I've had some bad experiences with tow trucks, but this one renewed my faith. The driver kept me updated on how much longer it would take for him to arrive. I was actually called for my daughter who had a check engine light coming on, so she went over to O'Reilly's auto parts and they scan the car to see what the message was. It was not good. It had to do with the engine. Cost of repairs would've been somewhere close to $500. Knowing that he was picking up, my daughter, I thought was a really nice idea, to make her feel safer. Surprisingly they called me earlier and was able to pick up my car early afternoon instead, which is super helpful. I mistakenly gave an incorrect address where I put PL rather then ST for my car pickup. They called me to confirm my address and were able to come to my place quickly. They are honest. At least they tell you upfront how much they charge per mile and the hook up fee. Some companies I called were dishonest and refused to tell me how much. They were fast, efficient, courteous. Just amazing! It's so hard not to be thrilled! When you are in a bind and know how much they are charging, use them. You can't go wrong. Absolutely amazing service! After filling up gas, my van wouldn't start and I assumed somehow we had a dead battery.
