They were very flexible and excellent communication when I needed my car battery jumpstarted. I would recommend calling them again.

I was truly blessed to have Geremy as my driver. From the moment he picked me up, he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. What started out as a terrible and stressful experience turned into a pleasant one because of him. Geremy first drove me to the shop, only for us to discover that they were no longer located there. Without hesitation, he took me to their new location and then made sure I got home safely afterward. His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond meant so much to me. Geremy is genuinely a great person, and I feel very fortunate and blessed that he was my driver that day. Thank you, Geremy, for turning a difficult situation into such a positive experience. Your kindness was truly appreciated! read more

Called Dinong Towing and they were nothing but helpful, quick, very responsive in giving me updates on their location. Pricing was fair and both Mikey (driver) and his dispatcher were really patient with all the people around that wouldn't get out of the Tow Trucks way... like people literally asking him how long is he going to be as he is under the car hitching my car. (Some people are so ...) Appreciate them so much... Highly recommend calling them if you ever have a need for a tow! read more

No one wants to have to look on Yelp for a towing company, but if you need it Dinong Towing made it incredibly easy with Yelp's request a quote. Within SECONDS of submitting a request, I got a message back with a quote (actually a few) and then I was on the phone scheduling the tow for the next morning. Geremy was right on time, I think even a few minutes early. Super nice and professional. It was a flatbed tow truck and we were able to drive it right onto the bed. We were able to pay via tap / card and he put in all the necessary information so we could send the receipt to our insurance and get reimbursed. He took it to the car repair center, and gave us updates once the car was dropped off. Once it was on the truck, we didn't have to deal with it at all. read more

Just an outstanding hardworking young entrepreneur! Requested a quote for towing on Yelp, and received an immediate response. It was a relatively short tow but brother braved the early AM traffic and drove all the way from Ewa Beach to Makiki. Got my baby loaded up on his flat bed and then off to Pauoa Valley. If you are looking for an honest, professional and timely tow, contact Dinong Towing. Much mahalo! read more

Fast response and cheapest price! Great communication and service! Five stars and highly recommended

Fast and great service when you need it the most! I was on my way to Aulani when I heard a flapping sound! Didn't think anything of it at first, was just tryna get to Aulani lol! And my 6 month old was screaming her head off in her car seat! Car rides these days are pretty stressful since our little girl can't stand her car seat! When I arrived and parked, I nervously peeked around at my tires, only to find a FLAT! My dad insisted we just change it ourselves and we almost succeeded! But we couldn't get the lug nuts off! I called Dinong and he was there in 30 mins! He removed the flat, put on the spare and loaded my rim with the flat into my trunk for me! Quick, friendly service! Thank you so much! If you need roadside assistance, I highly recommend Dinong Towing to the rescue!!! read more

I needed to tow an inoperable vehicle that I purchased from a private seller. Geremy was awesome to work with. His response was prompt, had a flexible range of times and was responsive the whole way through. Tow was early in the morning and he was prompt to send a text with an ETA so I could arrive on time. Cost was better than all others that I reached out to. read more

Had such a great experience with this tow company and honestly didn't expect it after hearing so many bad stories about others. I reached out last minute and he was still able to help without hesitation. My vehicle was all the way on the opposite side of the island, and he handled everything smoothly from start to finish. What really stood out was the communication. He kept me updated the entire time so I wasn't left wondering what was going on. Super reliable, professional, and did exactly what he said he would do. Delivered my vehicle safely and on time. Definitely someone I would trust again and recommend to anyone who needs a tow. read more

Trust. The one word that comes to mind when dealing with Geremy and Dinong Towing. Didn't think anyone would respond at 6am for a 7am job but Geremy did. He was prompt, told him the situation, hooked up and pulled it on the bed with care and got me from Town to Kailua within the hour. Fast, Reliable, Trustworthy, and Honest. My boyfriend called Dinong Towing at around 7:30 am on a Tuesday. He needed help as he had a flat tire at Costco parking lot. He said he would be able to help him. He even mentioned that per gps, he would be there around 8:00 am -8:05 am. When he arrived at around time expected, he looked at the tire, saw the nail and took it out. He changed the flat tire with the spare we had in the truck. He was quick. We was able to pay via credit card. I'd recommend calling Dinong Towing! He was reliable, fast, and friendly. Geremy runs his business like every other should.... He is prompt, honest, and willing to go an extra mile (literally too). He answered my inquiry promptly and we scheduled a tow. Price was very reasonable compared to some other companies I've used. As you can see in the other reviews, Geremy is friendly and patient and I can attest to that. I will definitely use him if I need in the future and I recommended him to all my friends. The only regret is I wish I gave him more $ as gratuity and I can only give 5 stars... read more

This towing company went above and beyond my expectations. I got scammed on Facebook marketplace and the vehicle I just purchased had given up on me. I called around for towing and I saw Dinong Towing was based in Ewa where I needed the car towed so I called them and they were able to book me right away. The pricing was very reasonable but I decided to call around so I told him I'll pass on his service. I realized this guy can come to me faster than the other tow companies which were around the same pricing so I called him back again. He happily accepted my request for towing and started heading my way. As I waited for him, my stubbornness wanted to try the car again, and it started so I called him back to cancel the tow and he was so nice and understanding about it.. THEN, the car gave up on me again.. so I called him back and he answered even if I canceled on him twice He was very friendly and kind. I had all kinds of emotions from just being scammed but this experience has shown me that there are some good in this world. Thank you again Dinong Towing for being the knight in shining armor is this chaos. Would 100,000% recommend and be using again if ever needed read more
