Shoutout to SPIDER for coming through with an ASAP request for a tow. Texted the address, he showed up in less than 15 minutes. Calling Shynells for all of our towing needs.

Had to tow my SUV from Ma'ili to Kalihi. Called on Monday to schedule pickup on Tuesday. Quick response with no issues. Easy pickup and great value. Got a call from the repair shop and they received it without an issue. Highly recommend and will definitely use again if I'm ever in need.

He quickly responded to my need for a tow. He is very knowledgeable and has great communication. My car is modified, and he treated my car like it was his own. He really took care of my car from pick up to drop off. I highly recommend his services to anyone and everyone who needs it.

Today, while I Pau work and head back home on H1 WB, unfortunately my front passenger tire popped, and I stranded on the freeway, couple minutes later saw this Tow Truck pulled over and ask if I need help, then when he saw my tire flat he then offer to tow me over to the safe place at least off the freeway then he'll help me fix my tire. After he fixed it he told me " Bruh not everything about money, sometimes we need to help other people and pass it on to the next person and know that God will always help us". This brother name Bubba(Bob) if I'm not mistaken, but hey he's a really good brother and I appreciate what's you've done. May God bless you, your family and even the Company you work with. Twice my son scheduled a tow through Peddle and twice cancelled. First time sat around for 5 hours and had to call to find out they weren't coming. No call cancelling the tow. Second time took off work and sat around for 3 hours before they cancelled. Not cool. read more

100% best& fastest service out there, baba picked up the phone instantly while every tow company out there was dodging me on Halloween night, my car was left in a tough undrivable situation but he made it look easy loading it onto his flatbed. Wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my car in any towing situation. Solid braddah and he know what he's doing! I'd recommend him every single time! read more

Best tow company ever!!! The fastest, friendliest, and most reasonable prices I've ever seen on this island. Usually when you need a tow and they tell you they're coming in an hour but actually show up in 3 hours. Shynells says heck no to that. Was stuck out at Keaaus late at night, and braddah came within 40 minutes from Pearl City to get my keys out of my car. 1000% recommend them!! read more

Shynell's Towing was so convenient, quick, and the best price on the North Shore. They were very responsive, friendly and easy to communicate with; came on time and very personable (my friend & I were stranded and they let us hop in the truck to get a ride with the car). Our car died on us and we needed a tow from Waianae all the way to Honolulu. It was a little less than 40 miles and AAA was going to charge us a lot of money for this tow service. My fiancé checked Google and found Shynells Towing online. He called Bubba and got immediate response with a great quote. Bubba came within 2 hours and what was ever more amazing was that he let us come with him on the tow truck and took us to Honolulu where we rented a car, because it is very hard to get an Uber or rental car in Waianae. Overall we highly recommend Shynells Towing for Bubba's amazing service. He was extremely careful with the car and was very friendly and made this long drive go by quickly. He arrived at my house within 30 minutes and immediately got to work on my car. There was an issue with the part, the girl at the store sold me the wrong part . Josh offered to drive all the way back down and exchange it. He came back with my change and agreed not to add to the original quote he gave me. My car is running great and I may even hire him again for other maintenance services! I recommend him to anyone in need of mechanical work. So convenient to just stay home and have a mechanic come to you!

I wasn't sure what was going on, but I knew it had to be looked at before It got worse. I contacted Dansen's Auto Repair and described over the phone what I've been experiencing. I go to Dansen's for safety check and oil changes as they always do excellent work and the prices are affordable. They were busy, but let me know it was OK for me to bring my car in and they were going to look at my car once they were done taking care of the automobiles they were working on at the moment. The narrowed it down to my starter, contacted me and ask if I wanted to move forward with replacing the starter. I said yes. They replaced the starter, tested it and contacted me to let me know. that my car was ready to be picked up. They finished it sooner than expected. I was so happy because my car gets me to frequent doctor appointments and physical therapy. Quoted me $2300 for brakes for my Altima, literally twice as much as any other mechanic…read more Plus they make you pay $200 for the inspection (before telling you how much the cost is) so you're paying $200 either way. I bet these guys make all their money charging for inspections and not actually repairing because nobody would actually pay their ridiculous prices. On top of that, they found a bunch of other things wrong with my car, and said total for repairs would be around $7k when I just went in for the brake job. I bought my car for 8500 total 7 years ago. So yeah, upselling up the A, and high pressure tactics. Come here for a safety check though, they always pass you, they don't really care, anything else, go somewhere else.
