I was pretty far location wise and no other towing company was able to help me. Despite the location Charlie helped get me and my car home safely! With his experience, I trusted him to tow my range without a flatbed and the entire trip home went smoothly (even on the freeway). So even if you need your luxury vehicle towed, TRUST CHARLIE! Although it took up a lot of his time he drove slowly and cautiously to ensure no accidents happened and didn't just rush to get the job done. Hoping to never stall out again but if I do I know who to call!

We tried to call multiple towing services, but they all quoted us either a 3 hour wait, or they said that they couldn't make it into the parking structure because there was an 8 foot clearance. Tony quoted us an hour wait because he was already delivering gas to another customer. He called us within 45 minutes to let us know that he was on his way. When he got to us, he was able to hook up the car and easily tow us back to Mililani. When we got to Mililani, he had to help us put the car into our parking stall.
