The owner/driver of this company is a great man, and he me find a shop that could help me immediately this morning when the dealership that I planned to take it to said that they couldn't help me or look at my truck for at least six weeks. He recommended a to me that started working on my truck immediately and found the the problem immediately, which was simple , and the shop tried to not even charge me any money. Very honest, fair, and helpful. I will be calling him directly if I ever need a tow truck again. read more

Cheap Towing - Towing Near Me - Honolulu, Hawaii

Quick and great service. Very responsive to my call and gave an accurate quote. Would definitely use again

Heaven sent! I had just been in an accident and was still standing on the sidewalk in shock, trying to figure out what to do and waiting for my husband. Out of nowhere, this man pulls up in a red tow truck and kindly asks if I need help. It was Saigon Towing -- and truly, he couldn't have shown up at a better time. He knew exactly what to do, where to go, and even recommended towing straight to the Mercedes-Benz repair shop, where he already knew the staff. He loaded my car up in minutes, got it there safely, and made the entire experience way less stressful than it could've been. Super fast, reliable, and SO affordable -- especially compared to what I used to pay back when I lived in Seattle (easily 3x the price!). I'm so grateful he showed up when he did. Highly recommend! read more

Call Young for a tow! I was stranded with a smoking car in downtown at 530pm during traffic. Found Young on Yelp. He gave me a cheap estimate over the phone and picked me up within 30 min. I thought it would be best to tow my car home with me because I didn't know any car shops still open. He said he knew a shop that could take my car now. Within the hour my car was checked in to an auto shop and I was home safe. I will always call Young for any towing needs. read more

Very responsive and works quickly. I also like the fact that he remembered who I was and that he had helped me a couple times before.

I gave 5 stars to Saigon towing who went the extra mile in towing my SUV from a basement parking area. Young (owner) went out of his way to do a pre-inspection of area so he could get an idea of height, etc. so his tow truck could fit. He had to use his phone to video instructions on how to override the frozen gear & get to neutral so both of us could push the SUV close to his truck to hook up. I appreciated his willingness to figure out how to do all that while another towing co. I called b4 could not, so just left after trying & not being successfu. Again, much Mahalos to Saigon Towing Co. I will definitely refer this company to all my friend. read more

I don't know where to begin with all the positive things I have to say about Dung Nyugen of Saigon Towing. I will start with saying he's a genuine and humble man. Very hard to find nowdays. In the short time we had together, our conversation while towing my father in law's vehicle was priceless. He's a family man with a good heart. As for towing, where others declined to help once I mentioned parking garage, Dung without hesitation, said yes he could help. We scheduled a time and he showed up promptly. We pushed the vehicle 3 floors and he hooked up at the exit gate in a few minutes. Pulled the vehicle out of traffic and harms way, re-secured it, and got it to my father in law's home in no time. I'll definitely be calling Saigon Towing if ever in need. Friendly service and great price. I highly recommend them without reservation to anyone in need of help. Dung is the BEST!!! read more

My son needed his car towed to a repair shop. The distance was approx 20 miles from pick up to drop off. We called at least 10 tow companies and all were $250-$300 range so we were super stoked when we got a quote for $100+ less! They said it'll be an hour but arrived in 45 mins. Really good, quick service! Recommend to anyone that needs a tow. Tow driver very pleasant.

I've had my car towed maybe twice in my life. Once on purpose (after my stolen car was recovered) and once due to being parked in a lot after-hours. Today, I experienced my third tow. In an effort to get my mom's car to the shop, my father and I headed off for what was supposed to be a pretty chill 1 mile drive. The car, however, had other plans when reaching the end of the street on our way to the main road. The car shut off and driving without power steering was much harder than I remember. After pushing the car into a street parking stall to the point I wanted to throw up, I called about 3 other "nearby" tow shops before calling Saigon. A man answered and I filled him in on the details of our location and where we wanted it towed. Then I asked for time he'd have someone available (45 minutes) and how much it'd cost ($65). About 50 minutes later, he arrived generally on time. He was super chill. Was going to hook up the car and told us to meet him at the shop. Turns out, the shop he thought we were going to was not the actual shop we were headed to. So about a couple blocks down I saw him take a wrong turn and I basically pulled some epic car chasing scene while making a phone call back to what I thought was his office (but was direct to cell). He was able to turn the truck around and head to the right shop. While I do think we may have overpaid, I'm also not sure if the cost was just the minimum tow rate. Regardless, we paid $65 for the mile. Cash only. Other than the wrong turn, I thought he had good communication and decent timing. Better than one of the other tow companies I used that kept me out, waiting in the dark, alone for 2x longer than they quoted. I dig it. Recommended. read more

I needed a tow. I called GEICO Emergency Roadside Assistance. Geico had no tow truck affiliates available. I googled, found a tow truck service. But, 1st Google option had MANY bad yelp reviews. I found cheap towing. Cheap towing has good, inexpensive reviews. When I called, norman was very helpful and expedient. No long hour wait. Tow was pleasant. I insisted on giving Norman a tip. He politely declined. I said "I won't pay unless you take my tip!" He relented. My car was towed home. 5 days later when Neue Auto could do my repairs; Norman came back and towed me again to the repair shop Neue Auto. Cheap towing rates are EXTREMELY reasonable. I hope I need no more towing- pray for me and my car read more

I had a flat tire and was stuck in town. All the tow companies I called were charging $300-$350 and had 2-3 hour wait times. Young only charged $145 and arrived within 20 minutes of me calling. He's a super nice guy and very easy to talk to. It was clear only from my brief interaction with him that he's a hard worker and cares about providing quality service. He even offered to give me a ride home if I didn't have a ride. Overall, 10/10 service and pricing. He's definitely my go-to tow from now on! read more
