Last Sunday, I had just sold my car and borrowed my dad's truck to drive to work. On the way there, the truck, for whatever reason, wouldn't start to save my life. I called 2 different tow companies with no avail. Not even a call back from either. I then requested a quote from Transport Oahu Towing, here on Yelp. Owner Gabriel replied to my message within 5 minutes. We exchanged a few texts and we were on our way. He was quick and on time, which I find very comforting. He explained to me that only Sunday's, he would be able to make such a towing trip, considering weekday traffic and business opportunities in town. The price from Pearl City to Waialua (about 25 miles) was a lot cheaper than other competitor companies that would charge twice of what I paid. Gabriel takes pride and is every bit of passionate about his business. He's down to earth and easy to talk to, which is very helpful in a stressful situation. I support his business and what he stands for. Highly recommended as I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again if need be. Thanks Gabriel! Keep on doing what you do. I hope the person reading this review finds it helpful. Aloha. read more

Highly recommend...my mom got rear ended on the freeway so I called the insurance company to get towing service. My claims rep called 4 different companies that are contracted with them and NO ONE picked up. Luckily I found this one and the owner and his wife came to our rescue. We were closer to Waipahu and they were coming from the east side. Made it in good time and took care of everything seamlessly. Even sending us an invoice/receipt. They were very kind, professional, and prompt. I definitely recommend this company for any towing needs and price isn't too bad at all. read more

My car was leaking fluids and the dashboard showed coolant was low. Then another message told me that the power was slowed down. I should not drive the car or ruin the batteries. I called the Allstate agent who recommended Transport Oahu Towing. We decided to tow my car the following morning on a flat bed truck and avoid the late afternoon traffic. BING did a great job and delivered my car to the mechanic. I would highly recommend them. His prices are very reasonable compared to the other bids! read more

Great service and great pricing. Bing was a huge help. He was very responsive, flexible with time, and knowledgeable.

Prompt, professional and affordable. Gabriel is a hardworking, genuine guy that assisted me in a time of need, saving me stress, time and money. His five star rating is why I chose his business and the five stars I'm giving him is due to the excellent service he provided me. In a time of need Gabriel met me within minutes to jump start my car, come to find out I would end up needing a tow. I truly appreciate what he was able to do for me, what was a dire situation was quickly turned into peace of mind by Gabriel's quick response. Gabriel is a great guy who cares. My brother's tire blew out tonight, a Sunday, and Father's day. He called a towing company and they said they would call him back to let him know if a srover is available but he never got a call back. I immediately searched Yelp. This guy has a 5 star unanimous rating and I called my brother to let him know and he called Transport Oahu (Gabriel) and the rest is history. Gabriel answered in three rings. He told my brother he would get to him in 30 minutes and kept his promise, with 3 minutes to spare. My brother says Gabriel is badass. He says Gabriel is awesome. I got to meet him too because we were my brother's rode home from the shop that he got his truck towed to. Anyway, don't think twice, please call Gabriel. He's a lifesaver... read more

- Truck had a major breakdown in Kaneohe. Luckily I found Gabrielle via Yelp. I texted him around 8am and he quickly replied. I told him I needed to have it towed to Kapahulu where our mechanic friend is located. He gave me a quote of 130$ and said he would be there within 45 minutes. He was on time and very quick to hook up our truck. Transported it safely to its final resting place until she is back up and running. I saved his number for future tows...hopefully in the far far farrrrt future lol! Thank you Gabrielle, for being so kind, professional and quick to save us today! read more

I needed to get my HD Rocker towed from Mililani to Ivan's Psycles in Kalihi, and was apprehensive about getting my "baby" there safely. Lucky for me, Gabriel from Transport Oahu was able to help me out. He took great care to secure my bike on the truck, and there was never any doubt in my mind that the bike was in good hands. He told me afterward to make sure to keep his number handy in case I ever run into problems while riding. He's a biker's Guardian Angel! read more

Gabriel is amazing. Super kind, and full of aloha. I stopped him at the gas station after my car wouldn't start. Asked him if he could help me out since I had just bought my car the night before. He helped me jump my car, and helped diagnose the issue. He also helped me find a good shop to take it to afterwards as well. Not many people left in the world to help out when someone is in need. I appreciate it greatly. read more

Gabriel was awesome...made it a breeze in an otherwise stressful situation. Took him 5 minutes to get to my place and even less than that to jump me, pay and be on my way. Even gave me some helpful tips about my battery and getting the service done that I needed. 100% will recommend. Thanks Gabriel! read more

Wow, what a great service. bought a large item on Craigslist and didn't have a truck. Called these folks . Within 2 hours my items were delivered safely to my house. Third time using Transport Oahu, had lost his number, but went out of my way to find it before calling anyone else... Why? Well the first two times I called around for an hour and the quote Gabriel was always cheaper, and his communication was great. I never felt like he was busy doing something else while on the phone, he gave you his full attention. Both times he delivered on time, was careful with the furniture i bought and helped up bring it up to the 3rd floor. Even if I had a truck to transport my stuff, I would still use Transport Oahu, because I don't have to deal with loading the furniture, driving it and being in traffic etc. I just let him know the address, he shows up, i pay him and he helps me bring it up! Very friendly too read more

Not only on time but early! Excellent customer service, really went above and beyond. I have been a military spouse for going on 11 years now, so I'm pretty familiar with moving my stuff from point A to point B. Sadly, in my experience most moving/ transport/delivery services almost always seemed angry that they are even having to be there. This was not the case with Oahu transport. Not only would I highly recommend this company to others for motorcycle transport, I would absolutely hire and trust this company with any of my vehicles and/or high-value deliveries/transports again. I really can't think of one negative thing in the experience with Oahu Transport. read more

Excellent service! Arrived at exactly the time that was arranged. This company isn't fooling around, they specialize in towing and transporting motorcycles, large or small. I originally had a buddy of mine transport my beloved Ducati on a pickup bed when I bought the bike. When I called Gabriel he was professional and courteous, we made the appointment. That morning, arrived on time and 10 minutes later, my bike was hooked and strapped to the bed and on its way to South Seas. i called South Seas and they know Gabriel. Will definitely use again. Gabriel was AMAZING. After being left stranded by the first towing company that arrived and then left without telling me (I was stuck in a parking garage, and rather than call me back to tell me for sure that their truck wouldn't fit, despite being given the clearance info both when I put in my request and again when they arrived, the guy just left and didn't bother to call me back to let me know I would need to call someone else), Gabriel came up to level 5 where my car died with no problem. He not only picked me up and towed my car to the service station, he even gave me a ride home on his way to another service call. He was incredibly nice, worked his butt off to help me out after I waited for two hours by myself for someone to finally assist me, and then went the extra mile to make sure that I got home safely. GIVE THIS MAN YOUR MONEY. Even if his rates were high (which they aren't at all, I checked), the level of service he provides makes any amount you spend 100% worth your money. read more

Awesome company! They came to my rescue real quick (about 10-15mins), where others told me they had a 1-2 hour wait time. Nice, strong and friendly! Life saver! In short notice called for towing service and it all worked out. I had two destinations for 2 motorcycles and you can not beat the price. Very easy going. I felt that my bikes were absolutely safe, from loading and transport to unloading. Very smooth process and a pleasure to work with. 1 week later my 3rd bike I was trying to sell was a no go. I called Gabriel to tow and have it safe in a storage unit , along with one of my buddies to help ,myself not being available at the time and he went above and beyond to take a pics of my bike to show me things were on schedule. I couldn't be more satisfied with a towing company as I am with Transport Oahu Towing! I found myself on the side of the road on my motorcycle, so I called another towing company that quoted me $225 and then called Transport Oahu Towing for a quote of $125. The best thing about it was that it only took him 10 minutes to pick me up, which never happens with towing companies and I was gone in 20 min. Gabriel was very nice and personable guy that made my unfortunate situation easier. Huge thanks to you sir! read more

Excellent service and response! I used the "request an estimate" option within yelp and Gabriel wrote back to me literally within a minute or two. He asked specifics about the model and what was going on with the truck. We made arrangements to have it towed the very next morning in the exact time that was most convenient for us. He was friendly and knowledgeable and had a great attitude and work ethic. I hope I don't have to anytime soon (meaning won't have car trouble), but we would absolutely recommend him and use him again:) really nice guy and fairly priced. read more
