedroom, 2 bath + 1 bonus room). Da-Cotton replied to my request within about 30min. Their response was clear with a flat rate and detailed list of included services. I was able to promptly schedule our service all within the Yelp app. They have top knotch customer service. When we found out that the movers would be able to complete their portion ahead of schedule I was able to reschedule the cleaning thru Da-Cotton (1 day ahead of our original appointment). They kept great communication throughout the process, arrived on time and finished promptly. The best part: we received our FULL deposit back (despite having 2 large, indoor dogs).
