First time needing a Flat Bed tow. I got a strong referral from my Certified Mercedes mechanic, Nestor's Motors, to hire Cachola Towing since I wanted a Flat Bed for my car. Bernie was very helpful and it was fun learning about my car and where the tow hook was located, etc. Excellent Service and Great experience to go thru insurance for full reimbursement! Needed to tow my truck ASAP. And after calling and messaging a few tow service companies, Cachola Towing was quick to reply back. Unlike some other companies, they were immediate to respond back, and gave me an affordable price quote. Other services charged a flat rate and were quoting me $200+ for needing a tow less than 1/2mile to my destination. Their service was friendly and understanding, and was at my location in 20mins. I highly recommend calling Cachola Towing first if you need any towing services done. read more

My car stalled on the road in Waipahu a few weeks ago. I called 2 different places but they couldn't get to me in a timely manner. Both companies suggested I call Cachola Towing. Luckily they were near by finishing up their previous client. Waited for about 30mins. and driver was friendly and professional. Payment was easy using card or Apple Pay. Definitely recommend this business. read more

My hubby's baby (his favorite car) needed a tow and we needed someone special to do the job. We used Cachola towing before and were quite impressed by the service received. We phoned them again and spoke with Bernie, she quickly accommodated us, and with a great price!!! We weren't disappointed. Bernie was also our driver. She was very professional and knowledgeable and has a great personality to add to it. The way she got the car into the garage took some skill!!! She took great care of our car!!! Thanks again Bernie and Cachola Towing!!! read more

Glad this towing company was available. After trying to jump my wife's car 4 times, I had to get it towed to Kapolei Goodyear. Called several towing companies and they weren't available.. but glad Colby with Cachola towing was able to come by within 30 minutes. Great service and understanding as I am not a car person.. he pushed our car out of our garage to get it hooked up. Price was much more reasonable than the other tow companies I contacted. Bernie is the best! On time and great service! We had a difficult tow - car wouldn't start, not good condition. Bernie pushed the car (uphill) out of the driveway and gave us great advice on how to proceed with the vehicle. She called and texted before meeting us and was super flexible and patient. We felt like she was a family member helping us out. I saved Cachola's on my phone because they will the first one we call if we ever need a tow. read more

Great service, clear communication, and affordable price. Had to get an emergency tow from Nimitz to Wahiawa and got referred to this company. Told me someone would be there as soon as they could since they were finishing up a tow. Called back to see if I still needed a tow, initially I told them that we were going to tow it ourselves but I called back 5 minutes later and said that we changed our mind. The guy told me he'd be there in 20 minutes and 20 minutes later there he was! Super thankful for them. Clean trucks too so you can tell they take pride in their work. Thank you so much! read more

Just my luck I got stuck on the freeway heading home. I called another tow company based on a friends recommendation but as my luck would have it, they called to confirm and I missed it. So they cancelled on me and took another job. After calling recommendation after recommendation, I got in touch with Cachola Towing. Thank goodness. Lambert came right away and towed me up to the next exit then turned the truck around to tow it the other way. He got my truck home safely and had awesome driving skills to park in my driveway for future repairs. Awesome company! With all the horror stories of tow company's ripping people off, this is not one of them. I highly recommend if ever you need a tow. read more

Nobody likes to "need" a tow truck but Had to call again after the "fix it" shop couldn't fix my car. Again, quick, dependable and AFFORDABLE. I called and this time I spoke to Bernie, very nice and courteous. Explained the situation and how last time a gentleman helped me out. She explained that was her brother and she would be able to help out this time. She did just that. Just as fast and dependable as last time and extremely affordable Would highly recommend! read more

My work vehicle got a flat on the westside. The main office contacted Cachola Towing for the tow. The driver, Bernie, the tow truck driver arrived quicker than I expected!!! She got the vehicle on the flatbed with no issues and in a timely manner. The conversation to the drop off location was great compared to the last tow I had on my personal vehicle. I would highly recommend giving Cachola Towing a call to meet your towing needs if you're on the Leeward side. read more

LITERALLY JUUSSST got my car dropped off. I didn't have my keys for the car. They have the tools necessary to tow a car that's locked. They were prompt. They came earlier than they said. Did it fast - to me it was fast for a single person. He was concerned for our safety as we meet him at the site & he followed us back. They did the job & did it well. My car was safely transported back home. Thank you for a professional job well done. read more

AWESOME TOWING COMPANY!!! Call them if you need a tow! If I could give more stars, I would! I've had to call Cachola towing twice for my son's truck and they were excellent! My happiness is a result of: *clear communication *professionalism *FAIR PRICE *their trucks were clean and you could tell that they took pride in their equipment *for a towing company, they were dressed clean and presentable (for me, as a woman, cleanliness is important as it shows pride in oneself) I spoke with Colbert on both occasions and on my first call with him, he was actually the second tow company I called. He was in the middle of taking care of another tow, but because he took the time to answer my questions and was professional/courteous, I opted to go with him; even though I had to wait a little longer because he was in the middle of another tow. Colbert provided a reasonable wait time and showed up a few minutes earlier than anticipated. He was careful and respectful, and I find that sort of customer service hard to find today. On the second tow, another gentleman from Cachola helped us. Again, awesome customer service, totally professional and priced very fair! read more

Once more, Bernie came to my rescue and towed my car recently. She is the best! I can't recommend her company highly enough.

Quick and friendly service! Priced around to 4 different tow companies and Cacholas was by far the most affordable!

Arranged to have our car towed in advance and he arrived few minutes early which was great. Colbert (hope I got his name right and spelled correctly...if not, my apologies) was a really friendly guy and respectful (wore a mask). He left it up to us to decide whether to use the lift that cost a little more or not, so he didn't push. Pushy people turns us off when it comes to services. We highly recommend Cachola Towing. read more

I HAVE THEM ON SPEED DIAL SERIOUSLY! I'd give CACHOLA towing more than 5 stars if I could. She's such a sweetheart and just genuinely always willing to help out even after hours when I got stuck. BEST TOWING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED. MAHALO TO CACHOLA TOWING. read more
