Hands down, Jason is the man to go to! Our alternator gave out while we were at Zippy's McCully (which wasn't too bad of a location to be stranded at, haha). Used these guys twice for a jumpstart for my truck first time was told it'd be a half hour, and it took and hour. Second time was told they were only 3 minutes away and they showed up in 3 minutes so no complaints on that. Both times the jumpstart took like 2 minutes and it cost $85. Called to get help with my flat tire, he came immediately! $80 to either get help with changing to a spare or patching up the tire. He took a look at my tire first before deciding what had to be done and thankfully it was a patch that he completed in about ten minutes. He provides service IF the air starts to leak again, so if you have a super flat tire and don't want to wait hours at a repair shop or pay that on top of the towing fee, then I think getting the service from here is a good option! Jason at Express Towing is very professional and I trusted him with my car the first day I ever talked to him. One day, my car was not running right and it stalled out so I had to get it towed. I was charged way more with another towing company to tow it to a mechanic who told me that I needed to get it towed to the dealership. I called around for another towing company who didn't charge as much and when I called Jason at Express Towing, I could tell right away that I was in good hands with him because Jason handled the whole towing job on his own without me having to catch an Uber down to oversee it. Jason picked up the keys from the mechanic and handed it to the dealership.once he Plus Jason at Express Towing charged me way less than the other towing company did because the other towing company charged me an initial fee plus a mileage fee but Jason at Express Towing only charged me a flat fee and he had to tow it much farther than the other towing company. I had never used Jason at Express Towing before but he told me he could pick up the keys from the mechanic and tow my car to the dealership and gave them my keys. Then Jason at Express Towing called me and I gave him my credit card information over the phone which saved me a lot of time and energy and also money. After I initially used Jason at Express Towing to tow my car, I have used him to tow my car and my son's car every time I need a tow because he makes it so convenient and I trust him with my car and my son's car. So it was flooding pretty bad and my car was stuck in some water and the engine would not start. I called a bunch of tow companies and none of them answered. This was the only company that picked up. Big disappointment, I call the company and ask how much was it to tow. I gave the location of where I needed my car to be towed they told me $50. When they finally came and towed my car, I asked the dude how much was it again just to double check if it was still the same price. Apparently the dude changed his price to $60. The distance of my Car being towed wasn't even a mile. It was a big disappointment. For him to tell me on the phone $50 then in person $60. That was horrible.
