I can't say enough great things about, Walt... All G Towing! My car wouldn't start and I was stranded, initially called another tow company however the wait would've been almost 2 hours. but Walt showed up in 30 mins! Amazing! Loved the quick response!! He checked my car to see what the issue could've been?! He gave me a jump start, and even followed me all the way to the dealership to make sure I got there safely. Cool, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond, truly amazing service. Highly recommend! read more

Best of the best. Initially called another tow company who couldn't do the job right away and was concerned about how long I would have to wait (he was far away) but God bless him- he recommended me to call All G/Walt. So I called and wasn't expecting to get someone to answer right away. He came in literally 5 minutes and was able to get the car safely to my house ASAP. I've heard nightmare stories about towing, but Walt is honest, quick and ready to help! I hope I never have to call for a tow again, but if I do-- I'll have Walt on speed dial and trust me, I'll let everyone I know about him and his company too. 10/10!!!! read more

All "G" Towing is awesome!!!! I blew a tire on the Moanalua Freeway near the Red Hill exit. My car swerved and started rattling as I steered toward the side of the road. Cars were whizzing by and I was so afraid someone was going to hit me. I started to call AAA, but then I hung up because a Red Angel stopped to help. Not only did he immediately tow me out of a dangerous situation, but he took me to the safety of our family home in the valley and put on my spare. He was a blessing to this frightened driver and he would not accept compensation. May the Lord bless My Hero! read more

All "G" towing is a very reliable and one of the best customer service we came across in a very long time! Very accommodating, professional and helpful! He towed my mom's van at Pearlridge shopping center parking lot. She was getting a little nervous because it was getting dark while waiting for All G towing but when he got there he was able to help calm her nerves during the tow all the way to her house. In fact he even helped after the tow because my mom locked something in her car! Amazing I tell you!! My mom said "wow there are still good people out there". He even gave me a follow up phone call to let me know that my mom made it home safely. Highly recommend! Thank you soooo much for going the extra mile. read more

I recently had a terrible experience with All Island towing. Communication was beyond comprehensible with them, so I had to find another tow company ASAP. This is where All G Towing came into the picture. Not only were they responsive they were willing to hold onto my vehicle over the weekend (with a storage fee) until they were able to deliver it to Copart the following Monday. Price were reasonable and they were very communicative. I did all my business with them over the phone! This made everything much more easier. Thank you so much for helping me and making my life much more easier! read more

Thank you so much for coming to our rescue yesterday. I had a flat on the freeway.. with my young daughter in the vehicle. Those unplanned things just happen sometimes. A little nervous, it was a Sunday.... But traffic was zooming by. After Walter confirmed Brandon's location he called me back right away to let me know he was nearby. We really didn't have to wait long at all. There were a few challenges but he was able to figure out what he needed to do to get us safely off the freeway. Brandon was polite and professional.... Explaining enough along the way that I felt confident he'd be able to get us out of this predicament. We truly appreciate it! If you're ever in a bind.... I would definitely recommend you reach out to All G Towing. read more

I was referred to All G from another shop, and although I have used other towing companies in the past, this has by far been the better experience of them all. The owner/operator, Walter, is a humble and humorous guy, very professional and has an amazing work ethic alongside with his team. All G towing company was prompt to assist me in getting my car from my residence to another shop to get worked on. They got to work as soon as they arrived, they assessed the situation vigilantly to assure the best possible outcome without any damages to my car and property. They took into consideration the state my vehicle was in and made sure to render the best care possible. All G performed the towing service efficiently and with very reasonable pricing. They were upfront and honest with their prices and expectation which eased any doubts especially in an industry that has an unfortunate stigma attached. During a stressful time, they made this as easy-going as possible for me, with a stress-free service. I am very happy with the services delivered and they have met and exceeded all my expectations. I enjoyed my experience with this company from the get-go and will continue support this awesome local business, and do recommend them to all who are in need a car towing service! I wanted to take some time and commend the team at All G Towing for being so reliable and honest when it came to our tow. We were stuck in the bottom floor of Kaiser Moanalua Hospital and couldn't find anyone to come and help us, the garage clearance was to low for many other towing companies. Walter showed up when he said he would, was very courteous, and knew what he was doing. We thought our fuel pump had gone out, but it turned out we only needed a jump start, he adjusted the price accordingly, made it very fair, and was really honest and helpful. 10 out of 10 service and 5 stars. Thank you Walter and All G Towing team. read more

My husband and I were stuck and my insurance company told me to find my own tow truck because they were closed. So I called 1 tow truck company but my husband said No because he thought he was a mechanic. He couldn't figure it out so we came upon All G Towing. I'm so thankful that we did. Walter and Stan were so AWESOME!! Stan did everything he could to help us get our truck going, but unfortunately it had to get towed. Stan was very professional and friendly. All G Towing is amazing. He is reliable, comes quickly, reassuring, and is willing to do almost anything to help. He is confident and knows what he is doing. I got myself in a PICKLE. I got lost in some brush / farmland and got stuck and was super scared. I called the police and they said I'd have to get a towing company... "if they were willing to help me." They also told me get out of there before it got dark, so i was really hoping All G would come quickly. And they delivered! All G came quickly, said he was 100% sure he would get me outta there, and he did. He ended up having to get two tow trucks and they suffered significant damage from driving through the brush to save my car, and unfortunately my insurance company was only willing to pay them $100 for everything. He was still willing to do it, which just goes to show exactly how willing to help he is. I really owe him big time. read more
