We needed to move an old car off our property. Other places I contacted told us we needed to be able to get the car to the street, which for various reasons we couldn't do. A family friend called Dennis at Tadio's Towing for us. When they came, plan A and plan B didn't work. They quickly went to plan C and called a smaller truck that work better in our small lane and within minutes of that truck arriving, the car was winched out of the yard, hooked up to the truck and gone. I had a time crunch to remove an inoperable vehicle from my garage before a general contractor could begin work on my home. After at least 8 inquiries to various tow companies on Oahu over a one month period I finally was lucky to contact Dennis at Tadio's Towing. After providing the exact same explanation of my situation to him that I had shared with all the previous tow companies I had contacted earlier he was the only one who without hesitation said he could do it, provided a price, and even offered an alternative solution that was even better than what I was planning. Set up a date/time for the removal and aside from needing to bump the time frame a few hours from the original time, Dennis showed up and did exactly what he said he would. I cannot begin to express how grateful I was to find a tow service that didn't gaslight me with assurances and then ghost me, wasting my time and efforts. Dennis and Tadio's were a pleasure to work with, explaining to me the process and even more importantly, doing what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Talk about law of attraction. I was driving in pau hana traffic back home and all of a sudden my car decides to go bizurk and stop in the fast lane! I called 911 and my roadside assistance from my insurance just to be safe, but then Dennis pops up and comes to my rescue no questions asked. He was very professional and followed COVID procedures. 1week old tire; f​lat tire, rounded lug so I couldn't put on the spare. He was super helpful. It felt like a father giving advice about calling for a tow and dealing with the shop, because the tire change I had a week ago was so recent. I had a hunch calling direct would be cheaper than calling a dispatcher (I don't have anything like AAA). I felt I was right and he agreed; the dolley fee (the wheels for the wheels if the car can't roll on it's own) was cheaper than what a dispatcher would charge.
