Extremely happy with their service. Person on the phone was a professional and we everything squared away the day I called. Guys showed up a few days later eager to work (Danny, Patrick, Jorge, and Ethan), gave me a fair price, crawled under my house and removed everything I needed gone, plus they cleaned the area. I also wanted to mention they did fantastic work for two other houses on my street, good enough that my neighbors had to come out of their houses to say what's up to them. I needed a couch moved ASAP! I first called but didn't leave a message. The second time I called, a friendly woman answered the phone and arranged an appointment time. She said they would come out and then give a free estimate. Sage called and said they were on their way. When they arrived, I met him and Anton and took them up to my parents apartment. They looked at it, took a photo, and sent it to the owner. I felt the estimate was fair. If your couch is a biohazard, there will be an extra charge. Sage and Anton were both friendly, polite, and kind to my parents. They took apart the couch and hauled it away! I was very pleased with the service! Mahalo Aloha Junk Man! read more

Outstanding service. Everyone I talked to was very friendly. Part of my wooden fence fell due to the strong winds, and the rest was about to go. I called Aloha Junk Man for an estimate to remove the entire fence. Luckily I was able to get a same day appointment and was quoted a reasonable price. They also were able to remove it the same day. They even made sure I was satisfied with their work before they left. read more

They came highly recommended by my realtor. From my first encounter with them it was an excellent experience. They have on line booking and their service is fast and friendly. Jorge set up an appointment to do the estimate and sent the estimate that same night. Their invoices are detailed so you can see exactly what's being charged and their prices are fair. Their crews were friendly and courteous and showed high integrity in all the work they did. They totally respected the property and did everything they could to leave the house in a cleaner condition. I'd recommend them highly to anyone needing fast, fair, junk removal. read more

assisted with the community clean up and was able to haul a lot of items quick and professionally. I highly recommend to all

I love that I could schedule a pick up online. It was so convenient and easy. Unfortunately, the day and time I selected was not available, but I was called and asked to reschedule for another date which wasn't a problem for me. I was able to text a photo so they had an idea of what needed to be picked up (mattress and cinder blocks). On the day of pick up, they called me to let me know they were running late and I really appreciated that. They were courteous and even swept up the area where I left the items. It cost a bit more than I expected, but the convenience was well worth the price. I highly recommend this company and would request their services again. read more

Relatively high price just to haul away household items that barely filled 1/4 of their dumpster and less than half hour for the 2 guys they sent. In addition, when I paid by card, there was a mandatory minimum tip screen. They were friendly, but I cannot afford them again. read more

I bought pre-owned a mini-fridge from Jorge at Aloha Junk Man. It was the best fridge I found, like new and for an excellent price. Jorge gave easy directions to their warehouse and I used gps plus his directions for where to turn once on the property. Jorge gave me reminders on how to help the fridge last a while and he loaded it into my vehicle quickly without me needing to assist I became interested in their company and read their reviews and watched a few of their videos on YouTube. I was touched by how compassionate and respectful their crews are. If I'm ever in need of property clearing or junk hauling I'll remember them. After calling another vendor and getting no response, I reached out to Aloha Junkman to help remove a bunch of stuff from our property. They were not only quick to respond, they're reliable, efficient, communicative, and thorough. Matt, Connor and team were able to clear the interior and exterior of the home in less than 2 hours. They were even able to recycle/donate a few items to minimize the waste that goes to the landfills. After 11 years of living some where...we had so much to pack, move and dump. George was my point of contact when I first called aloha junk man and he was very friendly and informative. We planned a day for he and his crew to come to our place and check it out and give us an estimate bit they had a previous job that was bigger than expected so he was only able to come and take a look at our place and give us an estimate. That was fine as we were EXHAUSTED from packing and cleaning. The day they came we had Moe, Daniel and Cletus... all 3 were polite and respectful. They worked quickly and efficiently! Booked them online on Friday for a Saturday removal. Shocked they were able to achieve the quick turnaround for a big job. Professional and thorough. Original quote was a little higher than we expected but honestly worth every penny. They came in just a hair above quote when finished but they worked for about 5-6 hours and brought two men who continuously worked! Impressed and would definitely recommend or use them again! Easy, prompt, professional fair estimate and scheduling online and received follow up call with Jorge/Aloha Junk Man. Paid deposit for the scheduled pick up date (week after demo'd room). We had to clear out room with water damaged furniture, carpet and cabinets. As we started to demo the room, found a water leak in pipes. We had to call the neighborhood boys to help haul all junk immediately to fix water leak. We called Aloha Junk Man and requested cancellation of pick up along with refund of deposit. Jorge was understanding and processed our refund. I would recommend Aloha Junk Man for their professional response and fair pricing for service. read more

If 10 stars were an option, that would be my rating. Connor and Anton came by to remove some rather large items from my place. I am so grateful!! They were very friendly, helpful and even assisted with moving a few other items to another spot as it would be too big for me to move, on my own. I especially appreciated how careful they were. 12 February 2021 When I relocated, I brought my washer/dryer with me since I was previously living in a rental and owned my own appliances. When I moved into my house here in Hawaii there was already a washer and a dryer, so now I have 2 sets. Both sets are in good working condition but of course I don't have the need for both. I tried using the Salvation Army pick up option to donate one set but with covid, that service has been indefinitely canceled. I suppose I could have rented a truck and deliver them myself but that seem like such a hassle to me (also the same reason I didn't even consider selling them). Thus, I turned to Yelp. After searching my trusty Yelp app for household items pick up, I choose Aloha Junk Man specifically because they donate usable items to people who need them. I initially called on 2 February to inquire about the pick up & donation process. After I was given a brief run-down, I scheduled an appointment to have the items picked up. I was told they would first give me a no obligation quote and if I agreed to the cost I could proceed. The scheduling process was easy. I called the number listed but there was no answer; within 5 minutes I received a call back from a female employee. My appointment was scheduled for 13 February (Saturday) (it was earlier in the week but I had to reschedule due to work). However, I received a call the day prior (Friday) stating that they had opening later that day if I were available. I was so I agreed to meet. When the truck arrived, the two men greeted me, asked about the items, and provided me a quote. They both wore masks the entire time. If I remember correctly, Luke explained that they charge by cubic feet. I guess he is familiar with the standard size of a washer and dryer because he didn't take any measurements or anything before quoting a price. I thought it was a bit high for items I was essentially donating but after a year of them sitting around unused, I wanted them gone; maybe someone can put them to better use. I agreed to the price and paid Luke while the other employee loaded the items onto the truck. The entire process lasted less than 20 minutes. It was easy and convenient. read more

Aloha Junk Man team is amazing, easy to work with, and very hard working. Communication with them was very easy. Christian and Mark did great work. Had numerous items around a store I manage. They tackled it all with ease speed. Was kind of to reason with me on price to help keep our expenses down. Another junk removal company had given me an estimate that could go up or down but I wouldn't know until they already were doing the job. I went with aloha junk man because they gave me firm pricing without any risk of it going up. Scheduling was a breeze and they even had swept up the area with a broom which I appreciate.
