James was terrific. He came on Easter Sunday when we called and towed our car from Aiea to the shop downtown. Professional, courteous and kind. Highly recommend. read more

I called around 7:45 AM on a weekday needing an immediate tow, because my car wouldn't start even with a jump. James showed up within 20 minutes, as promised. He was clearly skilled and knowledgeable. He was able to put my car in neutral and maneuver my car out of my building's garage and hook it to his tow truck quickly and easily. He offered for me to ride with him or not. I needed to stay where I was. James texted me to let me know when he had dropped off my car to the designated repair shop successfully. He charged me $40 less than the person who towed my car the same distance the prior week. He accepts credit cards, Venmo, and cash. (Many towing companies only accept cash.). I was highly pleased with this service. James was communicative, responsive, and quick. read more

Car died and JT Towing was there in under an hour,... quick response, professional, and fair. Would definitely use JT Towing again.

My vehicle died on the freeway in the morning while my daughter was driving on the freeway. She called FSP, who towed the car off the freeway. I found JT Towing on Yelp and gave James a call. James was able to help me right away and was close by. He waited by my vehicle due to the fact that it was parked in a area known to have shady people. He immediately knew the alternator on my SUV was the problem after telling him what happened before the vehicle stopped and he diagnosed it to confirm it was the alternator once at home. His prices are very reasonable and he was very friendly and helpful. I definitely will use JT Towing if I ever need another tow. Highly recommended. read more

Called, got an immediate response. JT Towing not only rose to the potential trickier challenge of towing my car from a lower clearance parking garage garage, he took the time to listen as I explain the particulars of my condo parking set up so he was prepared. Positive experience for me. Would definitely call JT again, though hopefully I won't need another tow any time soon. :-) read more

Stoked we came across this company. car broke down out the blue all the way in Aina Haina. Everywhere we called was helpless. We then came across JT Towing, called him up, he came to our rescue w/o any hesitation. It was afternoon rush hour traffic, bumper to bumper and he came all the way from town. He was honest with his prices. Also provided knowledge about what may be wrong and even tried to fix w/o charging before towing us. On top of that, he gave my wife and I a ride back so we wouldn't be stranded. Gave us recommendations about where to take the car to get it fixed. JT was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and respectfu. Definitely will be our go-to guy for ANY type of roadside trouble because he does it ALL on top of towing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

James at JT Towing was amazing in helping us out today! Our car was dead, would not restart In the middle of a terrible rainstorm, so we called JT. He answered our call immediately, asked perfect questions to understand the situation, let us know that he could be there in about 15 minutes...and he was! After jumping our car to get us started, he diagnosed that the cranking power was insufficient and we should replace the car's original battery. When we asked him where to go, he suggested O'Reilly's which was right around the corner, with simple instructions on how to get there. James was super, we highly recommend him if you ever need towing or jump start help on Oahu, especially in the Waikiki area. read more

We first called another tow company and the guy on the phone quickly accused my wife of "rambling" when she tried to explain our situation. So we just said "OK thanks" and hung up. We then called JT, and he arrived within 1/2 an hour of our call. He correctly diagnosed the problem and explained it thoroughly and patiently to us. He comes across as an honest, trustworthy and reliable professional. No BS. Definitely will keep JT's number at the top of our list. Highly recommended. read more

James is fast, friendly, reliable, and fairly priced. Instead of waiting 2 hours and paying $30 more for another service, James met me in 20 minutes, hooked up my truck fast, and took my truck home. A car breaking down is a stressful situation; James does a good job in helping you deal with that. I called a few tow companies but I now know I just gotta call JT Towing right off the bat. I called, texted and gave an online quote to many places for a tow. Most did not respond and some were out of business. I called JT and he was able to schedule right away. He met me at at the pickup destination within 15 minutes. He was careful when hooking my car up and delivered without a scratch. JT's prices are also very affordable. I usually don't review, check my profile, this is my first, but I have to give a shout out to JT Towing. Thanks JT! read more

It's 4:15 AM and my car is dead on Camp Smith. I just came off the graveyard shift and my *beep* is in need of a shower and sleep. After doing a quick Google search, I call over 15 towing companies that have "24/7" listed and none of them pickup or I get the automated "we're busy attending to customers" line. I dial the number (808) 295-9507....AND James from JT Towing asks how he could help. James, the Mutha Effin' Man, to the rescue! He shows up, secures my vehicle and takes it to my apartment complex. I'm grateful for James living up to 24/7 support. When others didn't answer the call in the early morning hours of a Saturday...James did and it shows his work ethic, professionalism and dedication to servicing those stuck in a stressful moment. James of JT Towing is SOLID!!! I won't hesitate to call him again or recommend him family and friends. My 83yr old mothers car wouldn't go into gear and it was parked in the Queens Hospital parking structure. It was later in the day around 5pm and JT Towing wasn't my first call but I'm happy James called back first. I explained the situation and he was up front stating that parking garages were very difficult especially if the car doesn't go into gear. He asked if I could get pics of the garage and parking situation so he would have a better idea. I got him pics within the hour and he said it looked doable and he could work us into his schedule the following day. Later the following day he talked to the parking company got in, got mom's car out and to the repair shop. He let me know when he got the car out and when he dropped it at the repair shop. I asked him if there were any parking charges would he be willing to pay them and add them to his invoice so mom or I wouldn't have to go down to Queens. He said yes, but fortunately for us they waived any fees due to the situation. His invoice was very reasonable, much less than I expected. If you ever need towing JT Towing should be your first call. You won't be disappointed with James responsiveness, communication and professionalism. Mahalo James!!! read more

Have you ever met an angel here on earth? Well let me tell you that I did, and it was no other than James from JT towing. Today my Toyota Camry chose to breakdown on the town side of the H3 tunnel, just before the entrance. Anyone who has driven on the H3 knows how fast the vehicles are traveling and being that today was Saturday, everyone had someplace to go... and was driving at top speed to get there. As I sat in my car looking over my options, James pulled up on his black steed (his tow truck) to save the day! He asked if I was okay and what was going on with my car. He wasn't in a hurry to secure my service, he wanted to make sure that 1) I was okay and 2) if there was something that he could do to help me on my way (even if that meant there wouldn't be a tow needed). Long story short, if I should ever need a towing service or anyone that I love and care about should need a tow, JT Towing is who I would call. So my advice to you, don't waste your time on companies who just want your hard earned money; go with someone that cares and has a heart! Oh yes, forgot to mention that James not only towed my car to where it needed to go, but did it at a reasonable price! read more
