Found these guys via Geico roadside assistance recommendations. It only took a couple minutes…read more(typically takes 5-10) to get assigned a service provider. When going through the Geico app, your pin drop may be a bit off as it is hard to drag and drop on the screen so it's best to call the tow company once your app updates that they have arrived. I was able to communicate my location more accurately to the tow company allowing them to quickly update their driver on my location. When the driver arrived he greeted me and asked how I was doing and was professional, friendly, and really helpful he even let me keep the car running for the ac to remain on since I had my dog in the car. He approached my dog nicely when he needed to get the mileage from the car. My dog is a rescue and still learning how to be around new people but he approached slowly and kept his hand out so she could smell and be ok (she did try to nip at him a bit at first so I apologized for that she was buckled in so she couldn't reach him) but that's why he adjusted his approach as we tried to read the mileage. He also helped me empty the trunk a bit to reach the spare. I don't like the default jack in the car and didn't have any of my tools or able to phone any friends to help so I'm really glad he was able to help me. This is an eye opener for me though so I need to update my roadside tools for later just to be safe. I did have my air pump but that's how I was able to find the holes in the tire when I hit that pot hole lol. Unfortunate event BUT ON A GOOD NOTE, I was able to find a nice, reliable, friendly, professional tow truck service provider. And I was looking to switch out my tires anyway lol. We tried to call multiple towing services, but they all quoted us either a 3 hour wait, or they said that they couldn't make it into the parking structure because there was an 8 foot clearance. Tony quoted us an hour wait because he was already delivering gas to another customer. He called us within 45 minutes to let us know that he was on his way. When he got to us, he was able to hook up the car and easily tow us back to Mililani. When we got to Mililani, he had to help us put the car into our parking stall. Let me tell you that this is where the magic happened. I don't now how he did it, but Tony was able to put the car into a small townhouse parking stall next to a curb. He has mad skills I was so impressed. Very friendly and very well priced. After playing phone tag, the guy that answers the phone says Saturday isn't even an option as their alignment guy isn't in on Saturdays. I scheduled for today (Monday). Wheels were aligned in about an hour. I thought things were good to go. My tire pressure light went on while I was driving from the shop to work in Honolulu. I called the shop immediately and someone said a manager would call me back. No call ever came today. I took my car to get my tire pressure checked. Only one tire was filled to 33. The rest of them were filled to 18!! My goal tire pressure per the manufacturer is 35. Now I'm questioning the entire accuracy of my service. My two rear tires are brand new (literally days old). The only reason I didn't get my wheels aligned at Lex Brodie's where I got the tires, is because they don't align Audis. Super disappointed in the service here. I've never in all my years of driving had tire pressure that low, and to have it that low after a service is astonishing. Update: 6 days later and no response from the store via phone or yelp. My message got left on read.

The windshield has held up great and I haven't had any issues with it. However, I recently noticed a small wrinkle/crease developing on one of the windows. I also noticed that the tint on the passenger-side windows doesn't seem to be cut to the same length. One window has a noticeably larger gap along the top compared to the other side. Overall, the price was great and I appreciated how accommodating they were. I'm a little disappointed with how some of the tint has held up and with the difference in the cuts, but this is just my experience with the work I received. I'd still be open to giving them another shot in the future.

The reason being that my son called me one evening and told me that his vehicle was stalled on the side of the road at North Shore. My wife checked the yellow pages and reviewed them on line. Low and behold Cachola Towing had the best reviews and she's even on Angie's List. Yes the owner is a "SHE". How's that, she came out and did the tow herself because all of her other drivers were doing other towing jobs. Their response time was quick, they were very efficient in doing their job in a very safe and professional manner. Oh yes, and the towing charge from the North Shore to Honolulu was very reasonable.
