Great company!!! They came early to get the truck all the way from Waianae. Even to get back into Honolulu quick and efficient!! Would use this company again read more

I needed my car towed because it was leaking coolant. I called JT Towing and I'm really glad I did. He came to my house quickly and he was very personable while hooking my car to his truck. I liked that he texted and sent pictures of my car after dropping it off at the mechanics. Solid worker and owner with a great attitude and personality. I highly recommend this company. His fees were also very reasonable. read more

Needed a tow for my nephew, he was stuck on the side of the freeway at midnight when his tire flew off. JT got to him super quickly which I appreciated. Thank you JT for your awesome assistance. read more

James answered right away and was helpful in working out a plan for pickup. He arrived on time and was super friendly. Good pricing. I hope I don't need another tow but if I do I'll call James for sure. read more

Great service! He was quick with helping me get my car towed last minute at night and responded fast. Mahalo!

It's always late at night and usually raining when you need a tow. We couldn't wait 2 hours for State Farm's roadside assistance so we found James on Yelp and it was a really great experience. At 11pm he jumped in his truck and jammed over to Kaimuki from town and was able to jumpstart the car so we didn't have to tow but his tow price was reasonable and then even the service call charge since we didn't have to tow. Definitely will use JT Towing again. read more

Good communication and arrived on site early. Very satisfied with them. James really helped us out.

Was able to tow away the same day for a car we no longer needed. He was super charismatic and very easy to work with. Definitely recommend JT. He answered on the second ring of the phone and made sure we got taken care of. read more

After reading positive reviews, called to schedule a tow, left 2 messages over 2 days, no reply, called someone else. Terrible.

I had the worst time dealing with this guy today, he is EXTREMELY unprofessional and crazy rude. Please consider any other towing service before you support this joke. I broke down in a dangerous spot (not a lot of shoulder for him to park) so at his request and at high risk to my personal safety I moved my scooter to a safer spot. I updated him with GPS coordinates with live tracking data and photos of my new location. I minute or so after I realized that I could now safely walk 10 minutes to my work with a larger parking lot and a much safer location for the both of us, a 3 minute drive around the corner (max) for him, so I updated him on the meetup spot, again with photos and live gps coordinates, and started walking. He had given me a 30-40 minute ETA so I didn't think it'd be a problem, and that he'd prefer the safer location. We end up arriving at my work at the same time. He whips his POS truck (not a tow truck) super fast around me, parks, then gets out of his truck and starts rudely telling me how I should have stayed where I was, how he shouldn't be expected to look at his phone while trying to find me, and how I was an idiot for moving, complaining about how much effort it took him to find me. Mind you we're talking about 2-3 minutes drive for him around the corner from the original spot. And this was something I did AT HIS REQUEST AT MY OWN PERIL. I told him I didn't need any of his attitude and reminded him he's the one who asked me to move, to which he got even more angry, continued to call me names, and then asked me if he should leave, to which I said absolutely yes. I don't care how cheap this guy is, or how much he's undercutting his competition. He's not worth your money. And the kicker is there was no need to move in the first place. As mentioned, he showed up in a regular truck, not a super wide tow truck, so there was enough sidewalk for him to park in the original location. This guy is total trash and made a bad situation even worse. Please go elsewhere!!! read more

JT was punctual, knew what he was doing, and helped me with my car problem. Can't ask for more than that. If I ever need an honest tow, I'll be calling him again. read more

when everyone was busy, this guy came through and helped me big time in a situation. super reasonable priced and excellent service. went above and beyond to make sure everything was squared away read more

Easy to reach and quick to reply. Very good customer service with relatively short wait time. Reasonable price, too. Recommend.

James had a speedy response, offered great advice and all at a very reasonable cost. Would use again!

Hands down THE BEST towing company I've ever dealt with. It was 5 in the morning on my way to work on the H3 when the states highway divisions negligence on a steel plate sliced my tire. I called James and explained the situation. At first I asked if he could tow me onto base which he explained it might be difficult for him to get on. I told him if he could just tow me somewhere safe so I could put on my spare tire. H3 is a real sketchy place to be in replacing my tire and it was still dark out. He told me no worries he can help block a lane and put my spare on no problem. He got there QUICK, he arrived no later than 30 mins and replaced my spare no less than 10 mins! James is THE MAN, super cool guy and A GRADE work. I have his number saved and will be my GO TO guy to call for any type of towing services. Appreciate it again braddah James! read more

This review is long overdue. In Feb 2024, we just got an older variant that was in very good shape. However, the starter was pretty worn so the car wouldn't turn on after just a few days of our new ownership. My insurance reps were crap and said they couldn't get anyone to come tow our car. All I needed was someone to tow it a block to the Goodyear that was near our place. Frustrated with my insurance, I quickly searched on Yelp for good tow services. JT popped up and I decided to give him a call. He answered and said he could get to Kaimukī in about 20min. And yes he did! Very nice guy and efficient. Got me where I needed to be all in 30min or less! On top of that, the parking at Goodyear was full, but he maneuvered the tow truck with my car attached so perfectly. Very reliable service and gave me a good deal. He even offered to talk to my insurance rep if they questioned anything about the tow. He also provided a receipt and his contact info. If you're ever in need of a dependable tow service, this is the place to call! Highly recommend. Mahalo JT! read more

Responded and record time and provided amazing service. I highly recommend JT towing, if you're looking for professionalism and honesty

My car died on Kapahulu Ave and I had two young kids in the car. I called JT Towing and explained my situation. The person I spoke to couldn't get to me at that moment and called another towing company that could get to me right away. The guy could have just said sorry I can't and hung up, but I am so thankful to him for going that extra mile to help me out and not leave me stranded on the side of the road with two young kids. Thank you so much!! Will definitely not hesitate to call them for business in the future. read more

Very responsive and will get the job done asap Forget about triple A. Took him over 2 hours to show up. JT was on location in 20 min and very professional and personable read more

Excellent service!! Fast service!! Highly recommend!! Helped my daughter get into her locked vehicle with the key in the ignition! I was tired of waiting on the phone with Statefarm! Was on hold with Statefarm x 1hr! Decided to contact services on my own. JT was recommended, and did not disappoint! Had my daughter inside her car safely within seconds upon arriving! All while I was still on "hold" with Statefarm. Thanks JT Towing!! read more

Real easy, hassle free process. Needed a tow last minute to a auto shop, he came, hooked it up, took it there and dropped it off. No hassle whatsoever. Simple and easy transaction with a fair reasonable price. Thanks again read more

Great customer service & knowledgeable. Reasonable prices. I recommend and will use this towing service again.

Really cant say enough about James and JT Towing. Found myself with a dead battery at Ala Moana Beach Park. Call was answered immediately, 30 min wait time. James was all business! Come to find Battery was improperly installed, terminals missing nuts/screws stripped. Towed my car to auto parts store, installed terminals and I was on my way! I know, For a fact, most people/companies wouldn't have done what James did for me, totally went the extra mile and I couldn't be more appreciative. I would absolutely call on James and JT Towing for future services if needed. 100%! read more

Honestly the best tow service I've come across, even while working at a dealership. Will definitely be calling James again if I'm in need of a tow cause he went out of his way to assist me and make sure I got my car home safely, and for a reasonable price! read more

My car needed a tow urgently, but I had other important items that needed attention, like where I needed where to go. They were able to help with suggestions and I made the calls. Sadly, they were called away. My other half got another tow, and got the car done, but I wanted to leave a review about how professional, patient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced he is. He is the best! The other tow person that my other half got... was meh. Super bummed on my end I would rather have had this guy. read more

JT is awesome!!!!! The only tow company willing to pick up my vehicle stuck at an intersection at 1:30am in the morning that did NOT DEMAND cash up front and he also drove me home after towing my vehicle to Lex Brodies. We stopped CPB to make a withdrawal and I gave an extra $20 tip. All the others that answered the early morning call demanded cash up front or they were not coming. Call JT Towing if you are in the town area... this guy get ONE BIG ALOHA for people. Of course he's a MANOA VALLEY guy so you can see why he's just a fantastic person. read more

I forgot to write a review but I called JT Towing last week around midnight because my Honda Accord died on the side of the street. Super local guy, James, picked up and I told him my situation and he was helpful and honest. He said 30 mins. to get to me but it was only 15mins I think. Really great guy and helped me tow my car. He even tried towing to the mechanic for me first but the lot was full so went back to my parking stall. I picked this tow company to call because it had the most reviews and was open. Most of the other ones only have one or two. Now I see why. 100% recommend and I'll call again if I ever have trouble. read more

James and his company, JT Towing, is the best. We got stuck (with what turned out to be major engine problems) on our way to my niece's graduation and James responded so quickly and helped us tremendously. He towed our van to an auto shop and offered to drive us back to the graduation so that we didn't miss much of it. James is so kind, knowledgeable, his towing service is reasonably priced, and he goes out of his way to help you. Thank you James and JT Towing! read more

James is now my number one guy to call for any roadside service on Oahu. My car wouldn't start in Manoa and he was nearby and asked me if I was having trouble. I even had a portable jumpstarter, but the car wouldn't budge. I was on the phone with my insurance company jumping through lots of hoops and they told me it would be 3 hours before someone would get out there. Out of the kindness of his heart, he offered to go home and get his tester/jumpstarter. He came back in less than 10 minutes with his truck. He checked out the battery and determined that it was just the battery. Then he told me that O'reillys auto parts would sell me a battery and probably replace it for free. He didn't even try to sell me anything. He got my car started and asked for NOTHING in return. He just helped out someone who was in need. It's the least I could do to tell others about him. I've only been on the island for 3 years, and I've dealt with all kinds of businesses related to my car. There are few people I would recommend without any qualification. James is one of them. read more

Helped my son move his car and was punctual and reasonably priced. Great communication and professional service.

Seriously James saved us when our battery decided to die in the middle of the freeway and we had to pull over to the shoulder of a busy area. He was prompt, honest, and gave great customer service. He was so helpful and we really appreciate him helping us on a Saturday evening. We called other towing companies and were told the wait was two hours...we got lucky that he could come and assist us within 20 min in bad traffic. Thank you again! read more

James is the BEST. Such a nice guy, super dependable, like a true friend. Nothing but 5 stars

James really came through when my hybrid's battery died, but it was still able to start and all my dashboard lights were going off. I was so confused what was happening! He answered my call on early Saturday morning. He was careful about asking me my exact location so he knows what size truck to bring, made sure to check whether I have an all wheel drive or front wheel, as to not damage my car during towing; he also helped me with connecting with a few of his friends at the Honda service center. He was responsive, responsible, and professional. Will definitely call him in the future! read more

JT towing was fast & provided driver's aid quickly. Thank you for being amazing & helping out a traumatized driver. Our daughter( fairly new licensed driver) put diesel into a gas engine and then drove the car a few miles. Then.....car just stopped running. We called JT towing with the make, model, color and car's location. We got into our own car to drive and calm down our daughter. JT towing reached the broken down car, ensured the vehicle and our daughter was safe, just as we arrived on the scene. We were so fortunate to have worked with JT towing & will always call for service again. read more
