I was actually called for my daughter who had a check engine light coming on, so she went over to O'Reilly's auto parts and they scan the car to see what the message was. It was not good. It had to do with the engine. Cost of repairs would've been somewhere close to $500. Knowing that he was picking up, my daughter, I thought was a really nice idea, to make her feel safer. He brought his wife along. The last time I got a tow truck (not from this company) we called for assistance at 9;0pm and we were left waiting until3:00am.

From the beginning to the end of our communication, Hinano was very patient, professional, courteous, and pleasant (she put me at ease after being so stressed). I love that this is a family owned business and they work as a team. They are such beautiful people and represent the island well. If ever you need a towing service, I would recommend you give them a call first. I've never bothered to write reviews before, this is my first. Hope this opinion helps.

We're so thankful to Tony and his excellent towing service! We were stranded at Pearl Highlands…read morecenter after our car wouldn't start. We tried to call multiple towing services, but they all quoted us either a 3 hour wait, or they said that they couldn't make it into the parking structure because there was an 8 foot clearance. Tony quoted us an hour wait because he was already delivering gas to another customer. He called us within 45 minutes to let us know that he was on his way. When he got to us, he was able to hook up the car and easily tow us back to Mililani. When we got to Mililani, he had to help us put the car into our parking stall. Let me tell you that this is where the magic happened. I don't now how he did it, but Tony was able to put the car into a small townhouse parking stall next to a curb. He has mad skills I was so impressed. Very friendly and very well priced. Hopefully we won't need a tow in the near future, but if we do, I'm glad that I know of A's Towing and Tony's friendly service. Mahalo Tony!

When going through the Geico app, your pin drop may be a bit off as it is hard to drag and drop on the screen so it's best to call the tow company once your app updates that they have arrived. I was able to communicate my location more accurately to the tow company allowing them to quickly update their driver on my location. When the driver arrived he greeted me and asked how I was doing and was professional, friendly, and really helpful he even let me keep the car running for the ac to remain on since I had my dog in the car. He approached my dog nicely when he needed to get the mileage from the car. My dog is a rescue and still learning how to be around new people but he approached slowly and kept his hand out so she could smell and be ok (she did try to nip at him a bit at first so I apologized for that she was buckled in so she couldn't reach him) but that's why he adjusted his approach as we tried to read the mileage. He also helped me empty the trunk a bit to reach the spare. I don't like the default jack in the car and didn't have any of my tools or able to phone any friends to help so I'm really glad he was able to help me. This is an eye opener for me though so I need to update my roadside tools for later just to be safe. I did have my air pump but that's how I was able to find the holes in the tire when I hit that pot hole lol. Unfortunate event BUT ON A GOOD NOTE, I was able to find a nice, reliable, friendly, professional tow truck service provider. And I was looking to switch out my tires anyway lol. So honestly, I'd say that's a win in the event of things happen for a reason. Thanks for the roadside assistance Empire Towing & Roadside!
