It was parked in the wrong direction on a curb and he had no problem reversing the car with the tow truck and then pulling my it around the front to tow the car home. My EV completely died and wouldn't even roll in neutral. It was a little too close to the curb, so it was difficult to get it hooked up in the typical way. But Taurus was patient and diligent and was able to work his magic to get the vehicle clear and securely fastened and ready to go. Taurus was still willing to come down to help and arrived in rapid fashion. Somewhere between 15-20 minutes. Of course it will depend on where he is at the time of call but he was definitely committed to coming ASAP.
